    Just ordered from here through Uber eats , I don't understand how they can mess an order up so bad . Reading the reviews, this place seems terrible with customers and sending out the correct orders . Very bad for business! As you can see what we ordered on our receipt and the big Mac that we did not order it is obvious that they don't even look at the receipt to confirm they are sending the right order. Very unprofessional. I'd give zero stars if I could.

    Not one to belittle minimum wage workers but holy god these people are bad at their jobs. 30 minutes for 2 burgers that have 2 ingredients. Took 10 minutes to come to the cash register first then another 20 to make the 2 burgers.... Go home open the burger go check, sauce is literally on the top of the box, lettuce is under the burger. What kind of rocket science is going on in this place? The IQ in this place all together barely is equal to a jellyfish

    This is an ok McDonald's, but needs some improvements. There was only one cashier who also was tasked with running orders out to the cars, this slowed things down since this was a bottleneck. The manager or other staff should be bringing out the food to the cars. The cashier seemed to be overloaded, slowing things down. They also need to clean up the dining area more often.

    Nothing will be worst on this place, the service and professionalism doesn't exist. This is not happen once or twice, ordering in the drive trough is worst (not to mentioned on the counter inside the restaurant). They always missed one or two of your order as in always, they will give you the number and you have to wait on the line again to settle this. The food, they just damped it in the paper bag. Luck of basic know how thing.

    Drive thru needs to be trained to treat people with respect and show dignity towards other people. It is not funny when someone can't pronounce something right. The girl was holding in her laugh over the mic and told us to move up to the window and order ahead because she couldn't hear. From start to end the employees seemed like a bunch of bullies. Food was good and served fast.

    Terrible accuracy, multiple times have ordered via drive thru only to get home with missing items or incorrect custom request. The only reason why I go to this location is that it's close. I've called a few times which in fairness was met with an apology and a "make it right" meal. Super inconvenient for the customer not to mention preventable! Whenever possible I go in so I can check before leaving but this shouldn't be the case! Please just make it right each order! Last drive thru visit we ordered a filet, cheeseburger, sausage/egg McMuffin, fries and drink. Got home opened the bag with a bunch of cheeseburgers which means someone else had received their order wrong. So frustrated we didn't bother calling back. Don't leave without checking your orders!

    The poutine is not even half full this is unbelievable and the Big Mac look at the photos is that even humane how am I supposed to eat that worst McDonald’s in British Columbia I’m sure

    Mediocre at best, understaffed and apathetically maintained location. Tables were dirty and garbage overflowing. Ordered on the mobile app and it took 10min to arrive. The burgers were warm, but the fries cold. Struggled to get attention at the counter, but got the fries eventually replaced, alas they were still maybe 80% peak freshness. Not the worst location I’ve been too, but not good either. On par with the declining quality I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s.

    Worst experience of my life . You need a new sales manager as she will be the reason why you will not have customers returning as there are others around . First of all coming to the window she did not ask for the McDonald code and when I brought it up to the window she pulled the machine back,ignored me and took someone else’s order. What kind of service is this?? Then we ask for water and she is very rude about the cup situation. We understand the lack of cups but when I asked for 3 twice and she didn’t make any eye contact or give any indication that she heard me then turn around with attitude about us asking PLEASE SEE PHOTOS after this mess she repeats the order and we agree then get handed this . What am I paying for ? RIP OFF, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AND WANT YOU TO JUST LEAVE . Would not recommend to anyone .

    If I could I would give this place no star as they have no etiquette for anyone specially for skip drivers. I went there to pick up an order but the guy I guess he was manager or something said he won’t give me and I should go back and deliver some other orders as that will take time. I said I’ll wait and have no problem but he was so rude but I got my order anyways and didn’t care much about him. Then I got my next order from same location and he said he won’t give me the food and called the police on me but jokes on him as I still get paid for the order but feels bad because he is so pathetic that he could care less about anything and wasted so much time of that policeman who has some other important jobs to do rather than satisfying his ego. I hope i won’t get any order from this location as they take forever to make a simple order and are rude to everyone. If they’re working there everyone is working and should have some respect for others as well.

