Worked as an employee for this company for 3 months and must say I'm disappointed. I came in everyday wondering what task to take care of first with numerous task to accomplish, I only worked with another scheduler that was kind enough to take care of many tasks that I was still learning, I was told that a third employee was to be hired to help us work through everything more professionally. Company established a Co-vid mandate in which selected and approved employee's only were to just take regular co-vid test and present their test at the end of the week. We had no COVID PROTOCOL towards our patients in which made no sense as to why to input a demand, only to find that it was for better gain of the company, I was given PTO hours to use that resulted in my supervisor asking for what reasons I was going to use my hours and if I can accommodate to their schedule likings. Parking was a pain, I came in various times for my shift and found myself without any parking spot. our patients always complained about parking and 4 patients to my record had their cars towed during my time there, I voiced out my concern only to be ignored. My only reason of a star I give to this place is my fellow scheduler in which had patience with me learning and helping me with my next job search. Thankfully I received a better paying job with a more organized plan of care for patients.

Over the course of 13 years I have needed several treatments of physical therapy due to diverse to back problems as a result of decades of my nursing profession. Each time I have specifically requested I come to the Beach Cora Center. Most recently, due to a frozen shoulder, over several months I have benefited from the truly amazing, caring and expert knowledge of an awesome staff. Sandra , Newberry, Christie and Fabiana are the most dedicated therapists I know. I will not go to another therapy center. I am amazed at my complete shoulder recovery. Thanks guys !! You're truly the very best!!

This is the best therapy place in all Miami, the team at Cora have helped me with rehabilitation after my Injury. I am so happy I came to this place. From amazing people at the front desk to the all the therapists. I had a problem with my foot, after my injury I couldn’t walk properly like before but therapist Newberry helping me a lot. He is literally an angel. He is so kind, very professional and patient. He never leaves me alone doing exercises and always explained me everything properly. He is the best therapist in the world and doing the best massage I ever have. I feel better after every therapy. Highly recommend this place but specially him.

Those who work, attend you with the phone in hand. They have no idea what they are doing. They are not professionals. Then when you look at what they bill Medicare, everything is a lie, they never give you manual massages. CORA….TERRIBLE company

Cora physical therapy is amazing 😉, I highly recommend it to people. The physical therapists have been taken care of my mother only for a short period of time. I’m truly satisfied with the staff there at Miami Beach Physical Therapy. Best experience so far!!

Kristin was a fantastic therapist. Would recommend this facility highly. All the staff was very friendly and professional.

All therapists excellent! I went to PT at UM for a sprained ankle and they were awful. Cora such a refreshing change. Giving me good exercises to help my shoulder. Also do tens, heat therapy, & massage which you would never get at UM. Very pleasant and upbeat environment. Lots of personal attention and never crowded. Very easy to park close by. Would highly recommend Cora for PT.

In this place I have been treated with excellence...it is a very professional team and above all very humane and with a great sense of helping the patient and everyone with very good character from the girls at the entrance to the Manager and her excellent technicians... I have really improved my injury and I am happy with the care I receive in this place.....thank you

Sandra has been amazing .. since my last diagnosis she has done wonders with my joint manipulation and I feel finally that I am making progress. The core exercises have worked tremendously and even though I do not have my full range of motion , every PT session has been one step closer to bringing back my mobility. I have a long road ahead of me but I can’t do this without the team at Cora. Tony also started working with me on my therapy and has given me great exercises to do at home and is very knowledgeable and has helped so much as well. I will continue to be going to Cora for the next weeks and possibly few months and feel confident that they will bring my mobility to normal.. Thanks so much for your attention and expertise.

One of the best places for rehabilitation. Front desk is amazing and will always put a smile on your face. All the therapists are genuine and sincere, put the work and you will get results. Came in with pain since 2020 and now I finally feel relaxed. All thanks to Dr. Halphen, Dr. Fraenk, Newbery, Sandra, Marisol, Kristin, and Nicole. A strong recommendation for those wanting to recover.

Christine is a great PT; she treated me for three different sport injuries and provided me with a workout protocol I use at the gym daily.

I was a patient recently for few weeks . I received very good treatment and even the place it’s not at all modern or glamorous but the physical therapists made me feel better and I recommend their services. The exceptional employee is Marisol Rivera, the front desk very professional, kind and friendly person.

Took my son for a first appt and they were great. They told me they have to fill out paperwork to get approved by my insurance for visits. They never called back. Every time i call they tell me that the paperwork to my insurance was not filled out to be approved . Then they tell me to call back in a few days. I have called six times. and they have told me the same thing. This has stretched out for weeks. finally when I called today and ask to speak to the manager, I am told it is the manager who is supposed to fill out the paperwork. So I wait on hold for five minutes, to speak to the manager, and the call is disconnected. When tried to call back, it goes straight to voicemail and no one ever called me back. I’m done and will go someplace else. What a waste of time.

Horrible service. I booked an appointment yesterday morning for this morning at 9.00 am, and this morning at 8.30 am the receptionist called me to cancel, said that she just saw the appointment and that there are no therapiss. To top it all off she didn't even offer another appointment. I will never book this again and will discouraged everyone from going. I took time off work to go to this and with a total lack of respect they just canceled 30 minutes before my appointment while I was already on my way.

Ok today I did my 2 therapy with Berry, he is Amazing kind and so professional. The energy of this place is calm, hopefull And the Empathy is the number one feeling that I recived from all the staff. Thank you Cora.
