Our experience was very good. We had the loaded potatoes, Philly burger, bacon cheeseburger, and a salad soup combo. Our server checked up on us to make sure that we were okay and didn't mind moving us so that we could split.

Very sad for the place... Restaurant after 13:00 was empty but a waiter said to us we can stay outside or on the bar. All tables, according waiters were sticky and due to less personnel no possible to use. Anyway, waiter was nice but the food, beer and atmosphere were low standard. Check another places to spend you $$$....sorry

The food was great, the waitress was nice. The thing i did not appreciate was that she wrote down the amount with tips for our total and said that's what everyone is doing there, especially here on the stripon Ocean Drive. I told her i had cash on the table, and it was 17 bucks. She said that's what they do as mandatory as some people leave a dollar all the time, I tip with all my orders even when it's carry out but this was the first someone write down my total with tips as the total for me, that was not right. We had her correct the amount in the initial receipt where we had the free chips and salsa, but I took back my cash after she gives us receipt of $95 dollars. Again, the food was great and she was nice. My food was delayed over 10mins as my wife's and daughter's food came out at the same as our appetizers. I didn't mind as I was snacking on the chips and appetizers. That was the only thing I wanted you to be aware of. Make sure you tip and don't be stingy but if you eat great and are satisfied 15%-20% is decent but if they went above and beyond for you, do more of you can great. You make that call, not the waitress. Note: the green sticker was over the tip percentage on the middle of the receipt. I took it off.

Very nice lady at the reception, I was seated and waited for my food for more than 45 minutes. When I couldn't take it anymore, I went to the nice lady and told her I didn't get any food, she apologized and said that there was a large party just before me. I told her I was leaving so she asked my waiter who was also the bartender to check on my food. He went but was diverted by the manager, so she went and told me the food still needed some time so I left.

All the foods are ordered casually, but they tastes really good. Plus I would be honest to recommend to try the salad, which million dollar salad. It worth trying. And their potato skin is the first time to take over my attention, also great, where on the top of the burger.

I cleaned my table by myself. Standart tap water came After I request. Then %20 tipping requested!!! In USA, in service sector, dont they have salary? It is not a good tradiation at all. (I mean for all service sector including food) If I think I have a good service, I decide the amount.

Great food and happy hour .....I wished I could remember my waitresses name to thank her .....she dated the bartender....great food and loco passer-goers but my fish n chips were delicious 😋

A wow TGIF at South Beach in Miami. They have a full day happy hour menu. Happy hour Drinks costs less than half of anywhere else around. A must try place.

Fast service and we got a wonderful waitress. The food was well made too. Not to mention the great music and atmosphere.

Just like old times! TGIF is a brand you pay for and well worth it! I was craving the Jack Daniels crispy chicken and I’m so happy they still have it but is now called something else yet still amazing!!! The staff was great , thanks guys!

Our waitress had the best customer service ever. We had a group of 5 and she made sure we were good the hold time. From helping out with the food choices to being on point. She had a big table come in after us but she managed it all. She gave us a compliment about being the best table. So...this is for her thank you for the best experience in south beach. I hope you get to see this.

We are pur people so we shared a cedar saled and French onion soup. Soup was delicious. The razberry ice t was so awesome and free refills. The mozzarella sticks were fun and cheesy. I used to work at a fridays 30 years ago. The food is always amazing. I really love the potstickers jack Daniel's ribs and the deserts are out of this world. Maybe one of you guys can treat us one night.

So many dirty tables ( loss of customers ). A server told the hostess not to seat us so I sat myself at the bar. Joe waited on me, service was ok. He was pleasant. I ordered the bucket of bones Ribs were delicious tender and juicy. However the wings were dry, over cooked and tasteless. I also ordered the cheesecake once again disappointing. I haven't found a restaurant (4) here yet that has a REAL cheesecake. Very disappointing 😕😞. All and all it's a TGIFridays. No hidden gratuity 😄 *Note to manager... Beer tap needs to be fixed. I watched at least $100. of beer poured down the drain. Overly high amounts of foam,

What can you say, TGIF. Very friendly staff, great drinks and food as always. Now the big problem; 20%+ gratuity was added to the bill automatically (you dont know how much because they just pick it themselves) bringing the bill to $70. Paid with $100 and server only brought back $20. After questioning the staff, got the lame excuse that "oh, she was trying to find the rest of your change" as she pulled $10 out of her pocket. Even with the non-optional gratuity, we had left extra cash on the table until they took it upon themselves to swipe an additional $10 on their own.

