    We arrived late after making a last minute reservation, they greeted us very nice and the room was ready immediately. The breakfast was fresh and the staff very attentive

    This is one of the best HIE i have stayed in. The building seemed new and clean and attended right from the entry. The staff was available, ready - and qualified - to help. The room was clean, easy to adjust temp, useful amenities and clean bright bathroom/shower. The only thin missing is a refrigerator - something that is essential in a city where you cant consume the water or ice confidently. Breakfast was included and well prepared, presented and attended. It was a great relief this trip to not have to find breakfast place because the in house food was sub par. Good job and loved the pancake maker. Everyone loves something like that - or a waffle maker. Check out was a breeze and housekeeping knocked on our door just once to see if we needed anything. All good, great stay. I counted one safety violation that was quickly taken care of. I used to work for Marriot so I am probably more qualified to in my assessment. But this was a thumbs up experience.

    Please do not stay here. My card got blocked for fraud and was deducted 50 dlls. Claiming I took 2 towels. I only slept there arrived with no luggage and THEIR cameras as my witness. I feel ignored, disgusted and disrespected. They said I can’t afford to stay there. But you guys took 140.00dlls a nite were able to detain 100.00 dlls deposit and deduct 50 dollars of some towels u claim I took. But I can’t afford to stay there?Very bad management. Bad customer service by MANAGEMENT and unprofessionalism BY MANAGEMENT who hanged up on me multiple times said I was getting too loud.Ofcourse I was when u keep hanging up on me and not listening . 🤮NEVER AGAIN.

    Customer service has been great. Clean hotel and free breakfast. Our room is 2 queens with a sofa and it's a real big room.

    Great service, Super clean and comfortable. The Continental Breakfast amazing. It's more than just eggs toast and pancakes... I loved this place. Well worth it. And they have a 24 gym...👍👍

    Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was a little pricey for Mexico and parking was hard to find early in the day as it is shared with the local businesses.

    Front desk staff are friendly and ready to help. You can ask for luggage temporarily storage after check out come. Rooms are clean but no refrigerator in the room. The sound proof between rooms need some improvement.

    Clean, easy access, breakfast was awesome and the pool was small but perfect for staying cool. There are plenty of restaurants within the same plaza you can park your car, watch a movie, have dinner, grab an ice cream then go to sleep.

    Had an amazing stay. Staff very accommodating. I wish I had taken more pictures. We stayed in a double bed suite and it was prefect. The people maintaining the rooms were very helpful even though we didnt speak spanish very well. Front desk staff amazing also. Breakfasts wonderful. Worth every penny and will return.

    I booked a king Suite thru price line, when I got there they told me that the reservation was for a junior suite, the person in charge at that time said that he could accommodate us on the suite that we wanted just paid the difference and try to give us a discount for the inconvenience but , he couldn’t do anything because the system didn’t allowed him. He said he was going ti talk to the manager to resolved the problem and it never happened. “The manager was out that day “

    Hi, I ma the first time on this hotel , I am very happy . From the first step you have a feeling that you are in good hands. VEry nice welcome. nice clean room, clean bathroom. Speed of wi- on the 6th floor a bit problematic. Air conditioner very quiet thats in plus , Breakfast OK , very various local dishes , nice coffee . Every day 2 bottles of water in the room . Very friendly staff , proffessional

    It was perfect. It was our first time staying in Mexicali and the hotel staff was great. The surrounding areas were very clean and easy to walk to. The local businesses were very welcoming and you see security throughout the area. Couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone unfamiliar with the area.

    If you're a couple or meeting or vacation this is the spot to go to . Breakfast was good not super but a nice set up didn't need to go elsewhere for breakfast . It's not noisy , personnel was awesome , very clean . I will be coming back here , soon 😁
