I
had
the
pleasure
of
dining
at
Byblos
Miami
recently.
One
of
the
highlights
of
my
meal
was
the
lamb
rack.
It
was
cooked
to
perfection,
tender,
and
bursting
with
flavor.
The
culinary
expertise
was
evident
in
the
way
the
dish
was
prepared
and
presented.
The
combination
of
spices
and
cooking
technique
truly
made
this
dish
stand
out.
Additionally,
the
cauliflower
and
hummus
were
delightful
appetizers
that
left
a
lasting
impression.
The
cauliflower
was
expertly
roasted,
offering
a
satisfying
crunch
and
flavor.
The
hummus
was
creamy
and
well-balanced
in
terms
of
taste,
making
it
a
great
companion
to
the
pita
bread.
Moving
on
to
the
main
course,
the
truffle
rice
and
steak
were
definite
winners.
The
truffle
rice
was
fragrant
and
had
just
the
right
amount
of
truffle
essence,
elevating
the
dish
to
a
delightful
level.
The
steak
was
cooked
to
my
preferred
doneness
and
was
accompanied
by
flavors
that
complemented
the
meat
perfectly.
However,
I
must
admit
that
the
dessert
was
a
bit
of
a
letdown.
I
had
high
expectations
for
the
baklava
with
chocolate,
but
unfortunately,
it
didn't
live
up
to
the
standard
set
by
the
preceding
courses.
The
combination
of
baklava
and
chocolate
felt
a
bit
mismatched,
and
the
execution
didn't
quite
hit
the
mark.
Despite
the
dessert
not
meeting
expectations,
the
overall
dining
experience
at
Byblos
Miami
was
impressive.
The
restaurant's
focus
on
creating
unique
and
flavorful
dishes
is
evident
in
the
quality
of
the
food.
The
lamb
rack,
cauliflower,
hummus,
truffle
rice,
and
steak
were
all
highlights
that
I
thoroughly
enjoyed.
The
culinary
journey
is
certainly
worth
exploring,
and
I
would
recommend
indulging
in
the
savory
options
that
the
restaurant
has
to
offer.
With
a
few
minor
adjustments
to
the
dessert
menu,
Byblos
Miami
could
easily
become
a
culinary
gem
in
the
city.