Jeff was our server and has excellent customer service! I was in town to celebrate my birthday and he was so attentive and cool from the beginning. Our food came out so fast and the drinks were good! Even the GM Andy came to great us and wished me a Happy Birthday! Super cool staff! I'll be back every time I'm on South Beach!

Nice food, excellent cocktails. Quite noisy, so ideal for large groups and families. Very reasonably priced and one of the few restaurants in Miami that do not automatically apply 20% gratuity.

This is an American style Italian restaurant. It’s all about the red sauce and the massive portions. Overall it’s pretty good. I had a Philly cheesesteak and a side of angel hair pasta. The portions could have fed 3 people.

Melinda was so great, very attentive & provided exceptional service with a great smile! Definitely recommend her when you visit!

The location is great! The food was also good. But the place didn't look very pleasant inside. The table had a dirty look. Mine had a menu that was wet and got pasted to the table. The waiter removed the menu but did not remove it from the table nor placed us in another table (it was not full at that time). The service was also not the best. And the check came with quite normal "appreciated gratuity (20%)" in a sticker. That was OK for me. But when I gave my card this gratuity came included without requiring my consent nor signature for that. The waiter just included it directly. I could probably give that amount. But I would expect to chose myself and be clear whether I would like to add that amount. The waiter was not clear and didn't get my formal approval for that. I really dislike that part. I don't know if this is standard in all TGIs, but it was not clear int he check.

Dee has to be one of the best bartenders aside for Tino in the Forest hills queens location... 5 stars all around... I plan my visit to both of these locations around both of there schedules... 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Like many places the staff is having to work multiple positions in the restaurant. This is just the way things are right now here in the United States. The service was still splendid everything was great the food was great and Juan was great!

There was a Friday night special that we saw listed on a placard that our server forgot to tell us about... Had to fetch us separate menus with the options when we asked about it. Food was very good though, and reasonable, especially for the neighborhood. Interesting neighbourhood tho. One of the gals in the booth next to ours had about a half hour nap on the table while we ate.

Jessica was awesome, super nice service, delicious food, refreshing affordable drinks, free refill, surprisingly the best place to chill, eat and drink in south beach, dont waist your time on oceans drive other restaurant go straight there

Terrible experience, what is happening with TGI FRIDAY lately. Smelly WC, service just ok, salad without dressing, wings good sauce but not fresh chicken.

Really good service from the start to the end. Smiling waiters and was served quickly. Both drinks and food. Food tasted excellent, exactly what we expected from TGI. Definitely worth a visit. Rosa is a star, very sweet waitress 🌹

The waitstaff here is terrible. My husband and I go to the front host desk and ask for a table and to use the bathroom the girl acting funny about it. So a male comes up seats us and takes care of us. Then my husband gets up to go to use the bathroom and asks a waitress what the code is end she tells him only for paying customers. Excuse you? We have a table and just ordered $56 worth of food. If you spending that kind of money you would expect a nicer waitstaff. Then the tea we wanted sweet. They didn’t have sweet. They acted like it was an issue bringing us sugar pacts or refilling our cups with tea or water.

The ribs were good and the whiskey glaze was nice and sweet as a bbq sauce should be. I asked for extra of this sauce for the fries and it was a nice compliment to the saltiness of the fries

We were just there and sat for over 20 min and never got acknowledge by the staff except for the host that sat us. Mind you this was at a very slow time during lunch. We felt invisible so we left and walked a half a block north down Ocean Drive and was sat promptly and had a water, drink, and appetizer in less than 3-5 min. Will never try a TGI Fridays ever again.

All the way from CHICAGO, while in Miami from a Carnival cruise (2/28 - 3/4) Brittany is an active and efficient listener! This woman has the capacity for hospitality and authenticity; all while connecting with you about life and the funny things that come with it. Her intellect and humbleness will rub off on you and her tentativeness is higly noteworthy - - Brittany is the woman to see!

Came here with my GFs for a girls night out and this was the perfect place to go for good wine, good finger foods, and girl talk. We decided to order 2 bottles of wine and share and I was very happy with the quality of service. This place is for one of those "classy" nights out vs the typical take shots and go clubbing nights. The DJ here was also amazing. I should look him up because he played a perfect mix of old school, r&b jams, etc.

This is a typical Fridays with decent food at a decent price! The location is perfect, directly across from the beach right on ocean drive! The fish and chips were a little over cooked but good. The fries that came with our burger were cold but the fries that came with our wings were perfect! It’s what you expect from this chain restaurant! Never busy but always a few people in there
