New and clean medium mall with multiple floors, but most of the shops still empty. even carrefour market has been closed. Lot of parking are available around the mall.

The most sad-looking 'mall' in the whole UAE, where only about 5-6 shops are actually functional. And yet, it's frequented by 100s of Ajman residents every day, for 3 main reasons: 1. Etisalat shop 2. du shop 3. Emirates NBD cash deposit + ATM machine. It's only these 3 places, where you see people usually queuing up. The rest of the mall is always deserted. I say that the mall is 'sad', because other than these 3 extremely useful facilities (mentioned above), all it has at present, is a Starbucks, an Ajmal Perfumes store and spic-n-span clean toilets. And all this is situated in the ground floor. The 2 upper floors are not even 'alive', since escalators / elevators for going upstairs have been kept switched off. All in all, I feel bad for the mall's owner, who really seems to have spent a lot to build such a nice looking mall. But sadly, as it seems, it's not picked up business so well.

Literally empty mall, wz juz an Ajmal Perfumes, Etisalat, DU and a Starbucks open on G.floor. Carrefour has now shut down, & so have the rest of the outlets there. There is a Brands outlet in the 1st flr & something else on 2nd. Parking is free. Spent less than 5 mins there.
