Acudí a pedir informes por recomendación de un amigo, al acercarnos al mostrador la recepcionista con pésima actitud parece que no hace un favor al brindarnos información, después solicitamos si era posible ver las instalaciones y lo que ella respondió que no era posible que había poco personal para hacer el recorrido, pero en la recepción había 3 colaboradores platicando sin antender a nadie (adjunto imagen ), qué clase de servicio al cliente tienen tan malo y poco eficiente.

La atención brindada por los instructores es buena, me gustan mucho las clases de Santa, Jorge y Rafa he entrenado con Jorge y muy bien. El personal de recepcion son amables todos. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y si hay que estar esperando un poco para alternar las maquinas pero en general bien

Friendly staff, huge fitness areas, and plenty of machines and equipment. There’s even a barbershop! The layout of the men’s locker room is cramped, so it can be difficult to access the small, stacked lockers when the locker room is crowded. Large showers; hot water! Looking forward to visiting again.

I've been a member for about half a year, and while it's a relatively new facility, it does show its flaws. Some leaking from the ventilation, some of the leather from the machines is being worn out, and some carpet displacement. Now the staff are very attentive to the problems both in front and behind the scenes, and very friendly upfront. If you are a black card member, haircuts are free but only through appointments, through the app. And the entrance is accessible through an elevator or escalator. As well, available are message chairs or hydro message, post workout.

I had a very pleasant experience, however I think that there are not enough dumbbells and racks with bars for the number of users. It's a great place to work out.

Very good staff, got a free day pass without a problem. Very clean and tidy, lots of amenities. Only reason I will not go there anymore is because it’s not suitable for bodybuilding and powerlifting (e.g. the dumbbells only go to 75lbs). But because that is not the point of this gym a 5 star rating!
