I
made
my
first
experiences
with
the
Impuls
Health
Center
as
part
of
a
rehab
sports
program.
The
therapist
asked
me
about
the
reason
for
my
prescription
and
offered
me
to
take
advantage
of
the
studio's
range
of
courses
in
addition
to
the
rehabilitation
sport.
I
was
allowed
to
try
out
some
courses
on
a
trial
basis
and
have
been
a
member
there
ever
since
and
haven't
regretted
a
single
day.
The
range
of
courses
is
varied.
Whether
it's
fat
burning,
strengthening,
stretching,
endurance
or
a
combination
of
everything,
everything
is
included
in
the
program.
Yoga,
Pilates,
spine
training,
fat
burners,
step,
body
styling
and
core
are
my
favorite
courses.
In
addition
to
the
courses
that
take
place
weekly
at
fixed
times,
there
are
also
those
with
weekly
variable
times
and
the
rather
rare
special
courses.
Also
to
be
mentioned
are
those
courses
that
are
tailored
to
specific
clinical
pictures,
such
as
diabetes.
Registration
for
the
courses
takes
place
via
an
app,
to
which
a
member
receives
access.
The
sports
offer
is
of
course
not
limited
to
courses.
There
is
also
the
option
of
equipment
training.
If
there
is
a
corresponding
prescription,
you
can
also
access
physiotherapy
and
/
or
rehabilitation
sports.
The
price-performance
ratio
is
also
good,
although
I
received
a
special
offer
because
of
my
participation
in
rehab
sports.
The
therapists
are
all
very
nice
and
competent.
They
respond
to
requests
and
take
special
situations
into
account.
Although
there
are
no
fixed
places
in
the
courses,
as
an
asthmatic
I
always
get
a
fixed
place
close
to
the
door
and
my
belongings.
I
give
that
great
credit
to
the
team.
Dealing
with
each
other
is
very
familiar,
both
in
terms
of
the
therapists'
dealings
with
one
another
and
with
the
members.
You
immediately
feel
well
received.
The
participants
support
each
other
if
there
are
problems
in
the
sequence
of
steps.
Those
participants
who
are
less
likely
to
keep
up
are
brought
forward
by
the
course
instructor
so
that
one
can
see
each
other
better.
If
you
want,
you
can
even
book
personal
training
there.
In
times
of
Corona,
the
team
was
also
very
flexible
and
immediately
set
up
an
online
program.
The
transition
was
seamless.
The
training
continued
right
at
home
via
special
streaming
links
on
YouTube,
this
time
also
with
live
cooking
shows
and
nutritional
advice
on
healthy
eating.
I
think
the
online
courses
are
much
better
because
you
can
always
see
and
hear
the
trainer
well
and
you
can
repeat
the
courses
as
often
as
you
like.
In
addition,
many
more
participants
can
book
the
courses
online
than
would
be
possible
in
the
studio.
If
you
are
late,
that
is
not
a
problem
because
the
video
can
still
be
accessed
later.
If
you
are
not
well
equipped,
you
can
borrow
all
the
training
accessories
from
the
studio.
So
please
what
more
do
you
want?
I
am
very
happy
there!

Meine
ersten
Erfahrungen
habe
ich
im
Rahmen
eines
Rehasportprogramms
mit
dem
Impuls
Gesundheitszentrum
gemacht.
Die
Therapeutin
fragte
mich
nach
dem
Grund
meiner
Verordnung
und
bot
mir
an,
begleitend
zu
dem
Rehasport
das
Kursangebot
des
Studios
wahrzunehmen.
Probeweise
durfte
ich
in
einige
Kurse
schnuppern
und
bin
seitdem
Mitglied
dort
und
habe
es
keinen
Tag
bereut.
Das
Kursangebot
ist
vielseitig.
Ob
Fettverbrennung,
Kräftigung,
Dehnung,
Ausdauer
oder
eine
Kombination
aus
allem,
es
ist
alles
im
Programm
enthalten.
Yoga,
Pilates,
Wirbelsäulentraining,
Fatburner,
Step,
Bodystyling
und
Core
sind
meine
Lieblingskurse.
Neben
den
Kursen,
die
wöchentlich
regelmäßig
zu
festen
Zeiten
stattfinden,
gibt
es
auch
welche
mit
wöchentlich
variablen
Zeiten
sowie
den
eher
seltenen
Special-Kursen.
Auch
zu
erwähnen
sind
jene
Kurse
die
auf
bestimmte
Krankheitsbilder
zugeschnitten
sind,
wie
Diabetes.
Die
Anmeldung
für
die
Kurse
läuft
über
eine
App,
zu
der
man
als
Mitglied
Zugang
erhält.
Das
Sportangebot
beschränkt
sich
natürlich
nicht
nur
auf
Kurse.
Daneben
besteht
noch
die
Option
des
Gerätetrainings.
Liegt
eine
entsprechende
Verordnung
vor,
erhält
man
auch
Zugang
zu
der
Physiotherapie
und/oder
dem
Rehasport.
Das
Preisleistungsverhältnis
stimmt
auch,
wobei
ich
wegen
meiner
Teilnahme
am
Rehasport,
ein
Sonderangebot
erhalten
habe.
Die
Therapeuten
sind
alle
sehr
nett
und
kompetent.
Sie
gehen
auf
Wünsche
ein
und
nehmen
Rücksicht
auf
besondere
Situationen.
Obwohl
es
in
den
Kursen
keine
festen
Plätze
gibt,
bekomme
ich
als
Asthmatikerin
immer
einen
festen
Platz
in
der
Nähe
zur
Tür
und
zu
meinem
Sachen.
Das
rechne
ich
dem
Team
hoch
an.
Der
Umgang
miteinander
ist
sehr
familiär,
sowohl
im
Umgang
der
Therapeuten
untereinander
als
auch
mit
den
Mitgliedern.
Man
fühlt
sich
gleich
gut
aufgenommen.
Die
Teilnehmer
unterstützen
sich
gegenseitig,
wenn
es
mal
Probleme
in
der
Schrittfolge
gibt.
Diejenigen
Teilnehmer,
die
eher
schlechter
mitkommen,
werden
von
der
Kursleiterin
weiter
nach
vorne
geholt,
sodass
man
einander
besser
sehen
kann.
Wer
möchte,
kann
dort
sogar
ein
Personaltraining
buchen.
In
Zeiten
von
Corona
war
das
Team
auch
sehr
flexibel
und
hat
umgehend
ein
Online-Programm
auf
die
Beine
gestellt.
Der
Übergang
war
nahtlos.
Das
Training
ging
gleich
zuhause
über
spezielle
Streaminglinks
auf
YouTube
weiter,
diesmal
auch
mit
Live-Cookingshows
und
Ernährungsberatungen
für
eine
gesunde
Ernährung.
Das
Online-Kursangebot
finde
ich
sogar
viel
besser,
da
man
den
Trainer
immer
gut
sehen
und
hören
kann
und
die
Kurse
beliebig
oft
wiederholen
kann.
Außerdem
können
online
auch
viel
mehr
Teilnehmer
die
Kurse
buchen,
als
es
im
Studio
möglich
wäre.
Sollte
man
sich
mal
verspätet
haben,
ist
das
kein
Problem,
weil
das
Video
auch
später
noch
abrufbar
ist.
Wer
nicht
gut
ausgerüstet
ist,
kann
sich
sämtliches
Trainingszubehör
von
dem
Studio
ausleihen.
Also
bitte
was
will
man
mehr?
Ich
bin
mega
zufrieden
dort!
