    Applied for 2br apt almost 3 weeks ago was just told I was denied from yessica who wouldn’t give me any info or reason to why and showed no empathy Although Nicole was the leasing agent I was working with in the first place whenever I could get in touch with someone in their leasing office which was weird because they answered the phone and questions just fine before I submitted my application and paid fees and I was being told by nicole that everything looks good and I was just waiting on the apt to be finished. They definitely got my hopes up that I could end my apartment hunting and now I have little time to find a place for me and my children to move to thanks and I would like to speak with James the owner but no one answers the phones for me . I should have listened to the reviews I read that were similar to my experience. Bad communication unprofessional

    Tenant from Aug 22 - Aug 23 8/12/23 I came to tour the townhome. The entrance way was disgusting, food and trash that had to be stepped over. (Picture provided) I still applied because the unit I would be given was newly renovated. 8/17 - I came to sign my lease and move in. The apartment was disgusting and obviously had not been cleaned or viewed by management prior to my move-in. There was dirt on the toilet, urine on the toilet seat, blue substance smeared on bathroom cabinet and tub, kitchen sink and stove was dirty, microwave had left over food, dried spill on kitchen cabinet. (Pictures provided) Thursday 3/2- a notice was sent saying maintenance would be coming Friday, 3/3 to replace electric panel and to ensure kitchen and laundry area are tidy. Maintenance came on Monday, 3/6. The wall was left damaged. Drywall dust/debri left all over the floor, my belongings, dust hand print and debri on my dining room chair that is no where near the electric panel. They left my door open the entire time, almost two hours, with the AC running. (I have a ring doorbell) Causing it to freeze and was 80 degrees when I returned. Emergency maintenance refused to come out because it wasn't hot outside so it wasn't an emergency. They left all of my lights on when they left at 12pm noon. I sent an email requesting to be contacted by management and did not receive a response at all. (Pictures provided) The property is always run down, trash, kids toys, dog poop, beer bottles everywhere, all the time. Broke down appliances always left sitting out. (Pictures provided) There was a continuous roach problem. I used the apartment provided pest control, once. I had a ring camera and they were there less than 3 minutes and didn't even enter the bathroom or bedroom. I used home defense, advion gel roach bait, raid, constantly and always saw 1-3 weekly. I have included a picture of the front door frame with stuck on roach carcass's. The assistant manager, Yessica Mccurdy, is nice until you sign the lease. She is unprofessional. I never felt welcomed with any interaction with her. She literally acts as if she hates her job. The manager, James Beechum, was typically unavailable, on numerous occasions, when I came to speak with him during office hours and was told by Ashley "he wasn't in yet" and "didn't know when he would be coming in". Needless to say, if your credit is high enough to be approved at another complex, there are nicer properties within a mile from this one.

    It’s little affordable but not safe at all . If you have nice car than forget about it being there the next morning it will be gone . This area is loud . Management sucks . The Hispanic lady at the front desk she acts like she don’t work there she is so lost .

    Completed an application for the 2bd rm town home, checked the status of app, and app is denied. No communication whatsoever as to why app was denied and which I wasn’t going to continue with move due to reviews anyways but $250 for an app with no communication is absurd.

    I usually do not leave reviews but my experience here was so great, I had to say something. Madison has a very bubbly personality and makes you feel like she has your best interest at heart. I sadly did not end up moving here due to some changes in relocating, but it’s not everyday that you get to talk someone with amazing customer service like her. Yessica was also amazing. Her professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. She has the ability to take the most mundane topic and turn it into something engaging and informative. Thank you both.

    I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and we now have a new manager who is amazing. Since new management has come on repair tickets are actually getting done; and in a timely manner. The littering has improved greatly. Every time I go into the office it’s nice to see smiling faces who actually listen to you and help! It is also great to see management out of the office and actually making a difference for the better of this community. Mesquite Village is a great place to live.

From the moment I signed my lease, they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of wonderful. First and foremost, Ashley and James' commitment to excellent customer service was evident from day one. They were always prompt in responding to any inquiries or concerns I had, and they addressed them with utmost care and efficiency. Their communication skills were exemplary, making it incredibly easy to get in touch with them whenever I needed assistance. It truly felt like they valued me as a tenant and prioritized my comfort and satisfaction. Ashley and James were not only responsive but also incredibly proactive. They took the initiative to conduct regular maintenance checks and promptly resolved any issues that arose. Their dedication to exceptional customer service, proactive maintenance, personal touch, and fair practices are qualities that are rare to find in today's world. If you're looking for a place to call home where you'll be treated with the utmost care and respect, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing an apartment managed by this outstanding team.

    Lived here for 1 year and it was a good experience. I never had any issues with the area. The office staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Thank you all!
