I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nana Vida with my wife and 2 year old daughter and I can confidently say that I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped foot into this establishment, it felt like a second home. One of the standout features of this hotel is the exceptional staff and concierge service. Throughout our stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. To Michelle, Sienna, Olivia, Lorenzo and Julian, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your exceptional service and for an unforgettable experience; you set a standard of hospitality that is truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay truly excellent. Nana Vida is situated centrally in the vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood, with a plethora of delightful coffee shops and eateries. The neighborhood itself exudes a charm that is hard to resist. Another advantage of this hotel is its proximity (a 30 min walk) to Chapultepec Park, one of Mexico City's most iconic attractions. As for the accommodations, the rooms were simply outstanding. They were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the thoughtful touches, such as the craft mezcal, the candy bar, and the welcome gifts. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It truly felt like a home away from home. The remarkable staff, ideal location, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City

Super clean, tidy little hotel with lots of personality. The biggest standout by far was the kind and accommodating staff. Julian who greeted us and all the others were so quick to help and always genuine and kind. They created a very welcoming atmosphere for our stay. Strongly recommend this place.

We stayed in the basic double for three nights. The hotel is in a great location with lots of cool vintage stores and restaurants nearby. The staff are wonderful, always really keen to help out and offer free drinks/snacks/mezcal shots. The room was lovely, spacious and really thoughtfully decorated with amazing art from local artists. Would thoroughly recommend.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Nana Vida. It’s in a great location in the Roma neighborhood that’s easy to walk around. We felt safe the entire time. The rooms are also nice and spacious. White noise and earplugs are provided given the street noise below. The best part about the hotel, though, is the staff. The front desk is so friendly and nice from the moment you check in with their welcome gift to the departing gift at check out. They also provide as much clean water as you would like. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. Overall, I highly recommend Nana Vida if you’re looking for an affordable and nice place to stay in the Roma neighborhood.

Absolutely loved our week-long stay here. Incredibly clean, sweet little personal touches throughout the property, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved all the local art they have installed and that I could grab tea, water, coffee or mezcal whenever! Rooftop was also great. I would absolutely stay here again - and any of their other properties in Mexico. Thank you!!!

Spent 3 nights in Sep 2023. The location is excellent, countless cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. And, walking distance to Condessa, Jazz Clubs and parks. Felt safe walking with my wife at night -- even at 2am. The staff is super nice and you can tell they are invested in the success of the hotel. We had a Deluxe King Room that overlooked the street. The outside doors are very sound proof (nothing is 100%). The rooms was spacious and decorated eclectically. The inside of the hotel does echo sounds -- not that big a deal. Free waters / sodas on third floor. Free coffee/tea on second floor. Not really a breakfast but there are so many great sidewalk cafes for coffee and croissants or more that it's fun to eat out. The rooftop is nice for an afternoon drink. Though the stairs to the rooftop are quite steep so may not be for everyone. Oh, the hotel starts on the second floor -- our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. Also, there is only a tiny sign on the front door which is like a townhouse front door in between two cafes -- but ring the bell and they come right down at all hours to open and help you with anything. Would highly recommend for an excellent Roma experience in a unique hotel with great staff and ambience.

We had a great stay at NaNa Vida. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were extremely warm and helpful. We had an issue with some noise in our original room (construction nearby that was out of their control) and they moved us and offered a discount to make it up to us. Highly recommended.

This is a boutique hotel that shows thoughtfulness and care with every aspect. The hotel service is kind and welcoming, the amenities are well-considered, and the hotel is exclusively decorated with art from Mexican artists. It’s in a perfectly walkable and safe area of the city, and is a great home base for adventures. Highlights include the friendliness and warmth of all the staff, including Julian, Lorenzo, and Olivia, the coffee and pan dulce, the complimentary mezcal made special for the hotel, and the welcome and farewell gifts. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. Of all my travels I very rarely want to return to stay at a hotel, and this one is top of my list to come back to.

The most accomodating hotel I’ve stayed in. The manager was very helpful and the staff are attentive. The room was cosy and kept clean, we loved the cleaner Olivia. Whenever she cleaned the room it was spotless! She was also so kind and warm towards us whenever we saw her which made us feel so welcome. Great location. Free coffee and tea station with bread, help yourself Mexican candy, mezcal and cold drinks station. Mini yoga room and office rooms were a great touch, as well as the rooftop terrace. Only room for improvement I could give is: additional seating area in the room as there’s one chair and we didn’t want to be in bed all the time. The mini balconies are lovely in the sun and I found myself sitting on the floor to enjoy them as there was only one chair, maybe some fold up stools would work? This was only a minor inconvenience. The hot water and wifi was a bit spotty too, but it was fine. I’ll definitely be back to NaNa Vida, I loved it.

Amazing staff, location, everything. The only drawback is the stairs but thats what you get for a historic house. Its beautiful with tons of cool art. Such attentive staff. Free mezcal. The greeted us with shots, plus free homemade soap. And when we left, a gift of gourmet coffee and a traditional Mexican womens shirt hand made! Plus the location here was perfect for exploring the area. We talked about moving to CDMX, and this exact neighborhood would be the spot.

This hotel is in a very convenient and safe location to most activities. The staff and the cleaning crew are amazing very friendly helpful and welcoming . (Julian&Alex) were our main point of contact in the front desk and were always above and beyond to make our stay pleasant,They even gave us nice gifts and natural soap they make fresh for you which is a very nice touch. They provide a full kitchen with free drinks, pan dulce and other stuff you can utilize. Rooms are of a good size and very unique with different artists contributing to each room which is amazing. The roof is also really nice and spacious with nice view and seating. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mexico City.

Really enjoyed our stay here with my wife, mother (in her 70’s) and five year old daughter. The front desk was very helpful and kind bringing extra blankets on the cold nights and providing crafting supplies to our restless daughter. The place looks very new, is in an excellent location and the free mezcal for the roof deck was a great bonus.
