Very nice place, setting, & staff. I came here for a vitamin B12 and metaboost shot and ended up getting a cold & flu IV as well! The shot was painless and quick and the IV was a bit more intensive but they handled it well and were knowledgable about medicine and health. The IV insert did not even hurt when Ashwin found the vein in my arm faster than most nurses ever do. Then they put saline and hook you up to the IV in front of the TV and serve a refreshing drink. I came to feel a bit better and left feeling great! I could literally feel the vitamins nourishing my body. It was my first time trying a B12 shot or IV and I will certainly return!

I recently met with Ashley at their new location 1106 Normandy Dr. I can not thank her enough. Before diving into how amazing Ashley is and what a great job she did let me start with how nice the receptionist is. I believe her name is Safia. She made the initial step so easy. She sent me the forms so I could review at my leisure and have them filled before arriving so I wasn’t wasting any time. She was also able to to find a date and time that worked for my schedule. Did I mention how sweet and nice she is? Moving on to their new location, I have not visited their previous location but their current one is very spacious and open. I had no issues finding street parking which surprisingly was low for Miami parking. If you don’t find street parking there’s a parking lot right behind the building. You easily pay through an app that reminds you 5 mins before your time is up so no need to worry about getting a ticket. Now for the reason why you’re this deep into the review… Ashley! The star of novu you. She is knowledgeable but more than that she is hilarious and down to earth. She was very thorough in her assessment and spent all the time I needed to address my concerns. She was so patient. We went through what areas I felt I needed done, then she went into what she felt would help. I even asked about other treatments and she explained why she felt the one she recommended was a better option for me. Before starting any treatment I was given an amount for what Ashley recommended with a breakdown per item. The prices were less than I expected since I did call other locations to get an idea of how much things would cost. I told her what my budget was and based on that she advised what should be a priority and what could be left for later on. Never did I feel pressured to get something I didn’t come in looking for or pushed to touch an area that I didn’t feel comfortable with. She prepped with numbing cream, a handy vibrating tool and away she went. She did everything to make me comfortable and even stopped at certain points to show me the progress. Mainly the difference between the treated vs not treated side. Did I bruise? Yes, but it was minimal and expected. Did it hurt? Minimally but yes, no pain no gain. Will I be coming back? Hell yes! Everything looked so natural that no one has mentioned anything except my husband who asked if I got my eyebrows done because they looked good. Ashley followed up the next morning to see how everything went, making sure I had no adverse reaction and that I was satisfied. I can not thank her enough. I love what she did. She literally took 10 yrs off my face and in such a manner that no one can really pinpoint what it was. That’s what I call a great job. I am extremely happy and so will you!

Best. Spa. Ever. I rarely ever write reviews but had to because I was so blown away by the amazing customer service I received! (Which is rare to find nowadays, especially in South Florida) I've been wanting to get my lips done for as long as I can remember but was SO nervous. Ashley and Simona were amazing! Super professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. They even personally followed up with me after which I was very impressed with! I am in love with my new lips and so happy I trusted them! You ladies are the best!! 💋

This office is a classic example of how to overpromise and underdeliver. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, and I've been reassured by Ashley (who scheduled my appointment) that a doctor will be on site, and staff will be nurse practitioners and physician assistants with over 15 years of experience. When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? Needless to say, I just left. What a waste of my day! When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow. Not only are they misleading, they're straight up liars. This is as shady as it gets. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: Looks like your strategy is an attack to defend yourself... There was no erratic behavior, and no one asked me to leave. I was in disbelief by the incompetency of the staff and left because of that. I was clearly misinformed prior to my appointment that the MD will be on site, and he wasn't. I was also told that the staff has over 15 years of experience, but the girl who was going to inject my face has a couple of years of experience. You continue lying and misrepresenting the facts.

Went to Nüvo for a Botox consultation and treatment with Ashley for my forehead. I’m 45 and It was my first time ever getting Botox. Ashley was very informative and patient with my million questions lol. After her evaluation we went with dysport for my 11 lines. It’s been a week and I already see a huge improvement in my skin and 11 lines. Going back for a few extra spots to lift my brows and lip. The procedure was relatively painless and fast. Very happy with my results! Thank you Ashley

The Nuvo You team is amazing! They provided IV treatments for my grandma and dad. They took such great care of them. My grandma has covid and said she felt better right away. My dad is very sick with ALS and the person who came kept him company and watched his show with him. Made his day! I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future. I myself have also gotten a B12 shot. Love this team!

Its really hard to find great customer service in Miami. Lindsay answered ALL my questions. She was very patient and knowledgeable with everything I needed to know. I'll be coming in thanks to her!!

I got the Immunity boost IV a few weeks ago to help me stay healthy during this crazy time in the world. I’m NOT a fan of needles, but the staff (Mark) was the most professional person ever and he really helped keep me as ease as he inserted and removed the IV. I very much enjoyed the lounge area that I got to relax in as I received my IV treatment. I barely even noticed the IV drip! The experience as a whole was great from start to finish (even for a squeamish person like me!) I would highly recommend NuvoYou to anyone looking for an easy, healthy way to get your body in the best health possible!
