I'm not impressed, but I'll be back. The food quality? Decent, but nothing special. I've had better and more flavorful food than the chicken and potatoes I ate here at other restaurants. It's like I've tasted this cheap gravy before, perhaps in a hospital, served out of can or bag and poured over food on to a piece of chicken that isn't that tender or juicy. The service? A disappointment. We had to ask 3 times before bread and butter was delivered to the table. They didn't come back to refill our water until we were just about done with the meal, though the original waiter that took our order was OK, and gave us honest feedback about this places shortcomings. They were right, and I really appreciate their warnings and criticisms. I've been to Miami many times, and to this restaurant several times. They've really gone downhill. Be that as it may, I keep coming back to here with friends of mine who are visiting Miami for their first time who love to check out higher end dining experiences with ambience and history like this. Unfortunately or fortunately, they're easily impressed, so I keep coming back here, showing it to my friends who really love it, but I've had better. Also, I'm dissapointed in how they don't enforce the dress code. People come here for ambience, no? A fine dining experience? I follow the dress code, but lots of other people here don't. There were quite a few adult guests who were dressed in sleeveless shirts, flip flops, and t-shirts with ridiculous graphics and words on them. I remember mention of a dress code on their website, but it seems like the staff don't seem to care in creating the ambience of an upscale or fine dining experience. This restaurant has slowly become designated as a 'tourist trap' in my eyes...a tourist trap that I suppose is worth visiting at least once in your life, especially if you like a little bit of an upscale feel and history mixed in with your brunch/lunch/dinner. Miami is like another home to me. I'm in the city often. Undoubtedly I'll have more friends swinging by for their first time who'll want to check this place out, and not see the same flaws that I see. With that said, I'm disappointed, but will be back eventually maybe.

Lovely experience here. Loved my food and the dessert as well. We made reservations a month prior since it can be difficult to reserve. We had lunch at the fixed price menu. We sat outside which was nice it was a beautiful day, and we were able to take pictures. The waiters were amazing and attentive as well, and made good recommendations.

***Platinum Diamond Review*** This place is 1000% worth the hype and more! It is hands down one of the BEST dining experiences I've ever had. Yes, you can afford to eat lunch here! It is $34 per person for their lunch special. It is every day! You get to select an appetizer, entree, and dessert from their list. They have a dress code. It is business casual. This place is spectacular. The decor of the Versace Mansion is gorgeous. The service is impeccable. Our waiter, Scott, really made our experience special. The food is an absolute dream. The Margherita Pizza here is the best I have ever eaten in my life. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are going to go anywhere in South Beach to eat, this place is absolutely where you want to be. Your money is well spent here.

We experienced the lunch at Gianni's. This is definitely a tourist trap experience, but I'd say worth doing once. The mansion is very dated but you can still get some memorable pics. The food was not impressive, but you do get a lot. The drinks will blow your budget and you do have to pay for water. I had a very basic pizza and the branzino, both were average. My girlfriend had fried shrimp, lobster and pasta, her dish was better than mine. The dessert was forgettable. You won't leave hungry, but there is much better food on South Beach. Go for a nice date or simply something to check off on your vacation list!

Visiting Gianni’s Versace former mention was a great idea for a date night, while visiting Miami. Would recommend to reserve a table online at least 3-4 days prior your date, as you may get rejected right at the door. Everything in this building is just stunning! All of the Fresca and stone work are just masterpiece, absolutely beautiful. Service is nice, fast and polite. Menu is pretty simple, but this is enough. Food was delicious and super fresh. Overall, it was an amazing date night out with my hubby. We’ve enjoyed this beautiful restaurant. Will definitely visit it again when we back to Miami.

The Mansion is beautiful, the food was decent. We had a reservation but still ended up waiting approx 45 minutes to an hour for a table of 3 to be seated. Overpriced for pretty basic dishes but you are coming for the views and overall hype of the place more than anything. I'd say cool to check out once.

Good place to have lunch. Their $34, 3 course menu is worth it. The food tasted great and was generously portioned. The service was great as well. We sat outside, and it was quite hot, but that’s Miami for you! Beware of sitting on the lower “pool deck” area as it’s filled with tourists taking pictures. We sat on the balcony portion and could enjoy our meal in peace. Great experience! Definitely recommend it for lunch!

