The staff was really polite at the bar. We offered our birthday cake, they were a bit reluctant. But when we insisted, they took some. They were really respectful and warm. The room was very small but extremely clean and everything was new and well maintained. Check-in and check out process was also really smooth. We had selected breakfast option, the setup was decent and everything was freshly made. The hotel is located in a weird place and was really difficult to reach, there is however good connection to main city.

Room is ok No restaurant Just few parking places for 120 rooms

On one hand, the lobby is welcoming and the staff is friendly, which makes for a positive experience. The room is also well-appointed and comfortable. However, for the rooms with the windows to the soth - the noise from the nearby tram station can be disruptive when a tram is passing by frequently. For travelers who prioritize convenience, the hotel's location near the train station (S-Bahn) and proximity to the city center are definite benefits. The 1-minute walk to the S-Bahn station makes it easy to get around and explore Dusseldorf. And with only a 10-minute train ride to the city center, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the city without having to spend a lot of time traveling. If you have a car then you can park it on the western sidewalk of Heyestraße (in front of the hotel) and save money. Overall, theis hotel appears to be a good choice for those who are looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. For those who are particularly sensitive to noise - you can ask for a room in the other side of the hotel.

Brand new hotel with pleasant 24/24 staff. Definitely a great value for the price. No restaurant but they have pizza, flamekusche and cocktails for dinner. We came with our 4 years daughter and loved the wooden toys and photo booth. Location is quite remote but parking is easy and free. Will definitely recommend this place.

It's a good hotel. Came to know it's a new one. The rooms and neat and tidy. It's not spacious but suitable for business visits and travel. The hotel is well maintained. There is nearby bus and train and tram services. There are eateries and supermarket close by. The hotel is quite friendly. Overall a good hotel to stay, it's comfortable and well maintained. Moreover the public transport facilities that are easily available is an add on.

I stayed in that hotel during my business trip to Dusseldorf, Germany. I stayed in that hotel from 4th March to 11th March 2023. The hotel was nice and it's a good hotel to stay. The stuff was friendly. The service was good. The size of the hotel room was small. No toiletries. The restaurant was nice with lots of food options.

I enjoyed my stay, modern and well decorated Hotel, Room's space is adequate too. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of varieties and options, Tea selection was delicious too. Service and staff very freidnly. Wi-Fi is OK. It is 4 min walking to the nearest station and it gets 9 min to get to Düsseldorfain bus station

Room great but the service inadequate. You asked for room away from the street since 3 pm. They said not possible because the rooms are still in cleaning process and then ask to come again around 6 pm. Went there at 6 pm and no room left. Utterly disappointing.

Ukrainians working for 3.5€ per room, what's more they need to pay 350€ for room with other peoples to live. They clean everything by towel from previous guest, also toilet

Very nice hotel for short stays, with a good breakfast. For long stays, some additional services like laundry are useful and the hotel does not provide. The only food the hotel provides during the day are frozen pizzas, which could also be improved. The rooms are very comfortable for sleeping, but for working it's bad, as the table is very very small, and the chair is not comfortable.
