Extremely poor service. We came as a family along with baby to stay just for 2 hours as we had to board bus at 10 pm . But the reception people was so greedy about money and abused as even when we were ready to pay full rent for the day. They verbally accused women and literally . Never recommend for a family guest. Worst ever hospitality. A nearby lodge was so kind enough and boarded us with royal treatment. Not everything money can buy they should understand. Now they lost it

The receptionist is a manipulative and liar.. Tries to cheat money from the guests.. Owner is responsive and took the onus of himself to address the concern we had raised. Good on his part . The management has to seriously look into the employees who are customer facing to avoid bad impact

Decent rooms but the room service menu is expensive, they have changed the rate for everything but they have old rate card in rooms and also not informing the customers before ordering food which was really disappointing and unprofessional so I don't recommend here to buy food and double check the price before placing any order!

We happened to stay in hotel EMS Mayura for a breif time(for refreshments) while we travelled to Ooty in toy train. The hotel is located very close to the station , hence commute had been very easy. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and decent. Hot water is not available always. Food is available from 7:30am only as mentioned by staff. As we had to start early we couldnt get breakfast. However as it is located in prime location , you'll have easy accessibility. Recommended for short stays.

This is only best option to stay in mettupalyam. Though old but room is neat nad clean . Far better than other hotel available in city. Stayed here for 5-6 hour. Don't expect metro city service here.

I have never seen such a bad hotel..There is no anyothrr facilitis wat we need...The plate is also not clean enough to eat.The server didn't serve us anything there.waste of money..Anyone who wants to stay at this hotel please consider this and move on.Too bad I can't even give this hotel a single star.

Hi all, nobody believes this hotel booking because 45 days ago, I booked a room and checked with them to pay advance payment. They told me that advance payment is not necessary. Two weeks later, I confirmed my booking, and they informed me that the advance would be collected at check-in. On the day of the booking, just before leaving my house, they casually informed me that the booking was canceled due to ongoing renovations. I asked the lady how they could cancel without informing me, but she arrogantly cut the call twice. At the neck moment muhoortham day how can I find the room.

Very very worst experience which I have ever seen. We had a function in this hall. Not all Giving good services, no response, worse behavior. The function begins 6.30pm and ends 9.30pm. They turned off lights, AC at 8.30 itself. And foods got over 8.30 itself. For mukurtham they allotted breakfast timings was 7.30am to 9.30am. We came at 9am. Still that they didn't give breakfast. Very worst this is what we can say

I recently attended a family function at this hotel, while entering from parking to entrance you can see 100s of beer bottle. I saw people drinking inside the car in the parking area. Staffs switched off the AC during the function and there was no proper ventilation. There was no light in the men's restroom. They will switch off the lift during the function and you need to use stairs. I saw many people who are outsiders eating in the family function. Even the street food is 10 times better than this hotel food. Price of the food is very high. Staffs are not well trained and they talk like thugs. They don't know how to organise a function. Bar and dinning area is close, so never ever keep a family function in this hotel. They should immediately fire the manager/supervisor and the receptionist boy/room boy.

Noooooooo…!!! Nasty sheets, filthy bathroom, flaky doors, drunken people, dusty place. Yuck 🤮 If you really go with family, gf and kids.. just stay away. Don’t get deceived by outer look. Opt for PSY 3 star , black thunder resort on ooty main road .. even if it’s bit expensive. I cannot give the minus points .. otherwise I’ll give “-10” stars.

New Renovated rooms are nice to stay.. Without A. C. Is very hard to stay... The old rooms are very worst and suffocating. Cost is bit higher and without complimentary.

Very Good place for family stay and heart of the city everything is available within 5minutes walk.

Located in middle of the Mettupallayam bus stand and railway station. Rooms are super neat. Main attraction is the restaurant they have awesome food and menu.. best restaurant in the town.

Rooms are average without any power. Food is very worst.Lack of hygiene and neatness in the dining area. Totally very worst hotel in the prime location.

Rooms are okay but for the price it definitely needs improvement. So much attitude from room service and restaurant guys. EMS already losing its customers because of the restaurant food quality and we have had bad experience for couple of events.

Visited here for lunch. Had ordered South Indian meal,veg friend rice and mushroom chilly. All the items were prepared fresh and good in taste.
