Both of my daughters got a haircut one of them asked the lady about how much she would cut if she wanted 3 inches cut off and instead of her showing her she cuts her hair and than shows her. My daughter had no choice but to cut that much off and her hair isn’t even straight, the end of one side is shorter. If she goes back to get it fixed it will be even shorter. She has no choice but to let it grow out more and then go somewhere else to get it fixed. I’ve have never had this happen to us.

I made an online appointment and was ten minutes early, I waited and got my self ready for the cut. ( My appointment was with Cookie). Once she was finished either cut she was working on, she cashed him out and proceeded to clean the station. I asked for the restroom and said, I'm your next appointment. I came from the restroom and sat to wait, she finished the station at maybe seven after cleaned the mirror for 2 more minutes, looked over at me, and went to cleaning other items in the store. I have been a patron since 2013 and the service has continued to go bad. I left the premises feeling that if she didn't want to get to me, well, I probably don't want her in my hair. The cut before this came out badly , the mesquite store asked me if I did it myself. I won't go back to casa Linda, so disappointed and bothered.

The entire staff at Supercuts Mesquite are always kind and accommodating. Ashley, is definitely the best stylist and goes out of her way to attend to all guest. Great staff and always a great haircut

Good place, clean, fast, and fair price. The quality of your cut depends on who you get. Once you find one you like, you can ask for them each time.

I felt very welcome when I walked in everybody was nice and professional. I came into fix a mess that I did on myself trying to give myself a home haircut. The lady that cut my hair was very sweet and fixed it right up. I don't remember names but I would most definitely refer them to anyone, and I also plan on going back to get a trim.

I went to go get a hair cut they cut off to much of my hair I didn't do layers only a little when I get home my family had to cut price because they where not straight not a good time there I will not go there again to get my hair cut done

Update in 2023: Ashley's still awesome haha. Place has always treated me well and great people who work there, from Michelle at the counter to Ashley who gives great fades and cuts for guys. I will miss them greatly but when in town will definently work to get a haircut in.
