One of the best entertaining restaurant I have ever experienced. Entertaining shows , fireworks, music all of these made this place extremely unique. Prices were very affordable in regards to the service this restaurant provides. Staff were up to the standard. The food was very delicious and satisfying. Its a must visit place for every tourist. Highly recommended

This place is super nice! Its on the Mediterranean sea. This restaurant offers Japanese, Lebanese, American and Italian cuisine. The food quantity is HUGE, quality though is jeopardized, its still good but not excellent. Service is very good. I recommend this place.

Amazing place on the seaside of beautiful jounieh. Great food and exceptional cocktails, friendly staff. We can never get enough of the sunset and the clean water

A huge place for all times on the seaside of Jounieh. You can enjoy the sunset next to calm water with nice food and drinks. The potions of the plates are relatively big and generous compared to other places (i don’t suggest the pastas though) the staff is super friendly and helpful. Maybe on crowded times in the weekend the service of food get super delayed but people should understand the pressure in the busy kitchen. In general its a nice chilling place for gatherings with nice vibes and music at night. I highly recommend 🕺🏻

2022.08.16 The place is in the coastel city of Jounieh. On the water. The seating capacity is 1,000 people. The capacity on the night of our visit it was 800 people. Very busy. Book in advance. All ages place. Slow service. Friendly staff. The staff Elio was amazing. I can rate the food as average.

The place is always busy and crowded! The ambiance is good and it gives good vibes. However the food taste and quality didn’t meet our expectations! The fries were fried in an oil that was used to fry chicken… it had some other taste. The chicken rocca sandwich was bad… the chicken couldn’t be chewed … the sandwich remained the same! I don’t think i would go for dinner over there because it’s very busy and the service is not that good! I might try it for lunch maybe.

The place is not bad. It has an outdoor area next to the beach. The ambiance wasn't that good, the DJ and music are less than average. The service was very good, staff is so friendly. As for the food portion, I think it is the most generous restaurant I've visited so far. I ordered a salad, I couldn't even finish my plate. And the taste is good.

Went there for a friend’s birthday. The place is pretty good, great ambiance, multiple shows and entertainment. However, the food was so overrated, prices are OK. Staff was very friendly. Overall a great place in Jounieh to chill with some friends and enjoy the shows.

One of my favorite places! The portions are huge and super filling. Everything can easily be shared. Our order: Taco salad, quesedillas, pollo alfredo pasta, and el mexicana drink. The taco salad is placed in a super crunchy tortilla bread and has a perfect mix of sauciness and crunchiness and juiciness. The quesedillas were served with 2 side dips and fries (sour creme and salsa). They tasted fantastic. The pasta is one of my favorites. It comes in alot of creamy sauce and mushrooms. Service: The service was great. Food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering (except for the pasta, it took much more time compared to everything else) and the waiters were friendly and always checking up on us. Ambiance: It has indoors area for when it's cold, including a bar and is well decorated. It also has an outdoors area for when it's hot. It's right on the beach with a fantastic view. It's perfect for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner or drinks at night! No matter what time you go, the place is always active with alot of people, but you don't really need to reserve except for weekend nights. Price is more than perfect for the amount and quality of the food. Around 650,000 LBP for 3 people. Another plus about palms is that it's pet friendly! Would I go again? DEFINITELY!!😋

Will sum up my review in the following: - Ambiance: lovee itt, we had so much fun and the songs were great, much recommended for a night out. -Drinks: also very good, the blue drink was a huge portion and very good. - Food: although it looks good (check the picture of the salad), it was not good at all, neither were the fries. I could not even eat a bite from it, and the waiter did not ask what's wrong although we did not touch the plate.