    Worst worst food court I ever visit in my life. Staff is superb worst. They don’t know how to treat the customers. Last night I visit their with my friends at midnight and their system was working and they tell lie that our system is not working so we are not taking any order. Manager name kamaljeet and her night shift staff was so rude to us and even we have huge arguments because of this negative behaviour. Even one of worst staff member told other employee about us we should through all of them out. I would say shame on you and your thinking. Worst manager kamaljeet and her staff. Hopefully honour of the store see my comment and take strict actions against all of the staff who was there on 14november at 12am to 2:30am. They sar so rude. Even one of the curbside driver comes to us and told they are so unprofessional. They did not pass order to him outside at midnight. They were supposed to give them the order after 10pm. I would say worst worst experience. Take strict action against Kamaljeet manager and her staff during that night.

    Got my order completely wrong.... Went home to see is not what i paid for. Horrible location, avoid!! Details: Ordered drive through at 2 am, told the order taker over speaker EXACTLY and SPECIFICALLY what I wanted in and not in my burgers and they completely botched my order.. I really shouldn't have to park my car in the drive through after the order to see if its proper - yet - that's what I should of done, shame on you girls who were working at the time. You took so long for a couple burgers, you botched the orders, I got home and was so upset. I had to throw away the food. Despicable location, you are better off at a competitor or another location if you're still desperate for McDs. If McDonald's corporate reads these reviews, you need to TRAIN people to take orders. If I can give my order fast n proper - yet - you don't make it fast and proper, then why are you in the fast food game? Dissatised, disappointed and left with a vulgar taste for any location in the future for McDonald's because of this experience. This isn't the first time I've had issues with McDonald's but this is the first time in 2022 where a restaurant has screwed me over with waiting for my meal and completely getting it wrong.

    Worst service. Worst McDonald's. Always rude. I go to this one out of convenience unfortunately and it's always the same thing, maybe they are short staffed but they always seem to be more concerned about the drive thru service. And if you are a walk in costumer, it's rare they are pleasant or not ignoring you. Doesn't matter how you protect a friendly manner they're always bothered to take your order. If you can avoid this McDonald's do it. It's just awful. Even with the renovation it's just awful.

    They used to have great service and minimal mistakes. Not anymore. We have 4 kids and lately all our orders are always incorrect. Even after I tell the person attending the speaker order, the person I pay and the person giving me the food, the orders are wrong which we discover usually when it’s too late to go back, or time doesn’t permit. As a parent, the last thing I need when running around is for a simple McDonald’s order to be wrong.The customer service skills are also deplorable. Hopefully corporate will do something about this fiasco, but I’m not holding my breath and will take my business elsewhere.

    It was fun to be at this McDonalds, ordered from the screen displayed in the lobby. Service was quick and there was ample space for sitting. Loved being here and would surely visit them again and again. Had theri Chicken Spicy Habanero and Mc Junior

    The food was cold, staff over worked and don't pause at the front counter for a second risking to have to help customers. Employees focused on door dash and drive through orders. Staff closed off kids play area to "train" new employees and the tables were a mess with garbage and stains, stepped on fries and lettuce on the floor. Terrible experience. Had to drive over here as the one close to nordel is under construction and closed.

    I have never written a review on google but this place deserves it and not in a good way. How would these workers make it in the real world? They messed up 3 of our orders in 1 week: 6 nuggets. Charged for 2 sauces. They forgot the sauce. Should I be dipping it in my smoothie? Ordered 1 Big Mac 1 cheeseburger. Lady asks me if I can park to wait for my order. I wait and 15 min later, while everyone else behind me leaves, I get my order. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag. The cheeseburger was a junior chicken. My pregnancy hormones really had me upset. Next time if I’m told to park im going to say no. Today got parked again for 30 min before my dad yelled out to them + they forgot the straw Garbage location. I only stop here since it’s close to home, garbage workers. The early morning aunties have it together so I’m not mad at them. Im surprised that I havnt seen a viral video of someone going off on these losers. Would be deserved. Sorry no sorry.

