Nice hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean and smell good but they are a bit dated in terms of design. I had 2 free bottled water for being a premium member. The pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a month. Doors don’t have wireless keys. Most furnitures are damaged such as the wooden table and the tv drawer.

In all honesty the hotel itself was not bad. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The area is good. But my problem was with the front desk. They secretly try to steal your money and overcharge you. They charged me for taxes that I paid for. They continued to withdraw money from my bank account in the early morning hours hoping I would not catch it. Luckily I did catch it. And almost $400 dollars they tried to get me for. My bank saw my charges and I emailed them the hotel statement to show the difference in charges. Needless to say I every penny back they charged even though half my stay was paid in cash. There is no one to call and complain to as they did not care at all. So I would suggest if you stay here and alternate cash and card payments to keep a lookout on your bank statement. Keep all receipts. They steal and get upset when you bring it up. I'm having to get a whole new card because they continue to make attempts to draw money from my account.

The only reason I did not give it a five-star is the rims need a little bit of maintenance, the beds are clean the linens are clean The rooms are actually clean and fresh. There is maintenance needed in the bathtub, things like tightening the toilet seat bolts to the floor. Making sure that light bulbs work or lamps work, there is some carpet that needs updating that has stains. Overall it was a great stay, I believe the water at the front desk should be complimentary, But that's another story. The rooms were clean and fresh and the housekeeping was awesome. Front desk help was awesome. The carpet needs updating and maintenance needs to take better care of the rooms other than that I give it thumbs up highly recommend and we will would be back

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for a good price. The pool is open. Complimentary breakfast with breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, muffins and juice. Hotel was clean. Usually books fast. Make sure you have $50 cash if you pay with a 3rd party. Staff called me before I came to let me know which was convenient because I stopped by a ATM before coming.

I stayed here with my Fiancee and 6 month old daughter. We were woken up at 11:45AM from the house keeper knocking on our door to let us know it's check out time. 10 minutes later a woman came BANGING on our door startling our practically NEWBORN DAUGHTER also caused a ridiculous scene at our door yelling that checkout was at 11 while looking ready to jump at us!!!🤯😣We even explained that "we do understand it's almost 12pm but you do still have our 50$ deposit if you need to use that towards an extension / late fee while we pack" after we went to check out at the desk , I WAS TOLD SHE "WOULD BE KEEPING THE DEPOSIT SINCE WE WERE SMOKING IN THE ROOM" WHEN SHE FOUND MY WIFES FACE POWDER MAKEUP ON THE EDGE OF A TABLE!!!! They even called the police. MIND YOU THAT THEY HAVE FOOTAGE OF US HAVING SMOKE BREAKS OUTSIDE ...The ONLY reason I am giving at least 2 stars is for the worker Named MIKE who reserved the room and and works the front desk because he was completely professional and answered any questions we needed to know to his best HE DESERVES A RAISE

I was scammed out of money at oyo hotel right down the street. They refused to let me stay there unless I paid a 100$ cash deposit which I only had credit card, and refused to give me my money for the room I had bought through a booking site sayin I would have to pay 100$+ to “cancel” my booking. So I didn’t have a room or the money I paid for the room. I came to this hotel and Alicia the front desk agent. Was amazing she was really kind and accommodating best service hands down. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Few people give customer service like this. When I was feeling angry she changed my whole mood and was incredibly considerate of my needs. I can’t say enough good things about her and my stay here.

I was scammed out of my $50 cash deposit. The lady that checked us in never marked down that we brought her $50 cash in hand so woman we went to check out we were told we never put a deposit down. My question is how in the heck did we even get our room keys if we didn’t put that deposit down🤔 The lady working the 7 PM shift stole my money and I want it back. Nobody is taking this seriously but me. I pre-paid on a card and still had to give them a cash deposit 🤔 Which is fine I suppose because neither one of us smoke but from the other reviews it looks like it doesn’t even really matter if you smoke or not you’re just gonna get $50 away for the hell of it. My suggestion is to not rent there because if they’re willing to do that right in front of your face there’s no telling what else they would take from you. By the way management doesn’t care and hasn’t reached back out to me.

I pre-paid for my room through Travelocity and I was told when I arrived at the front desk that I had to give them a $50 cash deposit. I wasn’t informed of that when I pre-paid for my room. So I didn’t stay. I didn’t have $50 in cash. I was also told, “We don’t take third-party credit cards.” I didn’t bother to ask what that meant. I left and found a hotel near the rodeo. That was close to midnight. The next day my wife called the hotel. She had a hard time getting through, because they usually don’t answer their phone. The employee who finally answered had a “take it or leave it, don’t bother us” attitude.

