If I could give less than a half star I would … ordered a grill and they said it’d be ready well before Christmas… haven’t received a courtesy call, or anything . And they keep giving me the run around about my order. Every time I come in they claim it’s in their store next door “ precious jewelry”. Then they’ll say it’s in the other store Italian jewelers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Their chains also look fairly fake.

Bianca was the best she made sure I was satisfied. More importantly she was very honest. I will be back. I came all the way from Cincinnati I’m glad I was able to meet the staff. They kept me laughing. Good people. I’ve purchased jewelry in New York, Miami and Jersey. I gotta say Bianca was the realest plus she beautiful💪🏾💪🏾🤣 I’ll be back Dallas.

I would give 0 stars if I could Very unprofessional and will NEVER return again. Before purchasing my item I asked if it would be ready in time for my vacation & they assured it would. Arrived to retrieve my item & was told unfortunately it wasn’t ready and to come pick my item up upon returning from vacation. Went on vacation for 4 DAYS went to the store 2 days after making it back just to give them time to finish (how generous and understanding of me) went to get my item for a THIRD time and no one could locate my jewelry nor would the associates that worked that day contact the person who made the point of sale to find it.( it was his off day WHO CARES) Went back for a 4th time still no jewelry I was told to wait one more day which I said NO and asked for a refund. They keeping giving me the runaround to return my money even though I paid via Zelle the ENTIRE AMOUNT!!!!

They are terrible. I live in cypress and someone stole my information to buy a diamond ring from them and they are doing nothing about it. I called more than 3 times and the first time he asked me to come to store like I can just drive 4 hours. Then he tells me call back in 10 minutes so I do and no one answers after multiple calls. Then a woman answers the phone and says can you call back in 30 mins I’m doing paperwork. So I call back in 30 mins and a rude guy answers the phone and tells me she is with a customer so call back in 30 mins again. He asked for my number but my identity was just stolen and used at your location and you think I’m going to give you more information. They are horrible and don’t care if someone buys from them using another person information.