    The restaurant was not too clean, lock bathroom stall was broken. Small order/cashier area, pickup area was also very small. Hard to maintain distance from other customers. Took long time to get meal. And meal was not what was ordered, missing items. Better service at A&W restaurant on 72 about 2 blocks away. Handicap door did not work getting into restaurant. Not going back.

    Went to the Scottsdale McDonald’s in Delta, BC and got a rude lady while ordering at the drive thru menu board. I got my order but my Fish filet had this marking on it like a cross cut on top of my, (supposed to be), smooth bun! WTH is that!! To top it off there was clear gooey liquid which resembled spit on the side of my bun. Never ever has this happened before where someone cut markings on my sandwich or disgusting looking stuff was on my sandwich! This is a new extreme and we tried calling them but nobody answered. This location deserves to be closed or staffed better because these kids are playing around with food that others are buying, kids may be eating too. Especially during Covid. So obviously their thinking it’s a real joke and that it’s hilarious because they’re immature. However, not thinking someone can get seriously ill from their prank! Disgusting please if you’re going to go to this location, make sure you inspect your food before eating it! Be safe!

    Absolutely non sense behavior from staff. They just get hired and Absolutely no customer service skills. One lady claims to be the manager when asked for the floor manager cos the actual manager didn't want to come talk to me. No customer service skills. Doesn't even know how to talk to customer and answer their questions. There are two POSes they keep one closed and make customers wait. Bunch of people working inside just chitchat but don't come to attend to customers who need help.

    Please avoid this McDonalds at dinner time. Save your money and go to the A&W nearby (way better quality and customer service!) We took our kids here for a treat and it was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our order. We had a bigger order but saw the smaller orders after ours come out first. The guy preparing the orders at the counter cheats their system and “deletes” the orders on the screen before they’re even up. That’s how the company times them. So if you see your order get deleted from the “preparing order, now serving, etc”, SAY something before you keep waiting. They probably do that so they can take their time without getting in trouble from corporate. I also saw 10 drive thru orders go out before mine. So clearly they were prioritizing their drive thru over their dine-in. As for the food, the Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich was burnt. My husband asked for a replacement and they took another 20 minutes to replace the burger! The quarter pounder I had was dry and you could tell it was sitting there for a while. I saw 6 staff members working at the time. Only one actually looked like they cared. Everyone else didn’t want to be there. Whoever is in charge here, please read these reviews and care a little bit. It’s sad to see so many 1 star reviews and yet no body cares. Overall, I will not be coming back.

    I just felt little hungry so I went to order a happy meal for take-out. I can’t believe when I open the meal box. No toy but they still gave me toy, it’s fine actually. But WHERE is my chicken nuggets? So I paid for less fries and a toy…? It’s not the first time they did wrong item. So I felt very disappointed about it.

    Worst experience at this location. Kamaljeet Kaur the mannerless manager don't know how to talk with the customers. She needs to be trained again how to deal with the customers, not to be so rude, not to show her weird attitude. Not only with the customers even with the co-workers too. I was surprised how she was shouting at the co-workers. She needs to learn.

    Is there no training at scottsdale McDonald’s anymore? When I was growing up Scottsdale McDonald’s had some standards.I Ordered the McCrispy today. $8.10 for just the burger! I so wish I would have taken a picture before I drove back to the restaurant and demanded my money back. The inside of the bun was burnt black, and I mean totally black, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog . The chicken itself was hard, way over cooked & Dried out, there was half a tomato that had been cut in a quarter it wasn’t even on the burger, it was in the box. For a new burger that they’re trying to promote you would think the presentation would be better. I showed it to the guy at the counter and said would you eat this, you could tell by the look on his face he did not know what to say. no apologies nothing, just said I’ll refund your money. I don’t know how many times I’ve got undercooked fries from this McDonald’s at Scottsdale. I will never make the mistake of eating there ever again. No quality control whatsoever!

