I enjoyed my first visit . Great selection of restaurants and shops. Cinema ,casino even a spa! Fantastic parking facilities if you are driving in but of course you may wish to arrive by train Came to see Gregory Porter and thought he was a top class act. I just don't like being in an arena with constant coming and goings and people checking their phones rather than turning them off.

I was here to see Maroon 5: Beautiful arena! All indoors and well ventilated. Inside the area, there are loads of stalls to buy drinks…not much options for beer, but there are cocktails, wines, and cold drinks. Not very much options for food as well, expected. However outside the area, just before the entrance, there is a chips and burger kiosk (you can’t take food in) The site itself is very big with a shopping complex. There are loads of options for food and drinks, and shopping as well, so you can have a full day out here. The site also has big parking spaces and an hotel as well. So overall, it’s a beautiful arena on a big site. I’d say the only cons is that parking is very expensive, 1-2 hrs Β£3, 2-12hrs Β£17. I believe there should be options for 3-5hrs, cos people hardly spend more than that on the site. Also the site is out of town so no buses travel this route, so you have to drive or get a taxi

Amazing time seeing Ghost perform here! Great view from the balcony, and good choice of food and drink (yes, it's very pricey, but you just expect that at arenas). Staff for very friendly and helpful. The location by the train station was super-helpful.

Excellent venue, security measures in place, A4 size hand bag only, cashless food and drink forum, use card or Zapaygo App. Lots of toilets! Disabled friendly,. Inside the Arena, comfortable seats, brilliant view, two big screens and very good sound system. Would happily go to this venue again.

Nice venue, well organised arrival with clear direction from staff on where to go. Easy to find your seats and good view of the stage. Great evening watching Simple Minds!

I was there to photograph Creeper, The Cult and Alice Cooper. All staff very friendly and helpful. Security rules about large bags very strict (but totally understandable). As a photographer, I was carrying a large bag and was stopped maple multiple times on the way to the box office - but I'm ok with that, they're doing their job. When out of the pit, photographer seats were at back of the arena and, being short, I couldn't see much but after pit duties were finished I joined the reviewers for an excellent view. Didn't try food/drink so can't comment. Photos taken with phone (Google Pixel 6 Pro). No use without permission.

For the 3rd year in a row my daughter has attended Young Voices at the Resort World Arena. Every year they put on a great show. With over 6000 other children from around the Midlands was an amazing sight. The production begins all of this is vast. The staff were nice and helpful. I wasn't impressed with my sit this year and there were groups of parents complaining about the same thing. But overall it was a very good evening. The performers were on point and the lighting amazing. This is our last year, which is a shame. If you're child is thinking about doing it, encourage them too. It's a great experience and a boost of confidence.

Resort World Arena is a place with great opportunities. This is where performances of stars, singers, dancers and comedians take place. . . . Motorcycle shows, boxing fights and many other interesting attractions. Access is quite simple, it is worse to leave this place due to traffic. Everyone wants to leave as soon as possible. There are a lot of car parks around the arena, so there is no problem with parking the car.

Young voices 2019 concert. It was incredible. What a show. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and it's incredible for my daughter to have been part of it. The security entrance was a quick and organised process. There are plenty of toilet facilities and food drinks available if required. The seating areas can be tight but I find that everywhere.

Such a good day out for all ages! A huge space with so much to do fun for the whole family! We had an amazing time here after school! There are hand sanitisers scattered around for people to use and the staff sanitise down the surfaces every half hour! It’s kept so nice and clean and the staff are so lovely and helpful. There’s a cafe upstairs with a seating area for drinks, refreshments and food. Or if you don’t want to bounce you can sit upstairs in the viewing area and watch the kids bounce! They have some offers on at the moment for after school so make sure you check them out! We always have a blast when we visit rush! Can’t wait to return!

Attended on Saturday morning with the family for my nephew's 5th birthday. The road leading upto the venue is horrendous, full of pot holes and more recently the canal bank burst flooding the road so beware, it's the only route to the car park, don't burn your engines out!! I found parking easily, probably because I attended early morning. The venue was not too busy and staff were always around to help if required. Kids loved it, hell so did us adults, we were shattered by the end of the hour and the children needed a nap. Highly recommend, it's not something worth doing every weekend because of the expense so we save it for special occasions like birthdays!

