This was a great visit to our Toluca facility and an even better stay at the Crowne Plaza Toluca. I had a warm welcome when I arrived and my room was already available even though it was around noon. The staff was very informative and friendly. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was hot of the grill hot and flavorful. No complaints. The grilled chx salad was amazing as well as the chipotle chorizo egg rolls were phenomenal. I have never had egg rolls like that. The presentations was spot on and they actually delivered everything I aske PLUS all utensils and napkins. an The only thing I found was that the elevator was down which was not a prob because I needed to get the steps in any way so the stairs were well welcome. The area around the hotel was ok. ALOT of traffic both auto and foot but manageable.

Comfortable and big rooms, polite stuff. My second time in this hotel. The only drawback is poor choise for breakfast. Lack of air in the rooms.

The level is deteriorating time over time. They removed amenities from all the rooms, even when asked they don't have sponge to shine shoes. They charged me the full room at arrival, despite when asked I clearly replied I wanted to pay when checking out. The choice at breakfast is limited, you have to wait for everything, even marmelade they don't put on the buffet...a disaster
