My husband and I had such a great experience especially for our first time at a spa. Maggie greeted us and showed us around before our couples massage, her demeanor immediately set the vibe for a super relaxing experience. My husband and I's massage therapists were amazing, Jennifer and Pamela took such good care of us and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish! The facility is beautiful and so serene, this was truly such a wonderful experience my husband and I can't wait to come back during our next trip to Miami!

The 90 minute k’alma journey was amazing, but the facilities weren’t as nice as I’d hoped… for some reason I thought there would be many crystal based rooms for relaxing, but actually there’s just a hallway with crystals that you can sit under. There was a steam room, hammam, waiting room with tea, and relaxation room though!

I went there and asked for a 40 minutes massage with a female therapist, they introduced me to the female therapist and said that the room will be available immediately. After I was sent to a room to prepare and have a tea, I had to wait for 15 minutes until they came and said I need to wait 70 more minutes for the female therapist to become available, otherwise there is only a male therapist. I was disappointed but accepted to switch to the new therapist. while I could see there was a couple who went to the massage room with the female therapist I booked. I was asked to fill a form where I mentioned I need lowe back and leg massage with medium pressure. When I went to the room the therapist game me a massage focused on upper back and shoulders and he didn't even touch my legs. He could hardly understand English. At the end I was FORCED to pay 20% gratitude as "service fee!" . Super disappointed and would not recommend.

Truly the best SPA experience! The couple massage blew me away. I have never felt so at peace with myself and my significant other. The care from the staff showed and it went a long way. If you're in the MIAMI or CHICAGO area, YOU MUST go to K'Alma Spa.

This spa not really special. I did not try any treatments and the steam room is all they have in terms of a traditional spa. There is no sauna, no cold plunge or any other thermal spa facility. The reviews suggested it's 'one of the best' in Miami Beach and apparently that was for a treatment, NOT the spa. And the fact that whoever is in charge of social media is asking me to take down the review just confirms this. 3 stars is 'ok' according to google and it IS ok, but in no way 5 stars! If you are looking for a thermal spa and not a specific treatment (and the name suggests spa and not massages or other treatment center) don't be disappointed if all you get is a steam bath in the basement.

Excellent spa and massage, beautiful location and therapist are highly trained. Really enjoyed this location. They have some extras included steam room, meditation room and relaxation room to enjoy after your massage. Showers and full men’s and women’s area. The massages where the best we have had. Did the 75 min which included massage and some stretching which was awesome. Highly recommended location to checkout and relax. Located on the bottom floor of the Hotel Victor.

I love massages, I usually get 3 to 4 massages a year, but only because my budget won’t allow me for more… I just had the best massage of my life with Patricia from K’alma spa… Patricia was so professional and kind and her technique is absolutely flawless! I can’t wait for my next massage with her. Thank you so much Patricia! You deserve a raise!!!

This beautiful place goes beyond what I expected. It is not a regular spa, from the moment you arrive at this place you begin a moment of revelation and healing with yourself. The relaxation rooms have typical Peruvian decorations where they offer different relaxation teas. And if we talk about the massages, Victor did a very comforting and very professional job. I experienced a deep feeling of relaxation and serenity after receiving a massage with the Reiki technique. The therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive and gentle. It is true that the people who work here don’t know what problems we may have, or what situations we may be going through, but they do a beautiful job helping people spend a moment with themselves, giving you an oasis of beautiful and relaxing hours. Many thanks, especially to Millie, who made my experience exceptional. Her attention to detail and kindness were reflected in every moment I spent here. Thank you Millie for making this visit unforgettable.

I had an amazing and relaxing time at the spa. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very attentive to my needs. I followed my massage with some time in the steam room and a short meditation. I would definitely recommend visiting

K'Alma Spa is my new favorite spa in Miami Beach. I joined them for their Art Basel Bronze Casting treatment and massage... It was truly amazing. I spent the day relaxing in their beautiful facilities and have never felt so zen. Millie was there to greet me and walk me through the entire spa experience, her kindness, passion for wellness, and spiritual touch was really something special. The staff is so kind and the experience there is relaxing and beautiful. My skin is glowing and I feel amazing! 10/10 experience, I can't wait to go back for another treatment.

My husband booked a couples experience where you write an intention on a piece of rice paper and hold hands after the massage He bought this package for this experience and it wasn’t all that great We are locals and we know that anything on ocean dr is a rip off and it was First off I didn’t even realize that they burned the rice paper because our eyes were closed. My massage was also not as good I asked for deep tissue and it was rather gentle my husbands was good though The experience is okay not terrible but just okay There weren’t enough cups for water, only one water container inside the waiting area and they don’t really fill it up often if you ask they’ll give you water but it should be accessible to the patrons. Needless to say I was thirsty They don’t have enough towels the staff were scrambling to find towels when we asked. They give you a tour and point to an empty shelf where towels are supposed to go but they don’t really place towels out The showers flood and overall the spa needs a little TLC like most buildings on Ocean This package was $480 and at Faenas tierra santa each 60 min massage is $250 pp and the amenities are top tier. I would say go to Tierra Santa it’s the same concept not much more and it’s way better. Sure our masssge was an extra 15 min but that was really to utter some sort of chant and shake a rain stick so I’ll do without that for better amenities.

An awesome spa on historic Ocean Drive in South Beach at Hotel Victor.I love the IVY at the entrance. I really like the common areas. Very nice locker room and showers (good products).The steam room is very nice as well as the hamman. I had a massage and really appreciated some of the small details (Hot tea ready when you're done etc..). This is a hidden gem! Suggestions for improvements: - You can hear the TVs in the locker room from the men's spa. At first I thought other people were inside. It conflicts with the peaceful ambiance. - Hooks to hang your robe/towel outside of the steam room area. - Some more toiletries for men such as hair gel and mouth wash. Good luck!