Great place. I take my toddler quite often and he always loves it. Dedicated toddler sessions too. Plus during Covid the cleaning that went on was really reassuring. Constantly cleaning surfaces anyone's touching.

went here yesterday really fun and the sslushies aste great. totally recommend for any parents wanting to have a nice day out with your kids. Better than any other cheaper trampoline parks that are just some trampolines plopped down in a room. Arguably the best trampoline park in birmingham!

Great concert and events venue. The hall sits alongside the Genting Hotel for an easy-access, overnight stay next to the event space. The pre-event hospitality lounge offers good food, drinks and service for relaxed dining and interval drinks.

Easy to get too venue by train very short walk from station. Well staffed with friendly and very helpful people. Well ventilated arena and the seating was fairly comfortable with great legroom. The concert itself was absolutely brilliant with fantastic sound and lighting. Andre Rieu and Orchestra was brilliant as always would definitely use this venue again great day out.

Came here to see Dermot Kennedy. Nice and spacious inside with lots of different stalls to choose from including sweets and bars. Not as expensive as other venues elsewhere. Good number of toilets and staff. Got inside in plenty of time and didn't have to queue as they opened the venue a couple of hours earlier so came in when we wanted.

Has an amazing experience. Staff super nice and organised which is what you need with a sold out show. Food and drinks and toilets at the venue. We were queuing for many hours outside in the full sunshine so once we got our numbers we walked to londis in the nec to get ice cream drinks and sunscreen. Burger van outside and multiple food and drinks places in the resorts centre. Toilets there also. Inside it was a sold out show. The only issue was my daughter and I was getting crushed by grown passed men towards the end of the event near the barrier and the security team was watching but not resolving it. That was a bit disappointing. But overall the venue was great and one of our regulars as its a great size for an arena. Even seated are not too far from the stage, until some arenas.

This is a great arena to visit. We were here for Disney on Ice. Security was very friendly and quick. There are plenty of toilets scattered around. Drinks and food can be a little pricey and only take card payments. Seating on this visit was very good. Great views for the cost. Plenty of space in the seating area. Space in the aisles and stairs are plenty wide enough not to be cramped. My wife has anxiety and felt comfortable. Parking is plentyful and not too far away. I have been here many times and look forward to coming again.

After 30-40 years of being here you’d think they would have sorted out a smoother system to exit the car parks. A brilliant night watching β€œNothing But Thieves” shame the NEC can’t manage a car park!

Huge venue with ample car parking - but allow 10-20 minutes to walk from car park to venue! There was a shuttle bus but there were long queues so we decided to head on foot. Several food outlets inside but as usual with these places, quite pricy. Great concert- my daughter loved it.

Attended to see the Free Radio concert on the 16th November 2019. We arrived early so we could eat and the food did not disappoint. I had the cauliflower wings at the Vegan kiosk and my friends all went for burgers. Whilst not cheap, everything was tasty. The concert was of course brilliant.

Incredible venue. The views at night, of the neighbouring shopping centre and river, are stunning, and the venue itself is very modern, clean, and feels open. I was lucky enough to watch post malone perform here, and I have to say that it was brilliant. The venue isn't massive like the O2, so no matter where you sit you will still feel reasonably close to the action, but it still has that arena feel to it where you can hear the echo of people singing from all round the venue. Overall, a fantastic night, spent at a great venue.

The staff at rush are superb! They have taken every measure possible to ensure the kids are having a great time in a safe way. The kids absolutely love it their and its great value for money. Right now they have factored in deep cleans between sessions and are even cleaning during the sessions. Its great to have somewhere to go where the kids can feel normal and have fun without worrying about the pandemic for an hour or so.

First time finally coming here! Had an amazing time was eager when booking two hours, we were tired within the first five minutes lol! Big venue and lots of things to do, only a limited number of people allowed so social distancing is practised overall. Staff are really friendly and helpful, very attentive especially with everything going on with covid, they were sanitising and practising safety measures etc. They had a basics set menu of food, we ordered a pizza was okay, definitely recommend a tango ice blast when finished. Hopefully will be back sometime soon !

We visited for the toddler session, it was excellent, my 20 month old loved every minute of it. Not too busy and plenty of space for everyone to play. Absolutely would recommend. There's a good snack bar with meal deals for the kids too. And lockers for your belongings, which are free to use. With a viewing platform upstairs for anyone visiting without wanting to trampoline.

