I was in Miami for 1 week and the food was so good ended up going back 2nd time. The quality, presentation, and options all were wonderful. There is a dish for everyone and boy they were all very delicious. I recommend sharing with one another so you get to try them all too. The staff were super friendly and accommodating as we had a large party. The atmosphere was also very nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. The venue was nice and clean which is always appreciated. It is a must and they have multiple locations but I only ate at this one.

Drinks were good, but I’m not sure it was worth $17. Food was okay. The beef empanada appetizer was amazing. We ordered the shredded crispy chicken dish, which came with white rice and black beans, and the chicken lunch bowl; the chicken in both dishes was a bit dry. The black beans and plantains were delicious and flavorful. Our server was pleasant in the beginning, absent throughout our meal, so much so that she didn’t realize that we’d been waiting an hour for our food and still hadn’t received it; she came over asking if we wanted to dessert when we hadn’t even received our meal yet, despite several folks that came in after us receiving their food. We had to ask another waitress to find our assigned waitress to get us our check, and when she came over to us, her tone was very unpleasant and rude. Also, please be aware that you will be charged a 20% gratuity/service charge regardless of the service you receive. All in all, I would not recommend this establishment.

This was our first stop once we arrived in Miami. We wanted to try some good Cuban food and this place was recommended by the lobby personnel at the hotel we were staying at. Atmosphere and service was good. Food was good With the exception of the burger patty in their Cuban burger was not great, it was over cooked, dry and left a burnt taste in your mouth. However, once the patty was removed the rest of the sandwich tasted really good. I had the classic Cuban sandwich and it was delicious, plus the portions were very generous. We also had the stuffed green plantains which were excellent and the their mojitos were also very good. Food was also a bit pricey but just about every restaurant in this area seems to price their food on the higher side. Overall a good experience.

Great atmosphere! I’d have preferred the plantains to be hot - we ordered a side dish of plantains but was not warm, but it still tasted good. The garden salad was tasty, although the portion of avocados seemed a bit small. The traditional Cubano was enjoyable, but the fried pork had an issue as we could see some fur, which was a bit too much. Overall, great atmosphere and food!

It’s a very touristy place:) It’s the first restaurant on the “ Spanish way”. Which I would not call like that because you have lots of Italian restaurants and even a sushi one. If we speak about the food. It’s definitely very popular spot. After we had our dinner I remembered that here the service is not a maximum 😅. I had a dish which was not really of my taste. I asked the waiter which he suggest to me pointing two different dishes. And he said this this. That’s it. At the end I realised that maybe it would be more professional to explain little bit the difference of two 🥺😩. My husband but enjoyed his hamburger 🍔 a lot. Our Friends also was surprised by presentation of their dishes 😂😅. But please no wander it’s not a high luxury place. So no judge. You have your food and drinks in a good timing.

Seated us on the terrace without reservation. We arrived during Happy Hour but were not told about it by the waitress and we ended up ordering the pitcher of mojitos at full price. Service was good, but slow due to our waitress being pulled into several different sections. The chicken plate was filling and had more than a half of chicken. The shrimp was not over cooked and was filling.

Anyone who wants to try Cuban food for the first time should visit this place. Props to the chef(s) for the great menu selection, flavors, and assembly. The Cuban combo was huge!! Watch out for the portion sizes because WOW had to take food home. There’s always the choice to eat outside the restaurant (terrace facing the beach) but we stayed inside.

It is a must to try out Cuban food when you're in Miami. The interior of this place is so nice and historical. The servers are nice. I love the grava mojito that I had. And the signature chicken dish was amazing. The sauce of the shrimp/lobster one was superb. I highly recommend this place. This location is by Ocean Drive.

Super authentic, amazing Cuban cuisine. Service was stellar… outdoor seating was nicely heated and well kept. Chef did his rounds to ensure everyone was happy. The Cubano sandwich was amazing. Cuban coffee and the Flan were die for for! Will definitely return!!

