PARKING IS FREE AVOID GIVING MONEY TO PEOPLE I hope you guys read this even if you work with the Arena or you'll visit an event. The place is amazing and totally deserves the 5 stars. But the reason of puting one star is because there are people outside taking advantage of the massive traffic generated by the event, (take maybe an hour more to arrive at time) these people charges you with 200 mxn to secure a parking space and that this will accelerate the process of entry, they even give you a paper that has a barcode and seems legit. At the end after 45 minutes in less than 800 meters they take the paper justifying that they'll help you next and disappear. When you enter the arena you see a big sign that says free parking. The arena staff should at least try to put this information in the tickets or signs where this people are.

Great place ... seats are a bit small but good sound and visibility. Free parking means you take a long time to leave the area.

A very big place for big event in a big city. With several floors upstairs and underground (Zotano 1-2), it can receive several thousands of people. But one thing, due to advertising reasons, it is prohibited to carry stuff with some brands logo inside. Be aware of the instructions before getting in touch with this place.

Mid-size but very cool place for massive events. Sounds great and there is enough room for the people in the crowd. Parking is free there, you gotta give it a try!

Great place, ultra clean, but outside is not so nice, lot of police to provide security, great place for concerts and NBA Games

Amazing atmosphere for a fun night with friends. The skill and agility of these luchadores is second to none.

It is a great venue, clean, huge, with a lot of restrooms services and you will love the acoustic in the place. For those smokers, consider that once you enter the premises, you will not be able to step out to smoke and re enter, take this in consideration on a 4 hour concert.

First of. The arena is quite far located in a not so nice industrial area. We used an Uber from Benito Juarez. But the metro is too far too walk and it's dark. The staff of the arena were friendly. But there was no warm welcome regarding the entry space. It was empty, no stores, no food or drinks, no merch at the entry. It felt super cold. They need to improve decorating the arena better. Yes there is a merch store but all the way on the other side and prices are expensive 1500 for a jersey. Drinks and food are cinema quality with just pizza, hotdog and popcorn...not really offering healthy alternatives...besides prices are high. The seats in the stadium are dirty. Lots of dog or human hair and stains...not sure what they used these seats for. Another thing is the cheerleaders...come one how sad...no offense but did they pick these girls from Tepito? Not the most attractive...and why only 5 girls ?

I was there to see the game Capitanes vs Warriors. What a experience! It was a really good game full of spectacular plays. Installations were having an incredible structure and well coordinated team in all crews.

Great place, comfortable, clean, safe, and a huge parking lot. The access to the site is really efficient and fast.

Parking lot is just a plain mess, venue placed in a poorle accessible site, which makes the last couple of Km a headache. Food and snack options within premises are just not worth it.

Great place for big shows. Just a shame that going out is so painful. The area doesn't look nice nor safe and either you go by car, either you walk and pray.

No Lucha masks, the vendors were great, too much salt on the popcorn. Boom Camera was always in the way. There is another stadium that is smaller. The point is to feel the energy of the crowd and you don't get that with COVID. Not entirely their fault.

A great arena, 22000 people, a lot of services (restrooms, restaurants, beer bar, screens). Giant screen 4 sided at the center of the arena is amazing. Also, all the front of the building is a big screen.

It is well organized and clean. The staff in the bar was friendly and efficient, but cocktails are not good at all

  • 5/5 Tayen A. S. 1 year ago on Google
One of the best venues in Mexico City, which is no small feat. Entrance is agile and safe, all access/gates are handy and very well indicated, it's easy to find the seats. The view is good overall but the big screen makes up for it and allows you to see everything that's happening. Good technology and the Arena arrangement allows for a very broad range of shows. Parking is free and there's more than enough room for everyone.

Great place for concerts, seats are easy to find. Nothing beats the experience of being there and live the moment. If you see your favorite artists perfoming there just go :)

👍👍 Beautiful auditorium and lovely stage. Food and alcohol was decent. Obviously the star of the show was Fluffy Iglesias. Any seat in the house gives a decent view.

👍 Great cultural experience! The stadium wasn't too full when we were there but there still was good atmosphere. DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM THE RESELLERS: They will be more expensive.
