First time ever to an establishment like this one and have to admit enjoyed every bit of it!!! Will definitely be visiting their many more locations in TX as I was pleased. I had the meatballs, wife had the Philly steak sandwich and a tropical fruit drink. Everything was amazing!!! Highly recommend this place for their drinks! Family of 7 approve!!!!

On vacation with the family. Of course the kids are like daddy it's the Sugar Factory! This place was really cool. Strawberry Lemonade Smash to start it off. They pour it at the table for you over some dry ice at the bottom of a fish bowl so it bubbles and has a real cool fog like effect that pours over. Supposedly the drink we had was Snoop's creation. Then on to the double stack pancakes. You better be hungry. 8 of them with some good fixings. Kids had some absolutely amazing looking milk shakes. The decor is really neat. Our service was top notch. Fun times here.

When I visited Miami there were so many places I wanted to go and the Sugar Factory was one. The food was good. The highlight was the dessert.The chicken and waffles were good too. And yes gratuity is 20% but it's a vacation spot so it's expected 😉

Had a wonderful time at Sugar Factory today. The food was good, & the drinks were fun & tasty. What really made the visit was the service from our waiter, Charles. He provided A1 service & was very attentive. After having a horrible experience last night at an upscale steak restaurant, it was refreshing to have someone to take a correct order, provide explanations where needed, and split the checks. Charles even took time to take our group picture. I'll be sure to ask for Charles when I'm back in Miami.

I came here with a group of 10 durning the Thanksgiving weekend and the host/servers were extremely accommodating! We were able to get seating within seconds of arriving. The drinks are good and festive $45 for the big drinks. We did order salmon over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The salmon wasn't cooked all the way through to the middle because that part was bigger. I will say everything had flavor which was a surprise to me because nowhere on south beach has good food or with flavor. I will go back to this place and recommend it if you haven't been there before.

This place is a total vibe! I recommend making reservations in advance. This place is very busy. We arrived a little early and was surprised to get a table earlier. I loved the whole experience. Our server Carlos was really personable and attentive. The drink menu is massive. It really is an experience watching the drink be poured. Nice touch with the gummies in the drink. So many great choices. The food was delicious and you get a nice portion size. The restaurant lends great spaces to capture selfies in the front waiting area. I loved the music. You must give this place a try.

The sugar factory is a place that's on South Beach main strip which is very different from the other other dining Businesses. It's beautifully decored bright delicious candy lively pictures of all the famous people who've been there to eat. World famous homemade Specialized drinks with and without alcohol. Plenty of different things to choose from to satisfy your taste. The price was amazingly reasonable for such a lovely little spot that a lot of famous people visit. The food was fresh the drinks were delicious the price was on point the manager was amazing. Despite the drinks are a little pricey because they're kind of fancy and throw smoke out and are over the top. Still was an awesome place to visit. We did get a free drink on the house from the manager. Which was really nice he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable on 1st visit for my daughter's birthday. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed

Beautiful decor, excellent service and amazing food but the most amazing thing about this place is their signature drinks, milkshakes & colored burgers!!! Online reservation is recommended if not required as this place gets crowded! Highly recommended!

Been going here for two years. Food has gotten much smaller Of a portion. My waiter was honestly the worse part. Warm water was served, was told there’s no to go boxes so I put my food in napkins. but another waiter brought one to us before leaving. Our voucher was not honored although it could’ve been. This was my fifth visit and my last.

Finally I visit a Sugar Factory! Celebrating my wedding anniversary! Love the area, first time in Miami also. Great place and customer service. The drink was awesome.

WOW! I loved the place! I ordered a platter of rainbow burgers and I shared them with my family and we were really full. I love the creativity of this place! I do not know why it has an average of 3.8 stars, It should have more. The price was not bad considering that we also ordered a heavy milkshake called a ''Cookie Monster Milkshake". It was amazing! (picture below). So, in sum... Great place!

The best service since I’ve been in Miami. Cristian was attentive to all his tables and had a familiar face with regulars. Such a great guy! Thank you! Beautiful evening for dinner outside. The music next to the restaurant was a tad bit loud but that’s just me being drained from day drinking (hungover) and laying out on the beach. I enjoyed my five mini colored cheeseburger… damn they were good. After dinner, I explored inside. Photos and description from my experience will never express how beautiful place the decor Is. So you’ll have to go and check it out!

We went to the Sugar Factory on a Sunday night dinner for 2. They didn’t have a lot of menu options as they said they were out of a lot of things as it was “a busy weekend”.. we ended up ordering from the Mexican restaurant menu that they are affiliated with. We ended up splitting the steak fajitas. It was fine. It wasn’t bad. But it most definitely wasn’t worth $27. Although we are finding that prices in the area reflect what we saw here at the Sugar Factory. Now the milkshake.. this thing was AWESOME! The fried Oreos weren’t fresh, but that’s the only minor thing I can say about it. Highly recommend. The two of us split it and it was PLENTY as the thing was massive. I would ask to sit outside if we went again because it kind of smelled funky inside the restaurant 3/5 would go back for a milkshake. Wouldn’t eat here again

Bad service! I came here each year for vacation to have an amazing milkshake. This time, the place was calm with a few customers and it takes so long to have the server came check on us. We ask 2 times for him to the host and finally he came. After we received our drinks we asked straight for the bill and for a spoon and napkins. We ask again and again and finaly needed to go inside ask for the bill. On the bill, there is a mandatory 20% tips included. This is absolutely not appropriate… if we dont like the service we should be able to decide to let the minimum rate 15% for example… not coming again!

This place use to be the Sugar Factory. It’s now Wild’N Out. The food is still good but had several issues with it. We also ordered the goblet drinks and the dry ice show was not what it use to be. They also upped the drink to $47 which is about $10 more. I wouldn’t recommend coming here until they do the remodel and launch the reopen. My pics before of the place and my pics now is a big difference.

Sugar factory is not just a place where you can get candy sugar factory also have good food 🤪 my only problem is that the music is too loud 😞