Great Cuban food. We enjoyed their mojitos. But the drinks were quite expensive. The platter dish was great. You can try a lot of things in one dish. The portions for each type were perfect too. This location is great. You can enjoy the sea and watch people walking around. We were there during the New year holiday, parking was very challenging.

Delicious Cuban cuisine, great drinks, and a live music atmosphere that kept the night going. Everything we tried was good. I had the signature Cuban chicken dish and it was very tasty. All the appetizers were on point. I also tried a chicken soup which was comforting. The band that was playing all night was very good and at one point a bunch of patrons were all dancing on the dance floor. Very cool South Beach experience.

This place has some good authentic Cuban food. For South Beach the prices were good for the portions. The wait wasn't bad either. The employees are super friendly and take care of their guests. It would've been nice to have bread but I'm not knocking them for it. Overall a good experience

This place was awesome. Food was great the pitcher of mojito is a must of you go. And the music and vibes were absolutely giving Miami Vibes. Would most definitely eat here again next time I'm in Miami. For people that don't speak Spanish no worries I believe most of their staff speaks both. So no excuses to not go and have great food and drinks with your special person!!

Great Cuban food restaurant right at South Beach by the ocean front. The experience was great. We sat outside and really got to experience the South Beach ambiance. The food was good but wasn’t the best Cuban sandwich I had but it was still delicious though. Definitely a spot to consider dining at to experience South Beach at its fullest!

We are lucky enough to have this restaurant connected to our place. The food is so good, I highly recommend getting the signature roasted chicken. The flavor is crazy and everything that comes with it tastes fresh and delicious. Inside of the place looks awesome as well.

Yummy! Got the Guacamole with Pork Masitas for app and loved it. We ordered the Cuban Special which had beans and rice with multiple types of meat and beans etc; very good and a good amount for 2 people. No drinks and total was $60. Like everywhere in Miami Beach 20% gratuity added on automatically. Service was slower than expected but polite staff.

The food was some of the best we’ve had in Miami so far and the service was the best we’ve had by far. Our server, Jose, gave us attentive and upbeat service, even in a downpour. He turned what could have been a sour experience into a fun one with his positive and friendly attitude! The 1957 Havana chicken was flavorful and fall off the bone. The plantains were soft on the inside and just the right amount of caramelized on the outside. The guacamole appetizer with the plantain chips was also good. The flan was the perfect way to end the meal! We will be back!

Overall was good until we paid a bill. They actually automatically added 20% tips on it, but they didn’t say anything. We didn’t notice, so we additionally added 18% tips on top that 20%!!! When we found out, it was too late. It was very unpleasant experience in Miami!! Will not come back again!

Nice place, great food and fast attentive service. I got a Cuban sandwich and Passion fruit and Strawberry Mojitos. Pretty strong alcohol but I am a lightweight. Also tried croquettes - chicken was better than ham. Also tried beef empanadas, not my favourite.

My partner in crime and I. Fulfilled a bucket list of mine. To have a meal next to a beach. Done and done. To say I was giddy was beyond the point. With so many choice, we settled on Havana 1957. The food is top-notch. The bottle our tap water came in, not so much. Had a big crack on the top. Made us afraid to drink the water because we did not want to drink glass. We both made our breakfast choices, I had the steak and eggs (scrambled), and he had this breakfast with eggs (over easy), potatoes, and a side of fruit. The seasonings were on par. The sights and breeze from the sea were great. The food was plentyful. I ordered my mocktai, and we enjoyed being there, and I took in all the experience I could. Because for so long, I wanted this wonderful experience of eating by the beach. I am thankful to make these memories. So if you find yourself wanting to eat by the beach, don't wait to do it. It is worth the experience.

