OK so I normally don't write bad reviews but this right here is unacceptable.... ordered some wings to-go and this is what I got. Like no lie I can find fresher looking 4 day old chicken nuggets in my back seat floorboard. It sucks that one person can ruin an entire experience.

Horrible they better be glad I'm not one of those people that complain about their food touching each other. Service is poorly there is never anybody at the front. I did an online order they told me my order will be ready at 9:10 pm got there at 8:59 had to wait for someone to come to the front. Finally someone came told the lady I placed a online order, for her to go to this big heating machine got my order out. That tells me my order been ready. Need to fix that problem asap cause my food was luke warm😑

Absolutely filthy fries on the ground empty paper straws everywhere had to ask for extra sauce cause barley put any on my wings

First time in a Buffalo Wild Wings. My buddy had been there before, so I listened to his recommendations. Food is delicious, mouth watering just from looking at it. Jessica our waitress was hustling in a busy lunch rush and STILL keep our drinks topped off and attentive. Ask for Jessica to be your waitress next time you're in here. My meal: Garlic Parmesan Bone-In Wings with a side of fries, loaded with cheese and bacon. Presentation: 10/10 Taste: 10/10 Drink: Mango Tea, honestly could've been a little sweeter. But still tasted decent. For a first time here, I really enjoyed it and had fun with my best buddy Joe. Thanks for the great service and great food. Can't wait to try more of the menu in the future.

Diamond was our server. Had to ask for napkins twice. I ordered a chicken sandwich no pickles, bacon aioli and slaw. I asked her to add bacon, lettuce and mayo. Chicken sandwich came out with no mayo/lettuce. Just a buttered bun, chicken and bacon. No utensils were given to eat with. Fries were not edible, they were hard and tasted like cardboard. Diamond never came to check on us and when she did decided to come over, I asked her about lettuce and she doesn’t know if the kitchen had lettuce. Isn’t she supposed to know the menu? Completely dissatisfied with this restaurant, I didn’t even eat the food asked for the check and left. She came back with the check real fast tho. A waste of $40+.

One evening we dined in at this location and inquired about having wings catered for an upcoming Men's Conference to be held at our church. Mr. Carl, the manager on duty helped us with the order. We placed the order about 3 weeks out from the scheduled date of pick-up. About one week out, Mr. Carl contacted us to go over the order and to let us know that he will be out of town when we picked up our order but Bryson would assist us when we arrived at the restaurant. Once we arrived Mr. Bryson came out and greeted us and told us that our order was being packaged. The wings were hot, fresh and a WILD HIT at our event! A BIG THANKS to Mr. Carl, Mr. Bryson and the Buffalo Wild Wings Team there in Mesquite, TX for adding flavor to our event!

If I could leave no stars, I would. We walked on a Sunday, with empty clean tables filling over three quarters of the restaurant, we were sat in a dirty table that had been “cleaned.” Instead of making a scene or complaining, we just moved to the bar area, thinking surely the service would be better. No, No it was not. After we sat down, we waited. Tables around us had food and service, and we waited. When we sat, the bartender helped everyone at the bar but would not even look up to make eye contact. We waited. We saw 3 or 4 staff members walk by and no one stopped to wait on us. We waited. After 10 mins of NO contact and NO service, someone came. Has anyone helped you guys? We replied no, not even a bar back that cleaned the table behind us. With that she took our drink order. We waited. After seeing the bar tender make 2 more sets of drinks that were not our, we left. You can only take so much disrespect and disregard for service. We understand that staffing restaurants these days are challenging. But if your going to keep the doors open. I’d think you’ll want to tend to some customers. Went down the road to Outback Steakhouse and gave them my $120 for dinner and drinks.

I truly love Buffalo Wild Wings, but they need to step up their game. I don't appreciate the fact that you now have to pay extra for veggies with your wings, and this is what you get. Have some pride...seriously! I would never serve something that looks like this!

If you visit and when you do make sure you ask for Brooklyn! She definitely made our experience the best! We’ve been here several times due to it being the closest one to our home, but today was just amazing! Working in the sales/customer service industry I appreciate a smily face and upbeat attitude! When I tell you we went without wanting I mean literally there was not a moment she missed a beat, even on a busy night like tonight (Friday evening). Thank you so much Brooklyn for our experience tonight!! Will definitely be back and ask for you!

