A disappointing experience. terrible idea to travel with them at the end of the year.

Tour coordinators were charismatic and organised; tour guides were engaging and knowledgeable. All in all, everyone was passionate about what they were doing, which made my trip an extremely enjoyable experience! I made grutas de Tolantongo' and Huasteca Potosina's trip!

BeMexico is EXCELLENT! As a solo female traveler I completely recommend these guys- they made me feel totally safe and beyond that they give you a really authentic experience. If you are thinking of doing any day/weekend trips from CDMX or are just visiting the city I 100% recommend you check them out.

Wow! What a beautiful experience. We did a group of 3 hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacán. We were picked up and dropped off promptly. Were greeted with coffee and pastries. And had a champagne toast after riding the balloon. Everyone was extremely professional, and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this once in a lifetime experience.

Really enjoyed our xochimilco trip. Alonso and his crew are very welcoming, open, and friendly. If you enjoy international culture and making friends with ppl from all over the world, this is the group for you.

I had a fantastic trip with BeMexico. It's a great way to travel and see Mexico, meet other young travelers, and have a good time. The group coordinators were professional, responsible, knowledgeable and helpful, but most importantly: they were super fun. I had a blast and I'll be going on more trips with BeMexico in the future.

I have booked a trip to la Huasteca Potosina earlier this year and it was absolutely amazing. The coordinators Viviana and Eleazar were very kind and professional. I would definitely go with them again!

My girl booked two tours with them, nevado de Toluca and Valle de bravo, they cancelled both the tours, without letting us know about it, we had to ask several times if the tours would go on, just for them to cancel them at the last minute, in 2019 we also booked a tour to nevado de Toluca and they did the same than, should’ve known better !!, we also had to send several messages to get our money back, do not book with this company, very unprofessional !!!

The best, friendliest, and sweetest agency I’ve been with! I took a day trip through them, and wow! Best experience I’ve had! The guides are sweet, knowledgeable, and bilingual (in case you were wondering)! The day and weekend trips are the best, and a great way of familiarizing and getting to know the wonderful country of Mexico! I’m a female traveler, and felt safe, and secure! Try them out, for a great time!

The trip went well and we hiked all the way to the lagoons.

I booked a trip to Nevado de Toluca in December, they cancelled it the night before due to a guide getting COVID. Fine. They offered to change it to a different tour that I couldn't make - or a refund. They insisted that they would refund me, but never did. I asked multiple times and I've now requested at least 4 times for a refund and have gotten nothing...

We went to Nevado de Toluca. It was pretty cold but the trip was amazing !

I made the trip with a friend, but neither of us will travel with this agency again. The guide arrived late, the travelers were lost until that moment, even the bus driver knew anything because no one answered the phone calls he was doing, and after that we still waited a bit more although the website mentioned no tolerance on time. The transportation was ok but was not the one they asked for, however nothing can be done since the guide arrived late and it was to late to ask for a new bus. When we arrived our destination it felt like it was new for the guide as well, since she was asking for directions and more stuffs.

I would never recommend this company to schedule a trip or tour, I bought a tour to tolantongo last October 1st, 2022; 2 weeks before the date I paid and receive a confirmation from they, they told me that 2 days before the tour they would add me to a whatsapp group to let me know the picking up point and all the information about the trip, they never added me to any group, they don't even answered any message i sent them, i even visited the address in this map but they weren't there, they answered 3 days after, saying that they don't need physical office since pandemic but in my opinion they indeed need it to confront this kind of problems, at the moment I'm writing this answer, they haven't given to me and accurate answer about a refund not even a phone call to explain me anything.

These folks are extremely dishonest! We stayed at one of their properties that was highly rated and paid $22,000 for five days. Upon arrival, come to find out, there is extensive construction happening with bulldozers and dump trucks operating all day. We could not even sit in our living area as the noise was so intense. They never disclose this to us before arriving. Upon arrival, we informed the hotel and asked to have a room changed. However, they could not accommodate that. they also try to push $300 cleanings onto us without obtaining our consent stay away from this company.

Horrible experience. Booked a trip online to the Valle Mariposas from Mexico city. No one was there at the meeting point. I got up at 5 and waited until 7:20am. No communication neither. Terrible terrible agency. DO NOT USE
