    So disappointed in this dominos lately .... this is the 2nd time the cinnamon twist look like this ! It’s not just about how it looks it’s literally like eating thick pieces of half cooked dough!! So done with this dominos after tonight!

    Absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever dealt with food service. While I was not present at my house when I ordered, I made it very clear that I was ordering for my Mom who was alone at home and I could not get in touch with her. The delivery driver told me to “hurry it up” while I was trying to explain the circumstances. I asked if he could knock and or ring the door bell to alert my mom of the food but he refused. When I came home my order was not on the porch as he claimed he left it there. I come to find out the next morning that he left it on my neighbors porch instead of mine? Extremely rude and disrespectful. I normally never leave reviews but I would not recommend ordering here to anyone unless you enjoy 12 hour old food.

    We ordered and the delivery man came and said he didn't have our order. Instead of just sending someone else, they told us we had to WAIT for the delivery man to finish his route before he would go back to the store and get ours. So we give up and just drive to the store to pick it up, and suddenly the delivery driver does have it and he's headed to our place, but we get there before him. It's been 2 hours since we ordered, its still not here and I only expect stone cold pizza and wings at this point. No offer for refunds so far. Will update if it ever shows up Food came cold and the tater tots and cheese bread are burnt to hell.

    I placed an order in the afternoon t for curbside pickup at 7:45p. I got there maybe 5mins early, checked in, and put my hazards on as directed. 7:45p came and no one brought my order out or gave me an update. About 10 mins later my phone rings, and it’s Dominos telling me that they ran out of chicken and hadn’t saved any for the order I prepaid for. I asked what was going on with my order and was told they hadn’t started it yet, even though online it said it was being worked on since7:30. By 8:20 I still didn’t have my food, so I had to goin and get it, even though I had added a tip when paying for curbside delivery. Once I get home, there is a big hole in one of the pizza, about the size of 2pieces, and they didn’t give me the icing I paid for either. I will never go back there after this. And they didn’t even apologize for any of it!

    I can't believe that I ate that Pizza, the young man who prepared it fall on the floor on his hands as he is jumping from his place to the oven to the cash register, didn't bother himself to wash his hands one hour after eating it i got stomach ache ,diarrhea o that was awful experience. the other coworker is a lady with very long nails working with dough with such nails is unacceptable. other coworkers came to help but none of them washed his hands i would give negative rating not one star.

    Online order for pick up was ready. I went in personally, waiting for 7 at the pick up area and no one didn't attend me. I left the store, lucky I didn't pay. Worst customer service. Never again will come back. Henry! Gift Certificates won't fix anything. Hire the right people and definitely that Dominos Tracker is not accurate, why have it running, if you can't get things together.

    Worst experience of my life, called placed a order and they said 35 mins called a hour later and all of a sudden they don’t speak English… now I have to call back in morning to get a refund or just show up at the store to get a refund.

    I spent like 1:30 hours waiting for my order, and when I called asking a guy called Michel answered very rude and told me that if I don’t wait he’ll cancel the order. Poor customer service at all.

    They say they are “Methuen” but I am 1.1 miles away and the manager wouldn’t deliver. I even said I would time the driver extra. He told Me Sunday delivery was too “dense” in Lawrence for him to come here. Terrible show of customer service. 5 year olds bday party. I will never order here again! Is this a surprise that they have 2.9 stars!!!!!! I have friends who are dominos franchise owners in NH and I will make sure to pass this along. The fact that the driver could not drive one mile away is pathetic.

    This place was absolutely horrible , i was told my order was ready in 15-20 minutes , i was waiting for a full hour , and the cinnamon twists barely had cinnamon and were so tiny , so horrible , i will be speaking with your manager

    They are horrible , they delivered me the wrong order . Told me they were going to send the right one and that it was going to take 20 minutes. I called again 40 minutes later and they forgot to do it. Told me I was going to get my refund and the food and I never got it

    Placed an order called a hour later i was told that no order was made (there mistake wrong address) so i cancelled it ordered on line to pick up so called general manager called saying i had to pre pay if not hes was going to cancel the order which he did. Worst general manager and service ever last time ordering there!!

    This dominos is a joke I have a rewards program and I ordered here twice with in the last week and every time I’ve ordered my order gets canceled and I order before there even supposed to close. I called and asked for my order from last night to actually be ordered and it never was. Then he gets he and wants me to pay again when I already paid for my order last night just for it to be canceled. So I call to speak with the manager and he argues with me tells me I’m wrong because I told the woman I need to go in and get the money and she leaves didn’t even give me 5 mins to even get the money ready. And it’s supposed to be customers are always right but according to this manager I’m wrong.

    I ordered from this place. Never got my pizza and never got a refund. I really would like to have a Domino's Pizza. Unfortunately They can't find my house or deliver. I have already made a complaint and they refuse to refund me

    yea food was decent but im guessing the employees might not get paid enough? tall kid with afro takes my money doesn’t tell me the total and said “your all set” now i knew what total was and i had 5 dollars change back but he must need it more then me so i kept it stepping but if he did that to me imagine how many other people he’s done it too and probably keeps it for himself

    Went there on Monday 9/4 placed an order at 2:32pm the person who made my pizza didn’t do it right. Call back to explain was rude and hang up the phone on me . Drove back there he didn’t speak English I told him the pizza wasn’t right he took the pizza box threw it behind him where the orders go. He called me stupid in Spanish & starting cursing at me Tall ponytail worked at 3pm on Monday the 4th of September…

    I ordered TWICE and they still didn’t deliver. Took the money out of my account for a pizza and chicken. Then Dominos offers me a free pizza. I WANTED MY DAMN FOOD!!! Not a free one 🤨 Worst place to eat. !!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE !!!!!!! Horrible horrible customer service.

    Never ordering from this location again. I ordered on the dominos app at 8:51, my order was supposed to be ready by 9:16pm. I checked the tracker on the app to make sure my food was all done and it was. Fifty minutes past 9:15pm, my boyfriend walks in to get the food, for them to tell him “something happened, the food isn’t ready.” Mind you my boyfriend needed to get to work, he asked them for a refund and instead of them giving him a refund, they tell him in 10 minutes the food will be ready. Minutes have gone by waiting (more than 10 minutes) and the food still wasn’t ready. They continued to tell him the food was almost done. He waited for an hour for that food. He ended up getting our food around 10:30 something and didn’t even end up getting our full order because they told him the other food we ordered part of that order wouldn’t be done until 10 more minutes. At that point my boyfriend was already going to be late to work, so he just ended up leaving.

    Hold on a second… I only left 5 stars?! First of all, this particular location is one of the most well managed Domino’s in the lower 48. Emily and the rest of the Staff is always available to go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.

    I ordered to have the 2 pizzas delivered to my house when I waited for the delivery driver just for the driver to tell me that he had the wrong order. I waited for about 1 hour and 10 mns. Completely waste of my time! so mad!!! Btw, I called the store and the lady did apologized but she was also trying to make excuses like they were really busy blah blah blah but it's not my responsibility to make sure they do bring me the correct order!. I also tipped the driver 20% which is good tip. In the end, I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else. Horrible experience

    Service is awful. Staff laugh at people who are waiting for their orders longer than they expected and they have no clue where your order is. Waited an hour and a half for something I order . To top it all, my order was wrong!! Don't order from here!!!

    The food was great. Was faster than what they said it would be it was ready in 10 minutes not 20. My only issue is it was very expensive $26 for two pan pizzas carry out
