I was disappointed that people were walking up the slope intended for cars as I entered the car park. I feel someone will be killed or seriously injured because the driver cannot see as they descend into the darkness. Also a little upset a begger at the door to asda. But once I got into shopping area it was great.

SHIRLEY PARK day in sunshine got loads of places to eat and drink lots off great shops and a library at Parkgate as well as a gym. Great shopping area .

Good selection of retail shops the main business being ASDA supermarket also cafés and restaurants a traffic free area. Well worth visiting.

The Asda here is superb,they have a cafe restaurant upstairs where they do a gr8 Baked potato salad lunchtime.

Parking space available. Asda was good and good prices

Theres an asda poundland and a few other shops, its not really of interest to me. It has access to the high street and shirley park. There's free parking under asda, which would require you to use stairs, lift or travelator to acess the shops or shirley park.

Nice venue for the wedding I attended. The food was good the place itself was clean and the parking was a bit tight but usable and it was free. Get to the venue in a timely manner to use it. Good use of the old Hoover building.

Asda cafe stopped severing hot food after 5pm they only had sandwiches, which is bad enough when you want to give kids a hot meal. The week before i went at 5.50pm and they said cafe is closed so this week i went earlier. You think these times they would want to bring in kids for hot meals, especially when the food prices are going through the roof. More spend per head either in cafe or asda superstore. I had to opt for a carvery in solihull instead and glad I went because kids love hot food

There is a karge Asda store, but its very dark inside due to the lighting they have. Makes it feel very uninviting. Lots of kitchen stuff on sale but no ladies' shoes !!! There's a large free underground car park (3hrs max stay). There is also a B &M on site.

One stop all you can shop😉 almost everything available in close proximity Including gym. Nice clean environment and lots of coffee shops. like the vibe

How did they get planning permission to rip up.parkland for this. Somebody was getting back handers . The selection of shops is ok nothing special, ASDA was a bit messy but its a Saturday soooo.... However the entrance to all of this is for a lot of people is by an underground car park. Its horrendeous its dark rusting smelly its really off putting. There is no venting in there so should you stay in tge car whilst the better half shops for the allowed 3hours you would need treating for carbon monoxide posioning. Its so unwelcoming and unloved you just want to leave. All around the car park perimeter the sheet piling they used to hold back the tons of earth are showing heavy rusting which may be fine but even my wife commented on how many tons are above our heads . Shirley isnt short of supermarkets ill be going elsewhere

Peacocks, Asda, B&M, Poundland are all worth a visit. Asda car park is very busy at all times. Best put on head lights when entering the car park as some terrible driving.