Once we arrived no one greeted us. When a greeter did come she had a attitude, and got someone else to sit us. They forgot about us, my brother had to go and ask the manager who would be our server. We got a server she was very nice and kind. We was offered a free appetizer. Just felt like the service could of been better.

This is the 2nd time in a few month that I have issues at this place. First time they gave me thw wrong item, was change at the end but I was not happy. Now my niece went to pick up the order ($60). As you can see the chicken wings are old, this is not a fresh item and french fries are also the same way. This is terrible and I live over 10 miles away to go again an make a complain about this. I will never buy here again, disgusting.

I started visiting this location recently on my lunch break. The visit has been quite pleasant. The two waitress that usually take my order were good at making me feel comfortable with my dining experience. Decided to stop today on lunch, since I was in the area working. My coworker and I seated ourselves. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting. As we are waiting. The manager is at the table next to us and we hear the people that were sitting. The explained that they did not a black person waiting in them. I'm shocked at the managers reaction. He told the diners to just allow the black girl to wait on them for now. Obviously the 2 parties talking were white. I was shocked at his response. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.

So I ordered the Blazing wings. They are the spiciest wings on the menu. The waitress didnt bring me the Mountain Dew that I ordered but still charged me. The service was pretty bad I had to flag her down as she was sitting in a booth chatting with what seemed to be a co-worker. She didnt feel very much compelled to deliver customer service and had no sense of urgency. I just thought for a set of wings that are so hot, the minimum you could do is bring me my drink so I could wash down the spice and heat. But of course, you are very unlikely to get good service when you go to this location. The product is amazing. The service is terrible.

It took 19 mins to get another beer, and going on 33 mins since ive finished my food that was at room temperature when it came out. Ive never had an experience like todays where the bartender at this location has 6 customers, and never asked how my food was, or if i need another beverage.

Started off with slow service but the issue was corrected Went for my sons 13 birthday . The waitress was extremely kind and was a bit overwhelmed with all the customers but kept a smile on her face thru the entire meal . The manager went above and beyond to make the rest of the experience better and to rectify the situation. The food was good as well . I will definitely be back just for the attitude and the kindness of everyone who worked there

Perfect place to feel the real sports spirit and enjoy the hot wings with multi flavored and spice sauces. Drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are good enough. Mango Habenara sauce is what I recommend with the wings

This place going down by the month used to be one of my favorites places to relax after work for a beer but can’t even handle the dinning tables with 5 waiters. Took 15 mins for my beer to arrive and it arrived with my food with no napkins , got the wrong wing flavors and the manager with an ugly attitude , sat a table for 6 before a 2 person table with a lot of seats available like ??? Even the bartender had to help them out 🤦🏻‍♂️

Got there late, an hour before close. No one gave us any attitudes from what we could tell, which is what you get most places when you walk in late.. you know the eye roll and the sigh. Not here tho. We got great service and the food was pretty good. I didn't have time to check out the restroom but it was a pretty clean restaurant.

Got seated right away. It took our waiter a while to greet us. Wasn't busy but took an hour for our food to come out. The waiter wasn't around and he kept forgetting our stuff. For some reason it's like the arctic in there. It's not even hot outside so I don't get why they're blasting the AC on full blast like that. Food wasn't the greatest. I've had better wings at other places that have at least a better atmosphere. Overall, it's a nope for me.

Meh. Nothing stood put in particular. I ordered chicken tenders and asked if they could toss them in my favorite sauce to which they replied no it has to be on the side. Had to switch my entire order. Ordered fries and never got them. The waiter bless his heart got sat back to back with plenty of empty tables in other servers sections. All in all the taste wasn't terrible which makes me want to go back and give it another try.

The service was ok. The wings, I didnt like sweet bbq. They did let me exchange them for regular, no sauce. I got them to go. Got home and a few were way over cooked. My dogs loved them. I ordered the ice cream, suppose to have chocolate and caramel on it, had mostly chocolate and all of it on top only and not enough to enjoy with all of the ice cream. The service was almost non existent. Had to get up and go look for our waitress to get our check. Overall, a bad experience. We will not be returning.

One of my favorite wing spots. Habanero mango and honey barbecue, yup! Would’ve gotten 5 stars but they’re beer is always flat and not cold enough. I wish their beer was like twin peaks has it 29°🥶
