HOW
DISAPPOINTING....please
tell
me
this
is
not
a
sign
of
things
to
come?!?!
Having
been
a
regular
at
coffee
cloud
over
the
past
couple
of
years
since
moving
to
West
Midlands.
I
was
extremely
excited
to
hear
that
coffee
cloud
was
reopening.
After
a
long
lockdown,
I
couldn’t
wait
to
be
one
of
their
first
customers
and
order
one
of
their
delicious
cappuccinos.
However,
My
experience
of
a
takeaway
(Only
option
available
at
the
time)
was
extremely
disappointing
and
a
complete
waste
of
£3.
The
coffee
tasted
watery
and
there
was
no
froth,
I
couldn’t
even
say
it
was
a
good
filter
coffee...just
yeuk!!!
I
love
to
support
local
business
and
know
that
this
independent
coffee
shop
used
to
pride
itself
in
great
coffee.
I
just
hope
the
staff
can
get
some
barista
training
to
improve
it
for
next
time.
It
was
also
disappointing
that
the
new
management
had
spent
no
time
updating
signs
that
had
been
left
in
the
window
by
the
previous
owners
prior
to
lockdown.
First
impressions
really
count
so
it
doesn’t
say
much
for
them
taking
pride
in
this
new
business
venture.
Hoping
for
improvements
once
cafes
are
given
the
go
ahead
to
open
their
doors
for
‘business
as
usual’
again.
