This is a Great store to buy jewelry from, and the entire staff is friendly. I was in the store one weekend just looking around at different chains, so Mr. Zee came up to me and asked how he could help me. I told Zee that I would be back to look at gold chains. Zee called me back a few days later to see if I was still looking to buy. So I went back in on Sep9,2023 and purchased a 24" gold chain. I am very thankful that he took the time to call me back. This made me feel like Family!!

I bought my wife a wedding set in June 2022. In the 18 months since we purchased her set, 6 different stones have fallen out across 3 seporate occasions. The charged us the first 2 times to replace the diamonds and to reset the stones. the third time I refused to pay. each time we were assured that all stones had been tightened. Today, my wife noticed the center stone was missing. When she went into the store she was told that we should have bought the warrenty. This place makes terrible quality jewelry and blames a stay at home mother for the diamonds falling out of a ring multiple times in 18 months. Run, don't walk away from Paramount Jewelers!