I booked a room for my birthday and there were several rooms around me that were booked for a childrens party which was extremely loud and rambunctious and after 2 calls to the front desk graciously I was offered another room. Customer satisfaction was their top priority and I immediately received a new room which was larger than the first so I will definitely return every chance I get.

Couldn't wait to leave; escaped at 5:30 A.M. - Very unrelaxing to be in the Jacuzzi and a large cockroach is crawling across the floor. A very unmaintained Jacuzzi, I might add. A room that smelled like pine cleaner so hard that I chose to not eat in there; it just felt so dirty. Will not be back although the staff was very nice.

Everyone who works there at this place is rude! Ask a frequent guest question and they act like you are bothering them. Sorry lady I Disturbed your Candy crush. At least the rooms were clean.

EDIT: I wish I could upload all the pictures we took. DO NOT STAY HERE, if you have any choice. When we first arrived, we were met with a view of an extremely run-down hotel. There were broken windows covered in blue tape, right up front. Even worse, there were workers actively bringing out every mattress in the hotel and throwing them out on the grass. We never got confirmation, but we were imagining it was bed bugs. Once inside, the staff was very blah and almost nonresponsive. We entered an elevator missing a proof of stability (there was a piece of paper saying to ask the front if we wanted to see it). We used the elevator to the room upstairs. No one but us was staying here. There were broken tiles on the floor, which could easily have tripped someone and hurt them. All the vending machines were either completely or near empty, IF they were in working order. 4/5 said out of order. And I imagine whatever snacks were inside were out of date. Our room had lots of red stains on the floor which seemed to be wine (we hoped), there were grease stains on the only chair, the water barely worked, light fixtures were all of different shades of yellow and were not aligned at all. There was what I can only describe as a knife gouge in the comforter. Then, the microwave looked as though it had been punched because it was completely dented in on one side. We spent a total time less than 30 minutes inside before we grabbed our stuff and left to see our concert. When we returned, there were ROACHES on floor. We drove 3 hours from Oklahoma to come here and see the concert. Once we returned to the hotel after the show, we immediately grabbed our stuff and checked out. Leaving back to OK, another 3 hour drive, on no sleep. Do not stay here if you can help it. This place needs shut down.

We had 2 nights reserved and they were gracious enough to let us change to 1 night. Upon check in, they seemed confused as to the number of beds we needed. I also asked them if we could pay cash the next morning at checkout and was told yes but I noticed that the credit card on file was charged upon check in. We went to a concert and came back after midnight. There were no sheets in our room for the sofabed so we had to go down to the desk to get them, there were no pillows available. The pool is supposed to close at 10pm but there were people playing loud music under our window until 4am. The girl at the desk was out with them so she was no help. When we were getting ready to leave the next morning, we found that several of the electrical sockets by the sink did not work. Breakfast was disappointing , there were only waffles and eggs, no milk for the cereal, and only had coffee and water to drink. When I asked at check out about paying cash like I was told we could the night before, I was told they couldn't change it because it had already gone through. I told the manager about the pool situation from the night before but she didn't seem to care much.

We really really enjoyed our stay. They're very clean & up to date. They have decent breakfast too... it was our 1st time visiting on a last minute decision to stay in the area after an event...

If I could have given zero stars, I would have! Kids running and screaming in the hallway, fire alarm went off shortly afterwards and City Fire rescue came to inspect the second floor- only two floors in the place! Stayed one night and the next morning, the elevator was shut off! I asked the woman at the desk "why" and she said I needed to ask someone. What?? No breakfast rolls and the coffee was muddy with cereals clear across the other side of the lobby! Totally disgusted!! Avoid!!

Im gonna give them the benefit of doubt that they're in the middle of changing management, but right now they're a hot mess . No hot water, and everything is broke.. no vending machines or drinks.. only 1 washer and 1 dryer working.. elevator wouldn't take you 'up'.. so we just used stairs.. and every single person staying there is either on drugs or some sort of seedy underworld type character.. I didn't feel safe going to my car after dark. I won't stay here again until I see they have made some improvements.. rooms weren't super bad, newish carpets, and linens were clean.. breakfast was good! And the staff were very nice and apologized.. so there's hope!

