Large place with a great patio, and lots of space upstairs and downstairs for relaxing and working. The ambiance is fun, yet peaceful. The coffee is great, and around 3 I enjoyed an amazing caprese toast right out of the oven. Such nice, friendly service!

Nice little family run cafe right across from a Tesla service centre. Quaint decor and a great chicken sandwich. Second floor seating. Not sure if I’d go out of my way to come here but the service, coffee and food were all excellent.

Staff were very friendly and nice. It's a very lovely place in a random spot. I need to go back to try different coffee but overall I was very happy with my choice. My favorite was the Bacon Capris Danish. It's a perfect savory bite. Danish is rich and crunchy. The bacon Capris with drizzled pesto were a perfect combo.

I always loved my visit here. The food is delicious, I especially enjoyed their tiramisu croffle! The coffees are creamy and perfect for rainy days. I understand this cafe went through a transfer of ownership, but best be assured the new owners are just as incredibly dedicated to this place. I believe it’s run by a family, and it’s really nice seeing them all work here together. The space is so comforting and modern, and I loved taking my work here, since plugs are found on almost every table. Highly recommend!

Nice independent coffee shop on Powell street. Parking for 1 hour outfront. Ordered the americano, very good and strong. Has seating area upstairs for group work and study. Definitely worth checking out.

It feels like a hidden gem. Delicious food and coffee in artsy eat van area but a bit off the beaten path. Great place to work with your laptop or catch up with friends. My new go-to.

Cute cafe with a variety of menu to choose from. I tried out their sandwich, croffles and drinks - they were all tasty! I especially loved the prosciutto sandwich and strawberry croffle.

O.M.G yesterday morning I went to grab a small bite before my commute to work and I’ve always wanted to try this cute cafe at the corner of Powell and Commercial. That was the best decision I made all day. I had the fruit puff parfait (I’m not sure if that’s what it was actually called) but it was a stuff soft pastry cup filled with Custer and sugared fruit. My first bite my eyes I was blown away. I took a couple large bites in 30 seconds and then it was gone. I went back this morning for the ham& cheese croissant and I’m so excited. The staff is super cool and chill as well, they have a hip atmosphere with nice windows and plants. I might make this apart of my morning routine!

The Narcissus is a cozy place. My experience here was great. I ordered and got my breakfast in time. The staff are wonderful and there is free WiFi There 1 hour free street parking. Just incase you choose to drive. The only issue is a very small cafe with limited seating. There is patio space but the problem is the traffic, wind and the chilly cold weather can get into your bones. I will take pictures next time and update this review on my next visit.

The grilled cheese sandwich was fantastic! And their pastries not only look artisanal but are light, flaky and delicious.

Very nice little coffeeshop tucked away on Powell. The layout and ambiance was very nice, and the barista was also very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches a lot.

I was given a $5 voucher from Tesla service shop to this cafe while we wait until our vehicle is fixed. Because my husband and I are still full as we just ate, I only ordered one almond croissant and one mango shake for me and my husband. The young lady was very kind to split the mango shake into two glasses so we each both have one glass of mango shake. The mango shake and the almond croissant were so good! I didn’t finish my mango shake though because as I said earlier, my husband and I were still full as we just ate when we went to Tesla. Mango shake is not so sweet, just the right amount of sugar to my liking, that is how I like my smoothies, not too sweet. They did a good job with both, the mango shake and the almond croissant were very good! I was surprised with serving the one mango shake order into two glasses, I appreciate the initiative. Excellent food and service, keep it up! I highly recommend this place. April

Best chicken sandwich ever. You haven't lived until you've had this chicken sandwich. This chicken sandwich is to die for. I'm so curious about the rest of the menu but I've been there at least 5 times and can't bring myself to walk in that door and not get the chicken sandwich, so that's what I keep getting, because I'm hooked, but I'd be amazed if the other stuff isn't good too.

What sets La Luce apart is its commitment to using locally sourced ingredients. Their pastries, baked fresh daily, are a testament to this. I particularly enjoyed their almond croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. The cafe also doubles as a small art gallery, showcasing local artworks that change monthly. This not only supports local artists but also ensures a fresh and dynamic ambiance for regular visitors.

Found this place when I took my Tesla in for service (Tesla right across gives $5 voucher to use at this cafe). I think it was recently taken over and now provides a more extensive menu. A very nice and quiet korean cafe with delicious menu.

Delicious breakfast sandwich options. The vegetarian breakfast sandwich had a lovely marinated? Red pepper on the sandwich that really elevated the flavor. London fog was delicious and their patio is quite private with how they built it.

Nice little cafe tucked away in this gritty industrial district in Vancouver. I got the surprise bag from the Too Good To Go app. Was not really expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with what was included and the presentation. I got this blueberry muffin looking croissant filled with creme. I don't have much a sweet tooth, but I must say it was very good. I liked it more than I should have. It also came with these three savory veggie danishs which I tend to favour more. Will definitely stop by again next time to do a proper dine-in experience.

Was looking for lunch and stumbled on The Narcissus. It’s a beautiful space with friendly staff, delicious soup and an affordable lunch. I had the prosciutto and Brie sandwich with a delightfully flavorful curry chickpea soup.

This is such a cute quiet place to hang out. It’s a beautiful space. It’s fun to watch traffic pass by. The music is mellow jazzy stuff. The decorations are fun and endearing. A great escape from the city noise.

It's really cozy and nice place. Employees are nice as well and food is amazing. It's REAL GIMBAB. It reminded me of gimbab that my grandmom made!!!

My girlfriends chai latté was sweet and delicious, my mocha was super chocolatey and great! We had the avocado toast and it was so good we couldn't help but eat it in 0.2 seconds! We will definitely ride back on our bikes for more soon!

This is a cool place, with a small but delicious food menu. They have a unique beer and soda selection. The barista is very knowledgeable about his products, and will find the right drink for you!