A must do/visit place at the heart of Jounieh Loved the ambiance, we went on a weekend and the ambiance was amazing. I really loved the music! On another hand the food is good, big portions I recommend to share food. The crab salade is something else! I do suggest to change the nachos Chips in the plate, without the toppings they’re not that good! They have a variety of cuisines, you can eat whatever you like! The staff are so helpful and friendly You definitely need to reserve before going! They also have a section with high tables and chairs, serving cocktails and alcoholic drinks

Good food : ordered chicken and pepperoni pizza and it was tasty. Make sure to tell them the size you want because they will automatically give you the family which is more expensive. Excellent Drinks: ordered Gin Basil cocktails. Delicious Music and ambient were cool. Ps: these Guys might need to consider washing there seats more often

Amazing place, so chilling, food so tasty, have a lot of special dishes

We placed an order, but they got it completely wrong. When we brought this to their attention, they insisted that we eat it anyway, even though we didn't feel good about it. That's just not right! To make matters worse, the staff got into an argument with us when we voiced our concerns. We simply asked for the bill so we could leave, but they seemed more interested in proving themselves right than in addressing our valid complaints. It left us feeling frustrated and unappreciated as customers. Now, let's talk about the security guys, or should I say, "not-so-friendly" felines. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we approached them with genuine questions, they responded with irritation, which is not what you expect when visiting a place like Palms Beach House. To add insult to injury, they even asked us personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with our visit. That's just intrusive, meow! If you're planning a vacation to Lebanon and looking for a fun night out, I strongly advise against choosing Palms Beach House. Trust me, they will only end up ruining your evening and leaving you with an unpleasant experience. With so many other options available, spending your limited vacation time elsewhere would be a wiser choice.

Very nice atmosphere. The food presentation is so attractive and the food is so tasty. They do have a lot of varieties too. I will definitely visit whenever I am in Lebanon. I highly recommend.

Waw, waw, the place is amazing, the atmosphere is happy, joyful, clean and splendid. The food is very good and the portion size is ginormous, over generous, and super tasty, the service is super fast. The shows they have are innovative and breathtaking. DJ is very chilled and spot on.

The food portion in this place are huge and delicious and totally worth the price. The place is nice! I expected it to be prettier but still the vibe is noce, the music got too loud at one point and it was too got in the sun although it was around sunset. The service is good but they asked us if they clean the table one too many times. Overall, i recommend especially the chicken esmallieh.

The story starts by trying the 3 phone numbers on the instagram page. 15 calls not answered. So we went as walk in, the hostess at the main door was professional and helpful and told us we will get a table. No one escorted us to our table so we had to wait in the middle of the dining area for someone of the 3 hostesses seating people to seat us. We didn’t like the 1st table offered so we requested if it’s possible to get another one the hostess who has no name tag, said let me check. to be surprised by another girl working at the place approaching us saying hello I HEARD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.(we didn’t have any problem) we were given a table that was about to be broken into two pieces, over used over kept in the sun. we asked the waiter in the section to join 2 tables for us so he was helpful and we finally moved. Food was ok. Service was ok. They should not be overwhelmed by the busy operation. More attention to details is needed, using plastic cups for drinks(don’t tell me due to covid) using a mixture of plastic and glass cups for water. Chef need to pay attention to the plates he use. Most are cracked and all are stained at the bottom with crumbs and oil on it. Filet served without a steak knife. Attention to details 0

We went for dinner and drinks The staff at the door were welcoming but the waiters at the sitting area were not professional at all: they were grouping and chatting, ignoring customers requests. We needed to wait for 3-5 minutes everytime we needed to call someone. We only had drinks but we were not encouraged to have dinner due to the bad service. The music is beautiful and the ambiance is nice.

After the feedback, I visited them on September 23rd, the service is much better, great taste and of course a splendid view.

Honestly it is a bit overrated. The place is too crowded and noisy, also its expensive and food is barely good , their only specialty is the big portions. (Also i do not recommend having shisha there👎🏻)

Great decor and very nice ambiance. For sometime they were hard to reach through phone (called several times through several days to reserve with no one answering), but this time they were quick to answer and reserve. The staff was also professional when we got there and quick to help us with some changes in seating arrangement. I tried a fruit cocktail which I found average compared to other places. The place is also crowded most of the time, so it's not for anyone who is looking for a calmer evening.
