Multiple floors of shopping arcade for all ages & occasion.. Well organised shopping experience, help at every step is offered..The showroom might look grand but the cloth quality and the collections are pretty average only considering the expensive price tags..Would like to give a shout-out to one who planned the poor parking space..a very congested one with poor valet parking service..

Services are really very good. Awesome people. Overall happy with customer service. Very polite and patience enough.. Collections are not that good enough for the sizes looking out for. Especially in around the Men's Silk Sections.. Need to improve more on the collections side..

Good purchase experience for a wedding shopping. We had a staff who was with us throughout the purchase. Not sure how they identified that we are here for wedding shopping but the staff was assistive. But there are a few thing that has to be improved. We didn't get any tea or coffee as we spent a lot of time in the shop, we literally became very tired. Also, the dress alteration section took a bulk of the time, we had to go to the shop back and forth to get some additional cloth to stitch. But over all the purchase experience was good. The collections were good.