Rented one night and never again. Roaches everywhere when we arrived and turned on lights. Bathtub was filthy but we had toilet paper sheets arranged as flowers. Go figure. We proceeded to stay and wrap covers around our feet to then be awakened by the fire alarm and weren’t able to go back to sleep. When complained to Best Wester, the owners and management lied about the night including the fire alarm so we were not able to get our money back unfortunately. Best Western corporate only tried to give us 5000 points towards another stay. Eric who runs the place is a crook and the two girls at the desk are crooks as well. They declined to give me my ID back as well. Trashy trashy trashy

The only good thing to say abut this property is that the housekeeping staff is meticulous with the cleaning. Everything else is a mess. From the uncaring and uninterested front desk who's reply to most questions is to shrug their shoulders and say I don't know. Here's the list: The pool had frogs in it. They coffeemaker too these littel cartirdges but the coffee provided was in little pods that did not go with the brand of machine. The magentic keys never worked from day to day requiring my wife or myself to constantly go down to the front desk to rekey them. the solution was to prop open to the hotel side and back doors which the local homeless population took advantage of. The continental breakfast was never put out. The vending machines did not work,. The laundry facilities cost $2 to wash and dry and stopoped after the soap cycle and did not spin or rinse. The couch and the desk chair had a large number of stains and were not usable. The bed had a very thin sheet as well as a thin blanket. I would LOVE to add all the gross pictures but for some reason the uploads fail...

Probably the worst hotel experience to date. There is no parking in front except for handicap. So, you have to drive around back. If you haven’t checked in, you can’t get in without walking around front. Someone had propped the back door open so the 106° Texas heat could come in (August stay) We get to the room and the air is on full blast but it’s not cooling at all so the room is probably 95° if not more (west facing - did I mention Texas in August?) We go back down stairs and there is no other room to be had and there was only person working at the hotel and she said she had no idea how to cancel the room that she had not been trained how. We left and got a room at a different hotel. So, the hotel charge hits the credit card. Call back two days later and it’s the same person who does not know how to cancel or credit the room. So, the next call is to the credit card company to refute the charge. Stay tuned…

Stayed here for over a month while between leases, paid everyday online until one day management knocked on my door demanding I leave. I booked through a 3rd party so I wasn’t able to be refunded. They called the police & told the police that I wasn’t coming to the front office to sign papers. Keep in mind that keycard deactivate at 11am so everyday I had to get a new card & not one time did they say anything about signing papers to me. Poor staff & management. Rooms are not the best or cleanest but the stay was cheap

If you want a green cold hot tub, a very cheap breakfast with no choice of juice except warm OJ and a 2nd floor that smells like pot then this is the place to stay. Oh no extra towels and a hard bed. Waste of money for us!!

Booked the hotel 5 months in advance and they still screwed it up. Was supposed to be a 2 bed queen room and instead put us in a single bed king room with a pull out couch that is disgusting. The fridge in the room smells like it came from Jeffrey Dahmers house. There’s bugs everywhere and the elevator didn’t work. When I complained to the front desk I was told that changing the room is standard practice when they are full. Consider yourself warned, they couldn’t pay me to stay here again

The employees were very accommodating anything I needed they helped. Extended our stay a extra day. Everything was very clean. Some of the guests were rude didn't follow rules and made messes all over the property. The hotel staff took care of the situation prompt and efficiently. Breakfast was very good. They had Waffles, toast, biscuit sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, muffins. The pool was open and clean. Hot tub was not hot which was good cause it's 111 degrees outside. The jets were nice. The room was clean and spacious and great for the price. There was plenty of room for all six members of my family. Other than the bad guests the only thing wrong was the air conditioner leaking but maintenance came by to fix it. I would definitely come back again.

Extremely dirty room. There was a roach crawling in the bathroom when we walked in and the refrigerator had someone else's food in it. The bed sheets and blanket were disgusting. I put my own clothes down to sleep on them and then in the morning put them in a dirty clothes bag. Breakfast was laughable--there's no way I was going to eat anything from there. I didn't even brush my teeth with the water from the faucet. I used bottled water. Front desk was gruff and apparently hasn't a clue what being in the hospitality industry means. Front desk was adamant about what they don't do and what I can't do as a guest. I didn't hear the words thank you at all. I had an issue checking in even though I had already prepaid for the room because of a 3rd party issue that is not my problem. That is to be handled by the hotel staff. Your job is to check guests in that have already paid. You don't make the guest wait at 2:30 in the morning while you figure out how to get your money from Hotels.com, the 3rd party. Honestly I wouldn't use hotels.com or booking.com anymore because I had this problem occur twice in one week. I certainly would never stay at this hotel again
