With my general caveat that this is in comparison to the surrounding properties, it was a nice experience. The bar is neat, open air and looks like it could be a jumping place. Unfortunately the Palace is next doorish and it was packed and full. We stopped for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. The nachos were over the top but tasty and worth the price tag. The variety is typical bar fare though. Not a bad thing but they promote Eat, Drink and Dance. The service was OK, but below what I’ve seen elsewhere on the strip, our double was very much a single+ in other establishments. Definitely a place to stop if you are looking for a general nightclub to dance in.

Classic Miami Beach bar with massive outdoor area and swimming pool . Service was good but prices for standard domestic beers at $12 each was steep even for this location. Bit of a tourist trap but great to stop in for a quick drink and then move on . They could also use some fans to try and cool the customers on a hot day and they might stay longer .

Service was okay. Music was obnoxiously loud. Drinks were not great, and food was alright rather than appetising. Strong party vibes and audience participation though if that's up your street.

One of the best pool party I have ever been too, it has the most amazing vibe. And the location is right on the ocean

Great place to watch Saturday college football or NFL Sunday because they have so many TVs. Great outdoor area right on Ocean Drive. Love going here during the day to watch football. Drink prices are fair and the staff is very welcoming and friendly..

Music was great! Drinks were tasty, but not as strong as other places. Food was 💯 perfect. No complaints on servers/service either, beautiful women! Bag policy does suck though. Most visitors are going to have backpacks/beach bags. Just thoroughly search them and move on!

Do you like spending $22 on a drink, only to be told you aren't allowed to sit anywhere? If so, this place is perfect for you! When we were there, we spent roughly $44 on two mediocre drinks from the bar. They were each served in tiny plastic cups. Despite there being around 30 empty tables and booths, we were not allowed to sit in any of them. Their excuse was we didn't buy the drink at the table. But who cares where we bought it, it's one place, and there were empty tables everywhere! They said we could sit at the bar, but the bar only had 3 chairs, all of which were occupied. Don't go to a place that has contempt for its customers.

The baja shrimp salad was really good. It didn’t need salad dressing because it already contained plenty of goodies.

Friendly employees, welcoming spirit, casual atmosphere. Our bartender was super cool, made an awesome margarita, and was attentive! Service with a smile 😃 and a good nature!

This was a dope spot to watch the latest game, as well as some decent Shisha (pink lemonade) . Great atmosphere for getting together with friends, and even dancing if you choose to. Great selection of music.

We stayed at this hotel and also attempted to hang out at the bar/pool. The hotel room is small & cozy but it does the trick and was clean. The front desk hotel staff were so rude. They were very busy the day we came though so we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now… the pool staff is just ridiculous. They all tell you a different story regarding the cover charge and where you can sit. Also they automatically charge you 20% tip on your bill so none of their servers try. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

Sunday latin party was really good. We thought the area near the stage was restricted but it was actually free. We had a great time!

bar tender at the front was nice. Waitress that was serving south tables was very Rude. She demanded my friend to tip on Top of the 20 percent surcharge. She also told me not to buy drinks from the bar, I bought 2 drinks at the front and found my friend later in the back sitting. I came here 10 years ago, it was a much better experience. Probably will never return.

Fun place to hangout in Miami! Good music and food! A little pricey, but still a good experience.

We absolutely loved the Clevelander!! We received very personable and enjoyable service from Camila and Amarie out by the pool! Attended a pool party (earlier in the day) on Friday and had a great time! Definitely try the Bang Bang Shrimp! It's delicious!!

Nice bar with good music. But the waiting time was much too long. We had to wait 30min for payment, 10min for drinks. The waitress just disappeared in between. The drinks were tasty, but not enough alcohol in them. I tried 3 different ones, all with just a little alcohol. Even after I told the waitress, the next drink was still too clean :D I can not recommend this bar.

Bad experience and tourist trap. The food is not so good and drinks as well. The envirement is lovely with nice music and swiming pool but too loud we cpuld not talk to each other woth my sister. We asked 3 times to the (almost) naked waitress to give us the wifi but we are still waiting for it. The best part is the price! 140$ for 2 burgers and a jar of mojito that definitaly does not worth it. Please avoid this place that is made to still the money you hardly earn through out the year to pay yourself good vacacion.

Such a great time! Should be your first stop while in South Beach to break the ice. I ordered two margaritas & danced all night to a great mix of old and new school hits. Bartenders were attentive, I couldn’t tell if the table/floor was clean/dirty bc of the lights. There was an actual pool and performance stage in the bar. Totally loved the concept. Made me feel as if I was on a resort.

Had a wonderful experience here. The music was good and the atmosphere was amazing! We thought the place closed at 2:30am but the DJ played on till well over 3:15. The drinks felt diluted and not so strong in our first order.. the second time we got a decent one. Hence one star less.

The drinks were good but overpriced, even for Ocean Drive. The service was incredibly slow even though there were only a few customers and we saw plenty of staff walking around. Considering they charge you a mandatory 21% service charge, you’d expect the service to be a bit better. There are lots of other great bars and restaurants in the area, I would give this one a pass.

Whenever Iam in SOBE I never miss an opportunity to hang out at the Cleve , enjoy a few drinks and some great food and atmosphere not to mention friendly great service too. Especially love their signature Famous Frozen drinks and for a snack I love the delicious Shrimp bathed in OLd Bay spices. And if your a guest at the nearby Essex House like I usually am it is part of the Clevelander and you receive the same amenities as one does at The Clevelander such as access to pool and roof top deck , 1 free complimentary frozen drink. A visit to the Clevelander is always well worth it .

South Beach vibes...CHECK! Walking the strip and decided to drop in for lunch and some drinks. Our server was great. He was on it. Took great care of us. Food was good too. We had fish tacos, pizza, and wings. All very good. Drinks were good as well. Maybe a bit pricey but hey it's South Beach. Atmosphere is on point. Had a great time. Also able to watch some college football. Definitely a good time. Plenty of places to stop on the strip to eat but if looking for a picture of South Beach...this is it.

Can get pretty packed and somewhat wild at night. Music was good. We had a couple drinks and a hookah. I believe they have food as well during the day that looked pretty good. We had a good time here. Would recommend if you’re looking for a party scene on Ocean Drive in South Beach.

The food was pretty good & the staff were nice, however the bar and outdoor area was very old and could’ve been cleaner.

You don't have to stay at the hotel to go to this bar. You can enter from the beach side. There is no charge to get in, but be advised. There is a 21% SURCHARGE! Don't go on a windy day, or a low temperature day. It just takes away from the experience. The 16oz drinks are $17, the 45oz drinks are $40, and if you add a floater, it's $2. You can have a sample of the drink you want. To me, the sample taste better than the main drink. I almost paid $40 altogether for a Miami Vice, & a Colado drink. They were very weak. Taste more like juice than anything. I was disappointed!

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon and sat at the bar. Redeemed our free frozen drink vouchers from the Essex House hotel then ordered 2 more frozen drinks ($17 each) with floaters ($2 each). Miami Vice and Frozen Blue Lemonade drinks - very delicious! Service was fine, and cleanliness of the bar was also fine. Enjoyed ourselves and would recommend for a nice drink with a great view.
