The customer service from MYC is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! They help you with booking the yacht, booking jet skis, and ordering food. We booked the Azimut 50'....we had 10 guest and it was plenty of space for everyone! Beautiful yacht....looked exactly like the pictures. We were blessed with Liz as our crew person....and John as our captain. I will like to say that LIZ ROCKS....no plate went empty and no drink went dry... she waited on us ALL for 5 hours NON STOP!!!! And Captain John made sure our ride was smooth every bit of the time!! Amazing Amazing Amazing Day is the least I can say!! Thank you so much to the lady on the phone that does the booking and answers all your questions.....and thank you so so so much to Liz and John for making my husband's birthday Epic. Everyone of my guest send 100 thanks as well!!

My experience with Miami Yachting Company was phenomenal! The captain was extremely professional and made us all feel welcome. The staff was always available and did a wonderful job assisting all aboard the yacht with ensuring our comfort. It was simply breath taking, the entire experience. When I say they made it an adventure to remember that’s exactly what it was. They were so supportive, informative, interactive, and simply great hostesses. They were a great team. I will never forget this experience.

Manny and Victoria were amazing and made our time on the yacht so enjoyable! There were 6 couples that participated and everyone had such a good time! When our caterer did not show, Manny and Victoria quickly stepped in and offered an alternative which really saved us from being on the yacht without much to eat for 8 hours. Both contributed to the tour around Miami and pointed out important facts on the way. Victoria was excellent and very attentive during the whole trip. We really didn’t have to do anything! The Yacht itself was beautiful and definitely met our expectations. I can’t stress how good our trip was on the yacht, we will definitely be returning and look forward to another yacht trip with Miami Yachting Company and will definitely be requesting Manny and Victoria!

Had an great experience with Miami Yatching Company (MYC). I needed a boat last minute on a Saturday during spring break (No small feat). After trying 'Boatsetter' and having no luck, I reached out to MYC. Nicole was able to get me on a 53' Astondoa which I was upgraded to due to another boat being unavailable. Captain and steward were fantastic. Super professional. 100% will use them again in the future and recommend to everyone I know to do the same. 10/10.

It was an amazing experience. Had such a good time. The boat was so beautiful and left my friends and I speechless. Our crew made the trip even more incredible and relaxing. They made sure we had whatever we needed, were so knowledgeable, and so sweet at all times! I am super late with my review…I mean months late lol but our captain Aron and Victoria were awesome. I decided to rent a yacht to bring in 37th birthday with my girlfriends in Miami. Victoria made sure we had everything we needed and made sure the drinks continued flow. I have no complaints. One of my girlfriends enjoyed herself so much she wanted to tip the crew again. We will most definitely be back. Thank you so so much!

Where do I start? Aaron was an awesome caption and Danelle was an awesome crew member. I really enjoyed my 35th birthday celebration. If anyone is looking into renting a yacht it’s a must you rent through the Miami Yachting Company. Everything from the booking to the cruising was a smooth, easy, relaxing experience. I’ll definitely book again.

Jason was our captain & Victoria was our stewardess; they were both super awesome & friendly. They’re both very knowledgeable of the area & let us know exactly where we were headed. Jason spotted out cool celebrity houses on Star Island as we made our way by. I would definitely do this experience again especially if it is with them as my crew!

Staff was very accommodating, our Captain, Aaron was great and our Concierge Lady, Victoria was amazing! I def recommend going with MYC and will use them again.

I had a great experience with MYC during my vacation in Miami. Loved the tour ride to see the celebrities houses and they were very knowledgeable and caring. My friends and I had a blast and i would definitely use their services again.

Definitely a great time! There is much I would change. The captain probably one of the nicest gentlemen I’ve ever met. Rigo and Victoria were great hosts and more importantly provided us with a ton of information about the ocean, the boat, Miami, etc. I’d go with them all over again.