Exceptionally Great customer service. Breathtaking mansion. Very clean. I recommend making reservations in advance. Laura O was our waitress and did a FANTASTIC JOB. I highly recommend asking for Laura O. She was so sweet. Made recommendations, offered suggestions for my 8 year old son. Kid friendly menu items offered. Drinks wonderful. All staff made my family feel welcomed which made our experience that much better. Staff even went above and beyond offering to take photos. Food was delicious. Authentic, flavorful, quality and portion sizes were good. Good value. Whimsical experience.

Went for birthday lunch and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is top notch! The service was excellent and I felt the value for the lunch menu was amazing for Miami beach! I had the three course lunch meal for $36 which I got the burrata salad, the lobster spaghetti (which was an extra $15) and finished it with the brownie! All delicious! Even the complimentary table bread was delicious!

I went to Gianni's At The Former Versace Mansion for lunch one day during a recent visit to Miami. The place is absolutely beautiful and the service was amazing. The food was excellent as well. I had the Pizza Margherita, the Lobster Spaghetti, and some sort of chocolate dessert, along with the 24 Karat Gold Margarita. It was all really good. I had an amazing 5 star experience and look forward to returning if I ever visit Miami again.

I would go for the lunch special because the food is just okay in my opinion. Love how the courtyard is set up to be a restaurant. Great view of the pool but should put the fans down a little bit more because I was sweating sitting there. The waiter was very professional and very quick to take care of all my needs. Recommended if you like taking picture.

Came here to celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing!!! Beautiful place!! Great food!! You can sip at the bar while waiting for your table. Enjoy the views and don't forget to tale a picture with the goddess of love statue at the entrance ✨️ ❤️

Everything was perfect....except the food. I frequent fine dining restaurants, and it's disappointing to say that I've been to fast food restaurants with better food. The food was unseasoned and undercooked. I was so disappointed I sent it back. The desert was fine, nothing innovative. If you want a photo op just to say you were at the mansion, then just walk in, take photos, then leave. lastly, my server was excellent and attentive... but the rest of the staff just seemed to stand around and twittle their thumbs. If you're not working, you should be out of sight. Spend your money somewhere with quality food and curated dishes.

Such an unique experience! The outdoor seating is completed with above fans/ shading (if needed) to create and maintain the a wonderfully comfortable temperature. The staff is very knowledgeable. The food is not overpriced for the setting, has good portions and did not disappoint. The mansion itself is just absolutely stunning! Highly recommended to those looking for a special dinner in Miami Beach!!

Such an incredible restaurant. Highly recommended! I went with friends and we all really enjoyed our meals! I am gluten-free and dairy-free and had no issues finding something on the menu! So delicious and what an incredible atmosphere! Stuning architecture and decor. Can't wait to come back when in Miami again!

Beautiful historic place, well kept. I had dinner here, and the service was amazing. Our waitresse was Maria and she did an amazing job. The hostess was also very professional and treated us like VIP. Food is on the expensive part but it's delicious and worth the price.

The spinach ricotta ravioli was decent, but nothing special. However, the cloud on fire dessert was the best that I’ve ever had. It is actually strange that they don’t promote it more. We had to even ask for a dessert menu and it was the fourth item on the dessert list. It arrived with an enormous piece of cotton candy that they proceeded to burn into a crispy layer on the side of the plate. The raspberry mousse was outstanding with grand mariner on the side. It was truly exceptional and the flavors were incredibly sophisticated. The atmosphere here is beautiful and I would highly recommend eating here.

Our waiter was good and the restaurant was beautiful. We didn’t get the seats we reserved. Someone accidentally got seated at our table while we were waiting. Instead we were seated in a back room. It was nice and had a more intimate atmosphere for conversation than by the fountain so we didn’t mind as much. The food was good in presentation and concept, but was luke warm or cold by the time it got to the table. Overall, I would still recommend visiting.

