Went here yesterday very poor customer service, Staff behaviour is very worst, we lost our patience to lethargic sales woman who seems not interested in her job, Never cared to hear us out, very frustrated with the shop. Collections are also limited. Seeing online collections I went to this shop to buy a ring, the sales woman never cared for the size we mentioned and kept on showing random rings even after we asked for a specific size, very irritating. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. They have big ad with multiple stars but this branch is complete opposite of the ads you watch in TV. They won't even give you water unless you buy anything. Total waste of 1 hour for me. Biggest mistake is going there.

One of the best jewellery shop in salem. I have purchased engagement ring from here. Really best shopping experience as the staff members were really cooperative. they had understand that what am expecting. Its quite unbelievable for me. They showed the items as per my taste and preference. and more over the got me to the whole shop and explained all the products available with the significant difference between them. that's more than just marketing I can say.

Collection and price are reasonable. Even the wastage is also lesser comparatively. Only thing i hate here is the waiting time to get receipt for chit. Really bad. Every time they made us to wait around half an hr which is not the case in other jewellery shops. Kindly reduce this waiting time.

Overall experience is good . Especially I love the coffee from here 😊

Very worst service. In tag showing a different price for wastage (11.4%) and salesman is saying wastage as 12.8% as price raises so it varies. No proper response at all.

Pros: - Staff was very kind and polite...not a little bit of hesitation from staff - Ladies collections was NYC in all sections. Cons: - We went to buy gift for my frnd marraige so much collections available for ladies but gents it was so difficult to search only limited options available in silver and gold as well.