Nice Cuban restaurant right near the beach. I had their signature dish Havana 1957 which was 1/2 a chicken plus potatoes, rice, sweet plantain, and black beans but I substituted fried yucca which was really good. The chicken was cooked to perfection and flavorful. My wife had the cubano sandwich and enjoyed that as well. Cocktails were pricey but also good.

Havana 1957 is located right on the main walkway. It has a great location right in the middle of all the action in Miami. We really enjoyed not only the food, but also the live music, dancing and service. I had the roasted chicken and it was seasoned wonderfully! I loved the combination of Cuban and Miamian culture in this restaurant! The part that made this experience stand out, is it started to rain. Our server quickly found us a new spot out of the rain and we were very impressed! Overall a great experience. Definitely pricey but the location makes up for it!

Location and ambiance =100%. The food was good, I loved the plantain chips and the grilled or roasted pork. The seafood stew was okay, the lobster needed more seasoning.

I had an amazing experience at Havana 1957! We will most definitely be coming back! The atmosphere was incredible, the service was great, and the food was to die for! We went on a Friday evening. Our server, Jose, was amazing and made our time there even more enjoyable. I still dream about the food, it was so incredibly delicious! We ordered the Cubano, which is a Cuban classic served with nueske smoked ham, roasted pork, swiss cheese, pickles, dill, and Dijon mustard, all in a perfectly pressed Cuban bread accompanied with yucca chips. We also tried the La Orquesta Cubana Sampler, which is a platter of Havana 1957 Chicken, Ropa Vieja, and Lechón. It was served with white rice, black beans, and house sweet plantains. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

We were extremely hungry and decent reviews led us here to curb our hunger. Waitress was amazing and attentive. The food was ok. Chicken was good but the meat dish I had was flavored too much with a tart lemon flavor. Like overboard. Atmosphere was dark but, a lot to see. Satisfied its purpose.

Delicious Cuban sandwich and sampler plate. The chicken plate was okay. Loved the pitcher of mojito. Fried plantains were amazing. Empanadas were okay and overpriced. All in all good restaurant, good location and good drinks. Order the Cuban sandwich and sampler - you can't go wrong.

The Service was good not much versatility as sides can't be switched out. The yukka fries came extremely salty which is why I was requesting to have a different side to enjoy with my meal. In the variety of foods i have mixed reviews- Pork was dry but chicken was seasoned well. Was told some food didn't get cooked in the restaurant. Many concerns with that part so I won't be returning. Disappointed that while I raised concerns about quality of food no adjustments were made to my bill and no additional food options were presented. Very disappointed about this engagement.

Hear ye, hear ye! Our sojourn at this humble establishment proved to be a wondrous feast fit for kings and queens. Verily, the fare bestowed upon us was nothing short of extraordinary. The divine indulgence known as tres leches cake, procured within these very walls, was hailed as the finest in all the realm of Florida. It did gladden our palates and transport our spirits to heights yet unexplored. Furthermore, our comely waitress Cynthia did grace us with her unwavering attention and amiable demeanor. Her service, akin to a benevolent enchantress, did weave an atmosphere of warmth and care, adding to the enchantment of our repast. Truly, this sanctum is a haven for those who seek the genuine flavors of the Cuban land. Here, one can partake in a culinary pilgrimage, savoring the authenticity of the age-old recipes passed down through generations. Aye, this realm of culinary delights shall forever be etched in the annals of our gastronomic adventures, deserving of commendation and heralding the dawn of a new era in epicurean indulgence.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the U.S and it was our first time at this location. They did not disappoint at all. The food is heavenly, it's fresh, precisely what you want really great food to taste like. The Cubano.. oh my goodness, it is piled high with pork and ham. The amount of pickles and mustard give it the right amount of zip/tang and the Swiss cheese melting all over completes a great sandwich. We also had seafood Ceviche as an appetizer. It was the perfect blend of citrus and smooth, and the shrimp, octopus and squid were very tender. Our waitress did a wonderful job of taking care of us and the whole staff was very friendly.
