There are dozen of endodontic dentists in the area (do a google search), and if possible, I would strongly reccommend visiting any one of them as opposed to Steinert. My wife had treatment there, and we ended up with a disagreement over billing. Although we were very willing to work out the situation, this company does not at all understand the meaning of customer service, and is incapable of working through a situation. The secretary, Jolene, was just about the most unprofessional, demeaning, and condescending person that I've ever done business with. I am horrified that she is the representative of the business. This business will never thrive with her as the first line of communication. When the situation was escalated to Dr. Liu, and Dr. Steinert, (although professional), they really had no grasp on the issue, or, how to resolve it. I'm not even sure that they are good dentists as my wife had problems following the procedure. Please, if you have an option, select a different Endodontic Dentist. You will thank me. I've had excellent experiences each time I've visited the office. Dr. Liu is extremely pleasant and professional. He has a way about him that makes you very relaxed. I'm very confident in his treatment plan, and he makes sure you always know what's going on and spends as much time as necessary to make sure your comfortable and informed. The other team members in the office are a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And the office manager Jolene does everything she can to make sure the experience is pleasant including working through all the insurance paperwork. Excellent team.

Dr. Hongsheng Liu, DMD presented an immaculately clean/sterile environment for His Endodontic Practice!! In addition to His professionalism, He demonstrated EXCELLENT "Chair-side Manner" and humorous conversation to make the root canal easier to undergo. Sarah, His Receptionist, showed exceptional meticulous "attention to details"!!

Never had a better dentist. I had a bad experience at another office two years ago and had put off a root canal for far too long. Not only was the dentist extremely patient, careful, and informative, but the price was far below where I had work done before. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.
