The hotel was extremely cute. I recommend the hotel to people who appreciate a more authentic atmosphere and the "eco" attitude. The minuses are a noise (you really hear everything) and the shower wasn't working well. The breakfast was nice and tasty. The city centre is within walking distance. I recommend checking the QE code with the tourist guide in the hotel, very nicely prepared with a lot of great places, restaurants etc. in Merida.

A very good service, original place a bit alternative and interesting architecture, not far from city center. Good breakfast in a nice small open space. The pool looks very natural ... The reception is very efficient and helpful with very good English-speaking ladies. Rooms are ok, in ours, some feeling of humidity during our stay. Further, thanks to the young lady we could manage to make our car run after battery problems. Car par next to the hotel and breakfast included. We can just recommend the place.

It has all you need to have a great time in Merida. Rooms are ok, I would have like better if they have tv in the room. Nice decoration all mixed with different styles and I love the ‘tocadiscos’ they have in the dinning room. In general I recommend this place. The personnel is the best, they go all their way to help you.

Lovely little guesthouse. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast too. Parking two doors away which is great. Loved the honey shampoo also! Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Merida. This hotel is so charming and the staff are all friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic as well. We loved that this hotel was eco-conscious, is in a great location in el Centro and was beautifully decorated. It's a lovely, comfortable hotel and we would absolutely stay here again.

This has to be one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Every small detail has been thought about. It was such a luxury to stay here. Super comfortable beds and rooms and very close to everything Merida has to offer. The staff are exceptional, helping us whenever we needed it. A great breakfast too that will set you up for the day. Highly recommended.

Very lovely hotel, beautiful room, friendly staff and walking distance from the main square. The only thing to improve upon in my opinion would be the breakfast service to make it more efficient and enjoyable. Waiting every morning 45-60 minutes to get breakfast is a little too much…

Calm and relaxing space close to the city centre. Parking is in a separate building close to the hotel.

Sometimes places are great but they’re just not the right fit for you, and that’s how K&N was for me. It was just a little too south of the main square in a busy, cheaper area. Yes, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the better area north of the main plaza, but those repeated extra 15 minutes each way every time you want a good cup of coffee or gelato or lunch really added up. If you’re the type who wants a cute cafe a block away, you’re better off staying up by Santa Lucia Park. That said, the place is super cute. The fact they can do laundry for you is a big plus. The omelette was great for breakfast (the waffle was outright terrible). But the pool was too cold to use in February. You also can’t flush your toilet paper.

Small precious hotel, close to downtown Merida, lovely rooms, breakfast unusual at first but very delicious. We would come back, definite recommendation

Beautiful little hotel in an amazing reformed traditional house with a natural pool, and right in the city center. It has everything to love. Top choice!

We loved our stay at Kuka y Naranjo! The small hotel has everything you need for a great city trip or relaxing getaway. Nicely decorated rooms, pretty hotel facility and a beautiful natural pool to cool off. The many plants around the area were lovely and so was the incredible friendly staff. Much of within the hotel is handcrafted and organic: from furniture to soap, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast had many options included to order a la carte and they were all delicious. The even offered an affordable laundry service, protected parking space and a selection of card and board games which my husband and I loved! We can not wait to come back here one day.

The place is quite beautiful, from the small pool to common areas and the room was small but very neat and pretty. Parking is 1 min walk.

Great hotelito! Fabulous breakfast, great staff. Charming high-ceilinged room with vintage tile flooring and traditional hammock extra. Wonderful location for walking to the centre

Such a beautiful and trendy hotel, delicious breakfast and all at an affordable price. I particularly loved their own line of soap and shampoo that is organic and made locally. Book a room with the terrasse. :-) Our room even had a hammock. I would totally stay here again and recommend to a friend.

Charming boutique hotel, but that's where it ends. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, the included breakfast is triple disappointing. Firstly, it's not tasty, the portions are minimal, the waitress is incredibly unfriendly, no smiles, we really feel like we're bothering her, and it's so unpleasant. And thirdly, we're still waiting for the dessert that's supposed to be included in breakfast. In short, a bad experience, very disappointing, and a terrible value for money. It's really unpleasant to write negative reviews, but sometimes I feel obligated to do so to prevent others from being deceived.
