Visited today and had bad experience, they saying the prices is low but not actually low to compare normal supermarket shops in Chennai and other cities. We bought a gift for kids and asked them to pack and give they said “we can only provide the gift wrap”. How a customer can pack this gifts. If you are selling gifts you should do the packing right? . After that we asked in bill counter where we can get the wrap he show the direction to customer care. We went there and asked gift wrap but no taps or anything to pack. We asked for tap, he again showing somewhere to go. This is how you treat customers? No proper arrangements and fake promises. 😡😡😡😡

Quality of Food is compromised at this retail shop Dmart, Salem. I discovered this after several purchase of the premium dhal & cereals. I recommend not to buy Amul butter or amul cheese here. Cheese dint melt in the grill sandwich, amul butter wasn't tasty as it use to be. You will not know until you use it in your daily life. The packing will be lucrative, neat, trustworthy. We think we are buying premium/ quality one however it is not. I recommend this store, those who are looking for daily wear like tshirts, kitchen wares, and house hold accessories esp blanket/towel. I have added a pic of white sauce using amul cheese, u could lumps which hasn't been melted even after exposing it to 100°C, this happened with sandwich/Pastas/other dishes we tried buying that cheese on a big lot this time.

I recommend this place for buying Groceries and home needs. The building has only one floor for shopping. 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler Parking spaces are available. Trolleys and baskets are provided. On the whole its a value time spent with family and you enjoy the ease of shopping. You need put tag for your bags and big shoppers before entering. Con : Weekend its fully rush and trolleys not available. cheap buy only for selected items and there is no point system even though you spend in 1000-2000 once or twice in a month.

DMart stores stock home utility products - including food, toiletries, beauty products, garments, kitchenware, bed and bath linen, home appliances and more - available at competitive prices. While entering the store the staff insisted for wearing mask. The irony was even that staff was wearing mask without covering her nose. Once people entered the store, happily remove/lower the mask including the Dmart staffs. Anyways, they have various numerous sections and the products are very competitive price. I didn't by any groceries, do funny know the quality of the products. Will update this review when go next time.

This place is excellent for shopping goods and items. They provided offers and discounts rapidly all the month. But the billing section is always crowded and the counters are not providing changes exactly. The management should increase the cash counters.

One of the best and prime departmental stores available in Salem and also located in the centre of the town. Most of the items were low priced and especially surprised to see crocs and footwear sold at very cheap price. The quality was ok ok. The place has a huge parking space. Definitely a worth visit for people who would like to do monthly purchase in bulk.

In Salem tamilnadu, I had been here for first time. There are more offers compared to Bangalore. The cost also is less than Bangalore. There are different extra items to shop. It's very good place for shopping in Salem. The jeans quality are very good and cost is also very reasonable than Bangalore. Overall all products are very good.

Worst Place to Shop with. The Sales person would treat customers so cheap as their products are cheap, and they behave cheaper too. They will ask customers to go search products which doesn't have bill tags. The billing person would just bill ur product and stand still by the time customers have to work for them by packing their own products. Since Rates are less u will be treated low. Think before going there, Because our Self esteem matters More than saving

It's a great supermarket in terms of availability of goods. But in terms of space, this is very cramped and you have to squeeze in the crowd to move. Traffic inside the store will be like banglore traffic moving with cart is really hard. It has nothing special to prefer it over Reliance smart or Sellers hypermarket. It has a parking but it's crowded too. Don't go if you hate crowded places.

This shopping place is famous for purchasing groceries and daily needs at discounted price. Most of the products here are of good quality. Branded items are sold at discounted price from the MRP. Good parking place is available for two wheelers and four wheelers. Grocery items are available in loose and can be purchased of any weight.

The interior of the shop is good and prices also low but less of products. And they have preferred oxygen for the customers and have too crowded in the shop parking also available products also good quality... They don't have QR code scanner, g pay, phone pay etc... Only cash and card. Card is limited purchase upto 5000 rs.

Everything fine. But when it comes to checkout oly few counters (max 4 ) only available for 50 people approx even higher people count they don't increase counter very poor staff allocation and one more thing if u but more quantity they ask I'd proof that too take lot of time compare to other super market they don't ask these kind of things.. if have lot of time in ur hand u can go and spent more time there for just checking out..

Prices are less as usual. But they should add more product options. Ex: we have less options on face wash products. Billing needs to be improvised. It's very congested during weekends and holidays. Checking out becomes mayhem. No place to stand in queue at all. Parking is handled well. They must make sure to redirect the cars to use different exit to avoid traffic inside the premises. Bathrooms are a mess and dirty at its worst.

Located near the main junction(5 Roads). Have enough parking space. The store has huge collections of household items, kitchenware, department utilities, packed groceries and the same available in loose as well. Highly recommended for budget shopping.
