Ideally located. Rooms were well maintained. Parking space ok. Staff were ok. Booked over phone. There was no problem. The lift went out of order from evening 6.00 pm to next day 10.00 am making it difficult for senior citizens. Night duty receptionist was cooperative. Value for money.

We are a group of people who stayed for attending a wedding. Shocked that, except the location nothing is good. 1) Rooms are of different sizes and a few are not suitable for families. 2) No Hot water for Bathing.. 3) No proper control for Airconditioner and it's just for name sake they have. 4) Drinking water is supplied only on Demand (which is Complimentary). 5) A simple Coffee is not available at morning 6.30 AM and they said only at 7.00 AM we will get anything. 6) No information for calling Room service or reception. IN TOTAL BETTER AVOID VISITING THIS HOTEL.

Nice hotel the Reception and housekeeping staff are doing a good job. Had a nice experience. Rooms are clean and good ambiance... Close to near from the new bus stand.. Breakfast taste was also good. The staff were also helpful....

I recently stayed at the Hotel and I must say, I was impressed with my experience. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, high-speed internet, and a large flat-screen TV.

Worst hotel , receptionist is very unprofessional ..he is not clear on what he is going to offer for the given tariff..also facilities are poor , hot water won't be available all the times ..stay away from this hotel

The room was clean with superb fragrance and foods are very tasty ,room service is very fast and perfect staffs, especially reception staffs are very humble and care... They provide me all details i need to know... Definitely i will come again and again... For both business and family stay its is a very good hotel ... 👍🏼👍🏼

Stay was just ok. Room was spacious, good AC, TV etc. But the bathroom looked old and neatness not up to mark. Location and per day rate with breakfast 2k was ok.

Now also branded as an OYO Townhouse 836. Location is convenient close to NH 44 and city. Old rooms. Maintenance needs improvement. No means to have an early bed coffee or tea in the room.

I really dont know where to start this from, me and my wife planned to visit our close relative wedding in salem immediately Oyo came to my mind as i am regular customer..After long search i decided to book this Hotel Devi Towers.. price was also pretty decent with the offer.. so I booked it and when I reached there yes. The room was like the same i saw in pics.. The real big disappointment is the service particularly in the front desk one particular person was very very rude and lacks total communication skill at all.. He demanded more money just like that no customer care or warmth .. we asked for extension of time to vacate of course with extra cost but his behavior immediately made me to vacate... Very bitter experience will never go there again nor will recommend to anybody..

Located at 5 roads towards Yercaud Road. Have dine in restaurant and affordable rooms.

The towel is also of those condition. Worn out. Ac not working. WiFi not connecting. Rooms are old condition. Toilets pathatic. Those who wants to stay in pathetic condition can come here

Prime location, not so big rooms staff would provide outside services even for milk totally ambience is like sitting inside a bar smoky and smell full lobby

One of my favorite hotel in Salem. More than 10years I have associated with this place.

Decent. No wi-fi. No breakfast.They have not even provided drinking water. Restaurant opens even for a cup of coffee only by 7.3 am. Close to central bus stand and railway stations. Staff not co-operative.

Worst experience even....We reached Salem at 6:00am and there is no early check-in We told we can even pay amount still they haven't accepted that... aanother 6 people arrived they checked in by crossing us since they booked directly... they will never treat the customer finely if we booked thru online. Also there is no phone no in Google too... To enquire....worst worst manager never ever book this they shouted us badly....
