I
had
a
reservation
and
they
didn't
respect
it.
When
we
arrived
they
gave
us
the
rooms
they
had
(308,
223)
and
they
were
in
very
bad
condition:
1.
There
was
no
hot
water
(the
receptionist
said
it
took
a
long
time
and
that
we
should
leave
the
tap
for
20
minutes...
how
wasting
water
for
that
amount
of
time
was
a
good
idea)
2.
Walls
swollen
with
moisture.
3.
One
room
did
not
have
a
telephone.
4.
They
told
us
they
had
heating
and
there
was
none.
We
asked
for
blankets
and
they
no
longer
had
them.
5.
The
rug
in
the
rooms
in
poor
condition.
Obviously
none
of
this
was
mentioned
to
us
before
paying
nor
were
we
told
that
they
were
in
terrible
condition.
How
unfortunate
that
a
good
hotel
chain
leaves
such
a
bad
experience
in
this
place.
It
lacks
maintenance.
