Best tasting authentic Greek food we've tried in Texas! Highly recommend. Gracious host - we enjoyed conversation with him regarding the menu, and his story of moving to America. The pita bread was very fresh - not stale like at many places. Everything was also very flavorful. Many people came in for takeout, but eating in the dining room was a very fun experience.

Food/Beverage: 10/10 Their food was great, and some of the best if not the best Gyro here in Mesquite. The Gyro had great flavor and cooked just right. I enjoyed every dish. The Athenian Salad was also a must. Can’t wait to return and extremely highly recommend it. Service/Atmosphere: 10/10 Plenty of space and was very enjoyable. The servers and workers were very helpful.

Everything was very bland. The spicy feta dip just tasted like feta mixed with tomatoes, zero spice at all. The salad had tasteless grated feta and again, the dressing had zero flavor. It almost seemed like it was just oil on it. The chicken souvlaki was a good portion, but again, lacking in flavor. The rice and pita was warm and tasted good. For the price, I didn’t think it was worth it. Service was friendly and attentive.

Oh man, the best Greek in the area for miles. Any choice on the menu is amazing and will not let you down in the slightest. Got the Gyro sandwich this time and it was delicious, and I hadn’t had a better one since the last time I was there. So glad we moved closer because we will be visiting often! And they have actual tzatziki sauce!!

Food is fantastic and always have a great experience

Very good service with delicious food and loved the personable experience. I’m heading out to Greece in September and was given great information on points of interest. Highly recommend this place for quality food and welcoming atmosphere.

Me and my girlfriend were looking for something new to try on the ubereats and found Athensos. I’ve always seen this establishment, but never tried it until today. I must say it was pretty tasty and not bad for the price me and her both got the chicken gyro and I also ordered me and lamb burger. The chicken gyro was freaking amazing and the lamb burger was different but still good! The fries were pretty good as well not to soft nor to crispy. The only problem I had was they put a lot of raw purple onions on it and cut thick slices, so I had to take most of it off! Other than that no complaints.

I went in here and I should have know look at my food like how or why would u even serve this to some one it’s ok we gone learn to stop spending our money in the street
