    DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU BOOK THRU CHURCHILL SUITES AKA GLOBAL LUXURY SUITES!!!! They are running a bait and switch scheme here. I paid for an "ocean view" but was placed in a room facing the next door building!!! They claim a "partial ocean view" is the same as an Ocean View!!!! NOT!!!! The staff at the front desk were VERY helpful and booked a room here thru Dharma Suites. The room was clean and the view was perfection. SHAME on Monte Carlo for allowing Churchill /Global to continue their bait and with fraud scheme here!!!! BAN THEM ASAP!!! If I had no other funds to switch my plans, my vacation would have been ruined!!!! FYI --- Am contacting: The Better Business Bureau, The Miami Chamber of Commerce, GMBHA - Greater Miami Beaches Hotel Association, Booking.com Priceline.com Chase Bank I NEED MY REFUND FOR THE FIRST ROOM THAT I DID NOT SPEND 1 SECOND IN.

    Miami is a world renowned city knows for its extravagance, paradise, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the accommodations at Global Luxury Suites (Monte Carlo), have been horrible and of complete dissatisfaction to the highest degree. I have stayed at the property on 2 other occasions: (Nov of 2018 & March of 2019). At this time, I'm assuming that the Monte Carlo is under different property management. My previous stays were with a young lady by the name of Einav who was absolutely incredible with her delivery of service. She was genuine, courteous, and top of the line in assisting all my previous accommodations. From those experiences alone, I was avidly in favor of returning to this hotel to stay again. That changed entirely on this trip, and it will sadly be my last time staying here unless something changes drastically. This time around I am very disappointed with the experience I've had at the Global Luxury Suites at Monte Carlo. My check out is not until tomorrow, but I am posting this to address the seriousness of my concern for the living arrangements at the hotel. Coronavirus has been the least of my worries while staying here. If it was not for the beach access and the fact that the money has already been collected for my stay, I would have left this place in a heart beat. To sum it up, these apartments/rooms need thorough and excessive renovation. I will be posting detailed pictures of the room I was provided. I'm posting these pictures to warn and alert travelers, so that they do not have to experience these types of unacceptable conditions. Dirty, unsanitary, and infested (with fruit flies)! The walls, corners, moldings, fixtures, and some of the decorations all had some type of stain, fingerprints, or dirt on them! The windows and balcony glass were completely covered with lime stains. Even the shower faucets had lime stains as well. The corners and edges in the living area and bedroom are about 30-40% covered with stains or dirty marks. The floors were dirty and still had small traces of sand upon my arrival! (Considering I asked for an early check in and the lobby assistant informed me that they perform a "thorough" Covid cleaning and sanitation once the previous client checks out of the room). Global Luxury Suites needs to change their name to Global Disaster Shame Suites. This company needs to GET IT TOGETHER. 100% no where near what they advertise and market as luxory or the Miami Beach standard hospitality.

    I wish there was an option to not give a star at all. The costumer service here is absolutely atrocious. Like someone said before, they cancel your reservation without any sort of notification. They do not try to work with/accommodate you whatsoever. It is absolutely the biggest waste of money and time. DO NOT GO HERE

    Horrible. By far the worst hotel I stayed at. The room was dirty and dusty the tub had hair in it. A dirt ring in the tub. Dirt and dust in the vent inbthe bathroom. Dust on the headboard and picture frame above the bed windows was dirty baseboards horrible bottom of doors peeling left a soda in the fridge from previous owner the bed was uncomfortable squeaks everytime you move . This room was trash I was in 1302

    From the time I arrived the staff and service was wonderful! The location had easy access to the beach and good local restaurants! The cleanliness of unit and view was everything I could have asked for! I give this place a 10/10

    First of all, dirty and not well maintained. There are three elevators on the premises, only one worked during our entire stay. We lost track of how many times we ditched waiting for the elevator and walked ourselves 5 stories up to our room. Toilet paper and additional towels have to be requested by contacting the β€œhost” and come at an extra fee. Beach closes at 5pm with plenty of sunlight still available. At 4:30pm the attendants start closing all the umbrellas and start taking away beach chairs not in use. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

    Cat pee unit and by far the worst management company you could possibly imagine. Do not book with Global Luxury Suites. I don't usually leave revues but this was the worst experience I have ever had with any management company. If I could I would give this company a negation star rating. Global Luxury Suites tried multiple times to have us sign a contract agreeing the full balance was still due after payment had already been received by Global Luxury Suites in full. Then Global Luxury Suites left my family on the street, out in front of the building, after dark for two hours past the agreed check in time. After allowing us to finally check in at 6:00PM the unit we were provided made us want to vomit. It had a strong, awful, cat pee issue and major cat dander issues. My daughter has cat allergies. Not only did my entire family have to deal with sleeping in a bad and couch drenched in cat cat pee my daughter had to deal with awful allergy issues for the entire vacation. All this for a unit that explicitly should have been a "no pets" unit per our reservation. What a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful vacation. The best part was Global Luxury Suites refused to do anything to acknowledge, correct, or take responsibility for any of their multiple issues. Even after multiple calls with Global Luxury Suites they refused to do anything to make up for the complete vacation train wreck they caused my family. The costumer service provided by Global Luxury Suites is not just non existent it is a complete culture of disrespect. Do yourself a favor and book with anyone except for Global Luxury Suites.