    They always make you pull ahead to wait after you order online ahead of time and select the drive through option. Even if you wait in line at the drive through it’s still not ready by the time you get to the window. Then you have to pull forward and wait another 5-10 min because they can’t get their timing right. I don’t think they are supposed to do this.

    By far the worst McDonald's in Surrey. Staff are lacking customer service skills, main focus is the drive thru while dine in was lined up. I ordered nuggets and mentioned what sauces I wanted and was charged. I had to come back as I looked at the receipt and was told only sweet and sour is free 🙄 what a joke. I stood in line twice for over 10 minutes no apology. I was given half full medium coke I went to ask them for a top off and was told no.I dont recommend this restaurant

    Ordered 4 pcs of chicken nuggets happy meal from drive thru and they gave me wrong Order. Went back to get replace and they give me wrong order twice.Instead of 4 pcs chicken nuggets they gave me sour sauce in it.Never ever will go again. Check pics.

    Complete disaster. Scottsdale McDonald's on Scott rd, Surrey at 4am.... avoid.. avoid...avoid. 10 min in drive through, no response. Drive ahead and received a snotty response. 45min wait in car... you read right... 45min. Server that brought food said sorry, as an afterthought when I mentioned that their head office may be interested. Food was mediocre at best.

    If I could give 0 stars I would I waited a while for someone to actually talk on the microphone to take my order at drive through. Told the what seemed like an international student, that I was waiting for a while. She did not bother to apologize. Then when I went to grab my order from the pick up window, I assumed she was the manager, she showed so much attitude while passing the order and did not bother to lean so that I could grab my order. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job simply quit and sit on the couch at home. If your on customer service pls take measures to effectively provide positive environment to your customers🙄

    ****NEVER SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE**** My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing and concerning. During a recent visit of my daughters. While my 12-year-old daughter was seated inside and her elder sister briefly away to collect their order, three youths(1Boy & 2 Girls) approached her and forcibly snatched her bag. Despite her distress and calls for help, the staff members present did not intervene to assist her and continued attending to their tasks. When seeking assistance from the purported managerial staff, we encountered a disheartening lack of concern. Even as my daughters were scared and sought help, the staff's neglect to intervene during such a distressing event is deeply concerning. Conflicting claims were made by individuals claiming to be managers, alleging prior bans and dismissing the severity of the situation. Their handling of the incident was highly unprofessional, and their reluctance to address the issue was alarming. Efforts to review security footage were met with resistance, and the uncooperative behavior of the staff, including a supposed manager raising their voice at my young daughters, was unacceptable. I am deeply troubled by the staff's attempt to downplay the incident and the presence of three individuals all claiming to be managers simultaneously. The dismissive attitude towards the safety of patrons, especially minors, was unacceptable.

    This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's the one closest to my house, but the service here is constantly terrible. I just waited 14min for a nugget meal and it wasn't even busy. When they ask you to pull to the side to wait for fries and then forget there is a car waiting, there is a serious problem. I shouldn't have to go through the drive through, and then go inside because I've been waiting 14 minutes.

    I’m absolutely disgusted with this location. The place is filthy!! Washroom Was disgusting (the toilet was the only clean part!) the floor throughout was sticky and dirty, the walls were covered in dirt and grime. The tables were dirty and this was 9 am. My bathroom stall had no toilet paper, and the walls and doors were gross. The wait fir an order made in store took 10 min for breakfast while the drive through goes by nice and quick. We waited for a cashier for 3minutes before we called for somebody, 5 minutes later another customer comes in and waits for service then he too calls for service. So disgusted at this location. Filthy filthy!! My feet stuck to the floor with every sticky step.

