Really surprised with this hospital, Amazing staffs, kids friendly, automated and has a huge waiting area. You get yourself registered at Ground floor, wait for them to call your name, you might get directed to 1st or 2nd floor to continue. 3rd floor has a small pantry and a dining area. It is for doctors and staff but now it's also for the public. Over all, it was fantastic. Except one thing which is patients medical records were on the desks, boxes, floors and window area in 1st floor reception desk, it would be great for such a well planned hospital to have a place for medical records.

Wonderful experience with (R.bakkiyam). Dr. Karpakavalli was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose (Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital) and would highly recommend to anyone.

Hospital is well maintained. We have done cataract surgery here, Dr. Karppagavalli mam was amazing. Done a fabulous job in 10min. But, Dr Rekha who did retina surgery for my father. The next day he got a brain stroke. Very worst experience. We can live with one eye. But now he is in ICU for a month. Because for this doctor our life is changed entirely. Don't believe the ratings. The hospital staff will collect your mobile and put the rate it as 5 stars. To check your eye power use this kind of hospital. Don't go for any surgery here. The doctors will not explain anything. They simply say operation. If you ask any questions the nurse or supportive staff will speak what she already memories. The doctors are not much experienced ( not all docs ). And communication is not good at all (for us the nurse was not allows the doctor to speak as she came from other state). They are not ready to explain the procedure what they going to do and why it is needed. Not treating like a humans. They did all test before surgery. And they did not tell anything about after surgery. So he had a stroke on next day. We also told to the doctor on the next day visit about the symptoms. They should take mri on time. But they said nothing. Please avoid this hospital. Mostly fake 5 star rating.

Thanks 👍 One suggestion is that it would be great, if we are informed about what's the exact process to be followed and what kind of eyes tests are taken before seeing doctor by someone. So that we can understand the process and get some idea about why theses test are required.

Good care and Hospitality shown. Seamless process. Waiting time is minimum across the stations. I have done Cataract operation for my Grandma. The cost and the process is pretty well explained and the surgery went all good like they promised :) The attitude of staffs right from Doctor, Nurse, Receptionists and Pharmacists are very pleasant and hospitable. Highly recommended for general eye visit and surgeries.

I have done the lasik here. Doctors are very gentle,experienced and taking extra care for us. After the surgery, you can go for check up if you feel any Complications, that service is free, only you have to pay for medicines. Hospital is very clean.

Worst response from Dr.Agarwals optical section (especially one lady staff in optical section) even they don't know how to treat customer. Except this , all doctors ware really helped lot and given good services.

Negatives : Reception staffs are not little rude and not listening to the queries properly. Not able to contact the hospital through Phone or mobile for appointments and queries. We need to go to hospital to make appointments. Phones are not working properly and no one is picking on the alternate given numbers. It takes atleast 2 hours to meet the doctor even for quick follow-up check ups. Appointment process needs to be normalized and patient waiting time should be reduced. Positive: Teatements are good and high end medical equipments. Latest treatments are also Available.

All the doctors and optometrists are awesome here. I did Contoura vision epilasik surgery here and it's at its best. Special mention to doctors Karpagavalli mam, Pavithra mam and Man preet kaur mam, optometrist arthi sister and others who took their time to treat me and explained to me steps of surgery and followed up till I got a perfect vision. Surgeon Karpagavalli mam thank you for the awesome surgical skills of you mam. I'm very much satisfied with them and also my grandpa also had cataract surgery for both eyes and a VEGF injection for retinal inflammation here. One of the best places I've visited for opthal. Queue maintenance is also great automatically patients calls various testing. The cost of a treatment is also less compared to others. They have all the latest equipment for testing and treatment. Very friendly hospital with friendly people. I underwent my cataract surgery. All the staffs and doctors were so caring and rendering Lovable service. Patients were given utmost care. Cost was very reasonable too. It felt like home with all love and care.

I had visited to for eye checkup for my mother. Dr Abhirama Sundhari was very professional and helpful. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The place is a bit crowded. I had to spend 3 hours there (granted some of it was due to my mother being diabetic). But, even then the wait time is a bit more because of the crowd. Hence the 4 stars.

I will give 5 star for their hospitality services Reception is good. patient care is also good. optometrist MR Vengadesan who done my primary check up make us feel good and docters are very well experienced. Recently they are giving free eye check up also ..... So it's good to get your eyes check here👍