I had the best Mother’s Day thanks to Luciano, Alex and staff. Luciano was so gracious and knowledgeable. This was my first time here and my experience was A+ from walk in to payment. The food was delicious(I got the Branzino, my son got the Lobster Spaghetti and my daughter got the Prime Burger) and with Luciano’s recommendation, I got Passion in the Mansion. It was not too sweet which I prefer and refreshing with the passion fruit. I loved that the lady in the bathroom sanitized after every guest. You never see that so I really appreciated her. I definitely will come again.

Such a beautiful atmosphere! Our poolside table was so nice. The service was impeccable as well. We were there during the day, which was ever-so-lovely...but the photos of the lighting at night look really special too! The food was very good. I'm always excited to see an olive oil bottle on the table..lol. We ordered the eggplant appetizer, a salad (I can't remember which one) and the branzino fish....but the real draw is simply enjoying the actual home. We peeked into as many rooms as we could to take it all in. The stone and tile mosaics incorporated throughout the property are gorgeous. A very memorable experience. ✨️

Excellent experience all around! Food was amazing, service was amazing! We were never waiting for anything, and it felt like an overall seamless dining experience. Our server was incredible- he deserves 6 stars! The only thing that could improve was the hostess politeness when we were checking in and being seated.

Magical and magnificent experience! We didn't wait long for our table, we were seated right next to the gorgeous pool, and our server, Laura O., was AMAZING! She was upbeat, professional, attentive, and friendly. She really made our experience fantastic! It felt like we were in another world. The fixed price lunch was a good deal. We started with cocktails (24 karat golden margarita was really good) and then I had the margherita pizza, the spinach and ricotta ravioli, and the chocolate brownie. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is alive and fun. Good food, great service, beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!

Had heard a lot of good things about the place so was really looking forward to it. The two things that help the restaurant are the service an the ambiance. The mansion is beautiful and the servers are warm. However, the food is pretty mediocre in general. Add to that the pretty premium you pay, I’d say check your expectations before you go.

The food, the staff, the decor, the music. Everything about this was a whole perfect mood. Make sure to reserve a table or you risk not being able to get in. The food was delicious. The presentation was exquisite. The staff is so friendly. You never feel rushed. My best dining experience for the whole week in Miami. Yes, it is a whole experience and not just a meal.

We visited the restaurant for my birthday, it was an amazing experience, from the service to the food and the facilities. We had the lunch menu, my recommendations are the pizza margherita, the roast chicken and the brownie which was the chef specials of the day. the cocktails are exquisite, we tried several of the menu in my opinion the best is the Passion in the Mansion. Without a doubt I would return on my next trip to Miami

OUTSTANDING 🤩 a dream come true! Would have given this place 5 stars but it’s a 3.5 stars for us for 2 reasons: the hostess extremely rude and short and the food is okay, Nothing special. Drinks & desserts were excellent! Everything else, AMAZING! Our waiter (sorry, forgot his name, Italian guy serving in the private room area), he was on point. Anything we asked, no problems. The ambiance, the atmosphere, the bar, the courtyard, the vibe —- WOW!!! Everyone from guests to servers, beautiful people!!! I mean this is where the legends Versace lived!!! But, the hostess- rude!

Greeted at the entrance, seated punctually, Enzo was our helper and the service was on point, whatever we needed, and more often staff was refilling water and making sure we happy. I had the NY Steak, 10/10, prepared medium, paired with asparagus, carrots, and broccolini 😋🤩🔥 …delicious. My girlfriend had the tiger prawns, also very delicious, and lastly the What the Splash for dessert, definitely a shareable and what a treat to end the night. Really impressed. There were some main options that required additional cost but pricing was very transparent and reasonable! We highly recommend trying their raviolis!! It was genuinely a great ravioli - filled with ricotta and spinach. The branzino is also a really good option as well! Overall their lunch menu was delicious and portion sizes were reasonable. Adding the fact that this is the Versace Mansion, I felt that it was totally worth dropping by during our Miami trip! Be sure to make reservations WAY IN ADVANCE. Give them a call esp if you want to see if there’s extra availability not on yelp! They’re pretty accommodating.
