This airport is a disaster with little to no information or directions. Once you get to the hall in the vicinity of your departing flight there is nowhere to get anything to eat or drink and there are no even any seats. To get to the right hall when transferring from another flight you can easily end up in the general area, the wrong side if security so that you have to go through security checks again. I will never go through this airport again if possible. When there is a backlog caused by weather or something it is even worse and you have to guess what is going on and if you are going to be able to fly out.

It’s a great and very organized airport. Staff is extremely friendly and it counts with several lounges to get a refreshed before departure. Very efficient security control and no long wait times.

It was very easy to navigate plenty of transportation right outside and ppl to help guide you asking the way. Currency change is right before you exit the airport, they should have a few more food places though.

The airport of one of the biggest world city with the services of a country side airport. Announcements are done in Spanish only, the staff in the information desk does not speak English, the food offering is poor and overpriced (even for an airport), information panels display more than half of the time advertisements instead of information about the doors…

Very nice airport but some staff not quite competent having troubles with simple tasks and English language. I wonder if I'll see my check in luggage.

Very clean place, easy access for those looking for public transportation. There are good places where you can spend time while waiting for your flight

Very nice experience with Delta Airlines getting us back to US. Very nice shopping available, souvenirs, duty free products, and food. Easy access to gate area. A little hard to understand what is being spoken over the communication system, and mostly spoken in Spanish. Might be helpful to ask a person to help you to know what to do if you are not familiar with airport/country/language.

Amazing customer service travelling with 4 seniors requiring wheelchairs is a challenge but the airport staff were there to save the day right from the arriving plane, during our layover and getting us to our departing plane they were amazing. Can't thank them enough.

Language barrier and airport signs were not always posted in English only Spanish making getting accurate information difficult even when asking airport personnel receiving several different answers to the same question. Almost missed our flight because of miss communication. I suggest we learn more Spanish and they learn more English. Definitely a frustrating learning experience 🙃 but I will return to Cabo San Lucas again and be a little more prepared. Everyone was very nice in spite of it all.

Very bad. Train from terminal 2 to 1 was out of service. Then you have figure out by yourself where to go. Staff doesn't help, point in the wrong direction or doesn't speak English. Avoid if you can

Terminal 2 is modern and convenient. Very fast control.

I was taking a international flight ✈️ and I taking a lot of time in advance because I know how is this but the personal in the Airport hare so helpful and really nice to inform me and given directions where to go and what to do, anywhere you at all you need to do is ask and follow directions 😊 🙂 ☺ was a wonderful experience

Spent the night here on a bench. That part wasn't fun but other than that, it was ok.

Had the worst possible experience in all my years of travel.... my 3.4oz lotion was taken at the first check point I guess the guy working there liked it... my family and I went through a second revision before boarding the plane... they opened up all our bags again so they could search them

It is a good place to exchange your money into pesos, grab a taxi , uber or shuttle to take you to your destination in Mexico city
