Very nice Apts they are adding all new balcony and updating the Apts still priced right for families starting out.

Live here at your own risk! I’m writing this review on Christmas Day. This isn’t the first or the second time our water has been unexpectedly shut off without notice. Besides the time, a pipe burst on the street which is understandable. You can understand the frustration when the water suddenly turns off in the middle of a warm shower. Need I say anymore? Ever since management has change, it has been a consistent lack of communication among management to people who pay to live in these units. This is not worth the rent increase for the new year nor is it worth living in a place you’ll have to gamble with whether you have running water or not!

Been living here for 9 months now and have been noticing a constant theme where our water is constantly shutting off without prior notice. Ever since management has changed, there has been lack of communication and consideration for families who lives in these units.
