Convenient
and
with
the
standards
(Macanudo,
Java,
Padron,
etc.)
Our
initial
Service
person,
Brunette
from
Brazil
(unfortunately
we
didn't
get
her
name),
was
PHENOMENAL,
warm,
inviting
and
informative!
The
following
day,
different
person
(older
strawberry
blonde
lady)
and
entirely
180
on
service!
She
completely
ignored
us
upon
entry,
although
we
were
the
only
ones
in
the
store.
When
we
made
salutations,
she
STILL
ignored
us.
We
thought
she
was
on
a
phone
call
but
wasn't,
just
RUDE
&
DISMISSIVE!
She
didn't
get
up,
didn't
ask
us
any
questions
(are
you
looking
for
anything
in
particular,
etc.,
BASIC
Customer
related
questions.)
Nothing.
She
looked
at
us
as
if
we're
pariah.
When
asked
could
we
just
enter
the
Cigar
room
or
did
she
need
to
accompany
us,
she
just
looked
up
&
flicked
her
hand,
as
if
to
shew
us
in
&
grunted,
"Go
ahead."
As
soon
as
another
patron,
her
"complexion"
entered,
she
was
bubbly,
all
gums
&
teeth
smiling
and
welcoming.
If
it
smells
like
racism,
acts
like
racism...IT'S
RACISM!
She
was
racists!
I
can't
say
the
entire
establishment
is
but
THIS
salesperson
was!
I
left.
I
REFUSE
to
pay
for
HORRENDOUS
service!
Husband
did
patronize
due
to
our
limited
time
frame
and
because
we
enjoyed
the
gracious
Salesperson
from
the
prior
day.
She
didn't
even
ask
if
he
needed
his
Cigar
cut,
which
is
again,
STANDARD
customer
service
at
a
Cigar
store!
Cigar
spots
are
a
dime
a
dozen
in
Miami,
especially
in
Lil
Havana.
Govern
your
Service
and
dollars
accordingly.
NEVER
RETURNING!
