My
daughter's
car
was
booked
in
for
a
check
up
and
the
staff
at
the
garage
and
store
all
helped
to
facilitate
this.
It
was
only
booked
in
<24
hours
before
so
was
not
immediately
visible.
However,
thanks
to
Lee
at
the
store
who
ensured
I
didn't
have
to
return
home
to
print
off
an
e
mail
(
I'd
not
brought
a
phone
with
me)
the
car
was
given
a
multi
point
checkover.
Next,
a
heroine,
Ash
who
carried
out
the
check
enabled
me
to
open
the
hatchback
and
deposit
dog
items
in
it
while
we
went
over
the
check
list.
Thoroughly
professional
and
pleasant,
Ash
discussed
the
two
key
points
requiring
further
attention
and
returned
to
the
store
with
me
to
go
over
the
check
up
in
detail.
One
item
is
for
me
to
sort,
new
tyres,
the
other
a
faulty
electrical
connection
with
a
rear
dash
cam
and
high
level
third
break
light
which
she
picked
up.
Brought
to
the
attention
of
Lee,
I
was
invited
to
return
first
opportunity
on
Tuesday
when
the
dash
cam
expert
from
the
store
where
the
cameras
were
fitted
will
be
fitting
me
in
ahead
of
his
other
scheduled
work.
So
pleased
with
this
combination
of
staff
that
I
felt
I
should
write
it
up.