    Ordered an ice cream cone online, and waited at curbside for 20 mins without anything coming. Entered the store to ask about my order, their response is "no such curbside order". Until I showed my receipt, the response is "Is it just an ice cream?" Then the staff grabbed the cone to me in a minute without bothering to look into my receipt details. They just don't bother about missing an order even though it's their mistake. They didn't apologize for having us to wait for more than 20 mins for JUST an ice cream.

    I wish the review has zero star option. We live close by and order delivery from this store from time to time since covid. To be 500% honest I can’t even remember when was the last time they got my whole order right… it can be as small as missing sauce to as big as missing the whole item. (Missing whole 10 pc nuggets, missing a burger, missing fries…) what amazes me is they did it in a consistent fashion. Not a single time did they get the order right… actually my family is now quite excited when unpacking the bag because we just want to be surprised, to see if we can get the order we are supposed to get. Found it funny but sadly it’s true…

    We came here at about 10pm on a Friday night. The parking lot and drive thru is chaotic and nobody knows how to drive, terribly laid out (that’s not their fault) but if you get really bad road rage don’t go here. You will regret it. We then proceed to wait in the drive thru and then the reserved spot for our order for about 25 min total. Food was average.

    It’s been four days that their coke machine is broken. They don’t have coke, sprite, iced tea nothing they all taste like water. If the employees already knows about it why are they charging people for the drinks. That don’t make any sense. The girl who served me at drive thru window didn’t apologized once. Not even once!     After all the negative reviews and me telling them to squeeze adequate amount of sauce in-between the burger, these people tend to prepare the order in the same traditional way. No. Of attempts 1st - It was dry and I took it with me 2nd - I took it to the manager incharge and apologised and said he will bring up the things. 3rd - Before ordering, I mentioned the girl in the counter to pay some extra attention while making my burger.

    Worst drive thru ever. The girl was squeezing the drink while handing it to me which spilled all over my hand. The Oreo mcflurry wasn’t even mixed, it was just ice cream and Oreo crumble on top which made a mess in my car. Teach your employee how to handle food better. And the manager was useless.

    This is just the worst McDonald's in the lower mainland. First couple times I went, I chalked it up to just a bad experience. I've been back 4 or 5 times since moving to Delta, and not once have they not disappointed me. Nevermind that they take forever for their orders, (which they almost always get something wrong), but their tables are always filthy and their staff either don't care at all about their jobs, or they're just terrible at it. Either way, avoid this McDonald's. (I mean avoid McDonald's in general, but let's be honest, that's not gonna happen)

    I went here for lunch and it’s become my favourite because they give their best serve. Me and my friend always eat something from McDonald’s when we by pass from there. But last time wend I went there and I order on smart screen and I wait at least 7 to 10minutes for my food. Then I asked they just said please wait it’s take a minute, actually they prefer to complete drive thru order first. All in all it’s give fresh and delicious food which value guests money

I had a concerned regarding my order, manager name Harman listened carefully and made sure our order is right. she was very nice and friendly with my kid and other customers.we had satisfactory visit 100% very impressive will recommend to everyone.

    The service at this McDonalds is atrocious. I asked them twice to check for the accuracy of my order through the drive through, and even then there were items missing. I left a message for the manager to call me back but the manager never called back. Sent a complaint to the head office and the idiots there “graciously” offered me my missing items, that I had paid for as complimentary coupons. What a joke.

    Nothing but issues everytime I order through skip. This time around entire meal was cold. Large fries ice cold burger not far off. $5.00 refund. Smh not to mention my caramel ice drink isn't what I asked suppose to be half syrup and they can't even get that right. Only reason order from here is cus it's closer and yet its become nothing but an issue and inconvenience. Officially learnt my lesson and I will NEVER order from this McDonald's again.
