Beautiful spa. Very serene, airy & comfortable. Team was all attentive, caring and friendly. Unfortunately the 2 massages were the worst ever experienced. Was not relaxing nor beneficial and seemed very novice. Couldnt wait for it to end. Mandatory 20% tip was surprising. Would have done that anyway but would prefer a choice. Price is expensive and the ambience and great attitude didn't make up for it. Feeeback that massage was not great when asked, received no reply.

As a well deserved treat to unwind and give myself some self care visited the Miami Beach Edition Spa! Let me just begin with the hotel, absolutely STUNNING! The receptionist were friendly and indicated me the spa was a level below the lobby. Def makes the spa feel more intimate which I loved! Just like the rest of the hotel, the spa is so aesthetic and beautiful I literally wanted to live at the spa forever! The service given by everyone was so sweet, friendly, and helpful which made me feel at home. Even tho there aren’t many amenities at the spa and it’s is quite small, it feels cozy (they just have the changing rooms, steam room, a lounge area, and the private rooms for massages and treatments) I got the hot stone massage which was very good (8.5/10) and was part of the Miami Spa Week special which made the price very accessible (about $150) for a “high-end” spa. A bit sad that there was no pool access or not any other amenities to enjoy, but for the price I think it’s worth the treat.

The worst service I have ever received. Scheduled spa appointment online only to be told upon arrival that the reservation could not be found (I was told they were transitioning platforms and it may have resulted in a glitch). One month later I receive a full spa charge for the service dated 1 month after the scheduled appointment. Repeated calls to to the spa to speak with a manager to rectify the issue resulted in zero callbacks and frustration. Note to management - The hotel might be beautiful but the spa is completely mismanaged.

A thousand times, yes. First of all, the spa is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Although it’s in the busy bustling city of Miami it still manages to be tranquil. I chose Javier for a deep tissue service, he is truly an expert. Finally, I was surprised at the pricing. I expected the bill to be double based on what I’ve experienced in other cities for a similar service.

Facilities are beautifully decorated. Very friendly staff and the services were great. Javier provided me with a terrific massage, and I highly recommend if you like deep massages! I’m only a bit disappointed with the other amenities - the steam room was very small and it got very crowded. Only 2 showers and 2 toilets - perhaps we came on a busy day but it felt very cramped. For how big the hotel is, I was hoping for more room and for a sauna option. I don’t think I’d return as other spas in Miami have better amenities so that you can really make a day out of it and enjoy the facilities.

One girl got part of a spa experience, and this girl got to sit in the lobby. They messed up our reservation, they had my friend and I down for a couples massage lol when I wanted a facial for me at the same time as my friend was getting her massage. Okay, no prob, I’ll join her in the steam room after for $54. Except, the steam room wasn’t working while we were there and being that the steam room is the spa’s only amenity it was pretty disappointing. There is no pool, hot tub, or sauna. Francesca sheepishly asked me if I’d be willing to pay the facility fee just to sit in the “relaxation lounge”. $54 to do what? Take a shower and have a cup of green tea? No thanks. They should have handled the whole situation better given that there were two major issues with our visit. Def not the girls spa day I was looking forward to! Very disappointing, definitely not the “best of Miami”.

We had an incredible afternoon here. Jose is amazing!!!! My husband had a great experience with Rosemary as well. Make sure to allot enough time to chill in the lounge before or after. I would love to come back. Only request is wash cloths in the ladies locker room.

Had an absolutely relaxing massage done by Jose. Reading a lot of the reviews here the majority already mention how amazing he is. This was a truly great experience and would highly recommend seeing Jose when you visit!

Awesome stylist! Ivan at the spa at Miami Edition helped me achieve a glamorous hairstyle for an event tonight. He listened carefully and then transformed my simple ponytail look to all out glam! Really wonderful experience.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages with Jose - he is equivalent to a nimble ox! I have a number of muscular issues and he worked on them so precisely that although I felt pain during the treatment and the next day, I felt so much better in 48 hours. He is such a passionate and knowledgeable expert in his field, and albeit it expensive, it’s worth it. The spa itself is beautiful and a very tranquil setting. Highly recommend.

Expected it to be nicer overall, but there are better spas in Miami.

Beautiful spa. Stick around after for a nice treat. Went in incredibly sore with lots of pain. Jose G helped relieve a lot of that pain with one of the most intense- and necessary- massages I’ve ever had. He knew exactly what he was doing. I always recommend the Edition Spa.

Hey, all) From the first time I fell in love with Edition Spa, I highly recommend incredible massage therapist - Jose, this master has a hand from God, he feels the body and its entire anatomical structure, every circle. And it’s true. Honestly, he full of knowledge and unique technique. After one visit, I don’t feel a deep pain in the muscles, only feel total relaxation. And of course I can't wait to come back to see him again! One of the best massages I've ever had! Thanks a lot.

The staff here were extremely friendly and very professional and were kind enough to give us complimentary snacks since I just got married. Val the person that’s in the front was great and the massage therapist, I would consider going back!

Great spa experience, the facilities were extremely clean and well stocked. Do not pass up on the Pedicure/Manicure/Facial, the Technician Korneliya is delightful and a pleasure to work with. Also, the massage therapy services provided by Jose Gutierez and Rosemary were excellent, they were very receptive to resistance and intensity adjustments on different parts of the massage. The team here at Edition spa is outstanding and I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this establishment! I had both a Massage and Facial and they were both incredible! The massage therapist was Annabelle and she was hands down one of the best I’ve seen. Kind and so talented! The esthetician was Bessu Liu- She was incredibly knowledgeable and treated me like royalty. My skin has never felt so rejuvenated and firm. Afterwards you get treated to dessert and refreshments. 5 star experience!