Place Is good for kids and adults. There are a selection of things to try like Wipeout, gladiator. Just beware during Covid, some parts closed off and no mention of it on their website so quite disappointing. Could easily be monitored. Free parking, toilets, drinks area and seating available. Good for an hour to jump around, have fun and los some calories!!

Visited with my daughter and four year old Grand Daughter. Horrendous experience from start to very short finish . The place was absolutely packed out. Immediately I approached a member of staff to share my concerns and to ask for a refund. I was directed to an extremely dismissive and rude manager who robotically and repeatedly insisted that the numbers per square foot was legal. I pointed out the lack of social distancing in several areas. Her response was the numbers per square foot was legal and they were operating a one way system. Due to the fact that people are allowed through before the previous session has vacated the trampoline area, the one way system becomes a nonsense. There are people bunched together trying to access their lockers to leave while the next session are bunched up together trying to get a locker. The manager offered me a credit note to go back at another time. I declined as I have absolutely no desire to go back. I value my health and the health of my family too much to take the risk. Despite my request, I was refused a refund so we conducted our own risk assessment and bolted for the exit, passing the empty hand sanitizer in reception on the way. They should rename the place COVID CITY

When they've grown out of Wacky Warehouse, Rush is the place to take the kids. This is the first activity I've found where my 16yo will play happily with my 9yo. Because minimum age ranges are enforced properly by staff, you don't get irritating helicopter moms coming over to complain that your child knocked their toddler over in the over-fives ball pool. The cafe does decent food, but it's a tad noisy. It's not cheap either during peak times.

Great venue with plenty of places to eat. I went to see Florence + The Machine, and they were amazing. Just one word of warning some.of the local cab firms that operate outside the venue after the show can be expensive. It's best to negotiate a price before you get in one.

Wonderful venue, the necessary security in place, for your own safety, loads of food and drink outlets, little on the expensive side, but all venues like this are. Nothing but positive comments for this place, great show on this occasion too.

No burgers. Staff couldn't tell me whether it was pulled pork or beef in a bap. No clear signage above outlet, telling prices and contents of bap. Ordered bap and chips and white wine charged Β£23.20. Went to eat. Chips were cold. Beef was cold. Taste of inside of bap was poor to say the least. Took back meal. Spoke to supervisor. Apologies given. Admitted over charged by Β£4.50. Apologised again. Refund done. Never eating at these sort of vendors again. The staff are poorly paid untrained and the product doesn't warrant the price paid.

As arenas go it's pretty decent. Perhaps I was swayed by it being Elton, but arenas can be soulless but this wasn't. Good sound, good staff, too. Drinks are expensive, but isn't everywhere.

We got lucky with this one. Won tickets to the Peter Pan panto with Boy George as Captain Hook. The show itself was amazing with circus performers, plenty of wire work and a big pirate ship that was pushed around the ground floor audience. The revenue it's is pretty large. The foyer area has food outlets and merchandise stands as well as plenty of toilets. The one thing I would say is that as I have autistic children (well one is an adult at uni now) and for my youngest who is 11 the foyer was quite overwhelming. It took us quite a but of our acquired skills to get him to go into the show. Once he did and it started he was fine. What would have been great was a quiet are of the foyer were we could have gone to help with his anxiety before the show. I'm sure we were not the only parents in this situation. I can't give 5 stars as a result but for those more able to.manage those situations it is a great venue to go to. I hope they can take on board what I'm saying here in the spirit it's meant. We can always improve any a quiet area would make the whole experience more enjoyable for those of us that are neuro diverse.

Went to see Disney On Ice, sat in YM450 and surrounding and had an amazing experience. Side on to the rink and could see all of what was going on. Lovely for the kids. Merch was expensive but doubt this was down to resort world and more so down to Disney. Everyone had a lovely time and would recommend Disney On Ice to anyone thinking of going. Brilliant experience with excellent production. Food and drink are the normal extortionate prices and they won't let you take anything in for the kids, hence the 4 stars. Β£2.95 for a small bottle of water when you are forcing people to pay it is a little over the top, would be nice to see Resort World not taking advantage. I'm sure more people would have food and drink if it was more reasonably priced.

Disney on ice is a magical show perfect all ages and the arena was the perfect place to see the characters and listening to the music of the beloved movies. I think everywhere in the arena would provide a decent view. My children loved seeing Woody and the gang, Nemo and Dory, the Disney Princesses and Mickey and friends as well as the scenes from Frozen, Encanto and Moana.
