Go here for breakfast! So here is the story - live around the corner. This place has 2 small tables outside and a small underground bar to eat at with 8 more seats inside. It's a simple, inexpensive diner and you can't beat the prices. Their cuban coffee is solid. The food is hit/miss but the breakfast if you order right is amazing: just don't mess around and get the breakfast sandwich with bacon/egg/cheese. The bread is soft and doughy. Bacon crispy, served hot. Get the home fries well done. They are delicious. Then leave. You can get pancakes or get wild if you must, but don't. Just got there and get an egg sandwich and a proper cafecito and move on with your day - all for $8. You're welcome and enjoy not having to eat the Starbucks food down the block, though their American coffee is better.

Was not given a pleasant experience at this cafe. I had 2 eggs and coffee from what I saw on the menu cost 6$ and for some strange reason the recipe that came after my meal said 15$, my meal was not altered at all I think I got less then what the 6$ meal cost but was forced to pay 15$. I was not served in a plate but in a to go box and after I asked why I was being charged so much he responded with "you pay what I charge you " in a very uncomfortable way. The owner threw receipts at me to show me who paid because he make them from what he said. This place is not a place locals need to spend money at. Please review it for yourself if your a local.

Awesome place. Amazingly genuine owner who makes you feel super welcome, great prices, fast & friendly service, great food/coffee. Skip the fancy expensive brunch places and hotel service and just go here. Right across the street from the Hilton and close to other mid-beach and North Beach hotels

The two that work here are amazing Pedro and Mary. The food was excellent and the price even better!!! Pedro was like talking to an old friend, five of girls came to eat here two different times. Wish we found this place sooner. Most Definitely coming back here when we return to Miami. Mary the cook made sure we all liked our food, which we did. Hands down best service we had while on vacation!!!

My son and I discovered this great lunch place at the end of our long walk on the boardwalk from 41st Street. I was on holiday from Canada and having a meal there was a delight. The ladies there were so friendly and what a great cheeseburger I had!...on one occasion, with a glass of beer! We went there several times....and now I have to wait til the end of the year before my son and I can visit again. Thanks to a friendly staff. Margaret Egan and Ray.

This was a great quick bite to eat with amazing quesadillas! Fast and friendly staff made this meal a great experience.

Best breakfast/lunch food and atmosphere/customer service I had during my stay in Miami!!!! definitely come try this place. Pedro is hilarious and recommends cool stuff to do

It may be a hole in the wall, but that’s part of the atmosphere that makes this place so perfect. Inexpensive, great food and the staff is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!!!
