went to try out the burger at j&g; found it was closed (1st floor regis) but some menu items were added to diana (3rd floor). confusing menu layout - thought the side was an extra cost, but i guess the fries or 1 side is included? ended up trying the asparagus. not a lot, but it was good. ordered the burger medium - it was more like medium well to done, but it was a great burger. good seasoning and textured patty and a really tasty set of toppings on top of that. 4 stars because i think this kind of places, with these prices, and per some pics i saw on google usually serves some table bread before the meal... but didn't provide me any?

One of the few roundabouts you have to know when walking by Paseo de la Reforma. At night the view is wonderful, and the architecture around the place makes you want to sit down for a bit and relax.

Absolutely amazing. Diego Nino is an incredible chef. We ate here twice for dinner and it was better than our meals at some of the top restaurants in the city including Pujol. Highly recommend. Tom, the manager, was also very hospitable. Highly recommend the foie gras, short rib, cauliflower, and tuna tostada but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!!

Having a reservation I had to wait 20 minutes for my table was unacceptable, having arrived ahead of time. After I approached them again was rudely replied: "we don't have a table for you because you didn't order the Christmas Package and pay ahead!" To which I was surprised since we had a reservation at the restaurant and didn't want/like the items on the Christmas Menu so we opted to go a la carte. Once I insisted the french supervisor/manager came and apologized and said our table was being setup and would be seated momentarily. The service was lacking as we had to remind them we wanted more wine 3 times and 3 times to get our check. I'm surprised at the lack of service which St. Regis prides itself with. The only thing that saved the day was the food, which was great, they accommodated the small changes we requested. Again had to ask them multiple times for water. There was live music but something was wrong with the sound system and it was on and off, so unless you were right in front of the stage, you wouldn't have known there was live music. All in all a disappointing Christmas Eve dinner, not sure I'd like to come back or recommend anyone to dine here on Christmas Eve. The menu was 3200 pesos per person (almost 189USD!!), we ended up paying 1500 pesos per person and ate what we wanted. So beware when booking your dinners here, you might be disappointed. And as mentioned by others the decor is dated and needs better upkeep.

Had dinner here one night and mostly enjoyed it. The appetizers were very good, fresh, nicely presented and delicious. The steak was very good and the sides were good, too. But the lamb (or goat) was sooooo bad, only fast and sinew, bad taste....I hardly ate a third of it. Drinks were great and service was outstanding.

Went for the tasting menu. It was a good experience. The carrot aguachile from the ceviche was great. Huachinango with citrus was awesome and the short rib with camote salsa very good. Service is very good and friendly. This restaurant is almost empty on Saturdays which makes it great for a business appointment of chatting with ease about important stuff with no distractions . There is smoking allowed in the terrace and drinks from nearby king cole bar are very good. As any chain hotel in reforma, it’s pricey but service taste and location are worth it

Rough New Year’s Eve experience. Showed up for our 6:45 rez only to be told there are no tables for 90min. With three little kids that’s not what you want to hear.

High end restaurant in the St. Regis hotel. Top notch ambience, very good personnel and absolutely fantastic food. Had the pulpo dish and was very surprised by the excellent taste and texture of the pulpo.
